Erratic CW letter TX in message mode

As I experience, sending a CQ ( stored in messages ) is a hit and miss. Sometimes it is almost correct, sometimes very badly translated to CW. I mean, it is sending wrong letters frequently, not the ones in the message text. The mistakes are not the same evey time, I don't see a pattern in it.
I have set my QSK to 500 ms to lower the number of wrongly sent letters, but it is still very unreliable.

Does anyone has the same experience? Maybe it is "baked" in the base firmware, because it is the same behaviour when I do it with messaging in the factory firmware.?
I am on R1CBU v0.30.1 with patched base v1.1.8, the factory GUI version is v1.1.9.

Hi dick, found solution thanx to another member it's in settings the option mag, alc switch mag off and it disappears. Been searching for this now for 6 months, so glad I joined the group, thankyou

Call me stupid but exactly where do I find this Settings...Option...Mag...ALC item? I can't find any reference to it. I am using: 1.1.9 app and 1.1.8 base (both from 9/24). Thanks for helping me find the setting!...I hope.
 

I'm using latest think it's 1.32 came out last night and it's in settings above clock view

This is with the alternative software. Not wit the "stock" one..

Thanks for info! I was suspecting that the alt f/w was being used after I posted. Issue is not a huge problem but it's a shame that is spoils an otherwise GREAT little radio. Since it is (99.9%) working I'm not going to "fix" it. Again, thanks to all...73.
