Connecting YAAC to a Kenwood D74
开云体育I want to use my Kenwood D74 as the source of APRS and as the transmitter to APRS. Has someone got a nice easy to follow list of what to do, pease send it along.? 开云体育Hi Keith,?You can easily do this by setting the radio’s TNC (KISS12) in the interface menu..? In YACC, you add the device via SERIAL_TNC, mine shows up as??/dev/cu.usbmodem13401 Then I have 9600, transmit enabled, and use the TNC2 command… ? Give that a shot! 73 de K6EF

开云体育Hi Mark,Thanks for this. I can’t find everything however. For example the Interface menu doesn’t have either a TNC or KISS12 so I’m misunderstanding something there. Here is how I set up YAAC, does this look good to you? Thanks again. Keith, WA0?TJT Author:?https://net-control.us ARRL Life Member & VE ARRL ARES?Communicator?Level 2, AEC for?Platte Co.
