Did you check this out where your getting your JSSC from?
During the startup in terminal there will be a line like this?
(JSSC found at /home/pi/YAAC/YAAC/lib/jssc-2.9.2.jar)
I had to installed the package "sudo apt install libjssc-java". Restarted YAAC and saw it was now getting the JSSC from the system.?
(JSSC found at /usr/share/java/jssc-2.8.0.jar)
