Re: Xpander ROM disassembly

Re: 6264 > 6116 advantage
Not a Matrix 12 expert but I took a quick look at the schematics. This looks to me like a way to give the factory the flexibility to either use 6116 or 6264 IC's, depending on which are easier

6264 > 6116 advantage
Hello. My question is regarding Matrix 12 RAM chips. On CPU board there are RAM0, RAM1, RAM2, RAM3 chips. Usually they are 6116 (2x8) in every Matrix 12 guts that I've seen. (Xpander states 3 x 6264.)

Re: Tuning fail
Hello Stefano, Sorry that did not fix it. If you could lay your hands on a voltmeter I would check the power supply voltages in the voice with problems. You could have a bypass capacitor in that

Hi Stefano, Yes your right, I could not remember the voltage rating and looked it up in the service manual. It is listed there as 25V But actual production values are 50V Which is fine. A 50 Volt will

Definitely, and presumably they can import all the old messages with the correct timestamps etc. which I can't see how you'd do manually. Thanks for taking this on for us Tiitu! Cheers, John :^P
