Free virtual yoga class for rowers
Sally Linowski
Hi Yankee Rowers, I wanted to share some information about a free virtual yoga class for rowers that I recently discovered. It meets weekly from 6-7 pm and is led by a physical therapist who also rows. She's even started recording the classes so you can participate at your convenience. All of the participants are masters rowers, creating a very supportive environment for anyone who needs to make modifications or adjustments due to injuries. I've been enjoying it and thought you might too. Info is below! Best, Sally Dear Small Club Managers ?
