No, it has not been tested. It was pulled from a unit that was being parted out long ago.
The unit it had been pulled from had been physically damaged.

on further reading, immediately turn off your CS80 and then remove your pedals from the back.....
read what the 2 foot jacks say....
the word pedal is not used
one jack says foot controller.....

the original CS80 volume pedal was a lightbulb and photocell with a teardrop shaped dowser to limit light to the photo cell...
I have yet to try my FC7s on my 80 as I once had ground rail burn out

So aside from Vss, Vdd, clock i/o's, etc, I count 33 connections to the 26600 operating at +8.5/-6.5V. Tons of level-shifting chips needed, indeed..
