Only create a SD-Card with Balena-Etcher ?

If you already have an SD card with one of the previous version - insert SD card to your computer, copy attached file to the DATA drive, insert card to transceiver and boot it.

One of the partition of SD card have ext4 file system - it's doesn't supported by Windows. This is fine

when I put the SD card on the computer(windows 10), it shows?NO partitions-disk management?shows the card as drive E, with no partitions
When it's convenient, perhaps a new .img file can be posted

It should be an SD card with previous version of the R1CBU firmware (I guess, 0.20.0 should be fine). You can download it here -

If you're going to upgrade, power off the x6100, take the?existing microsd card?out of the x6100 and open it on your computer. You'll see a bunch of folders. Just past the .tgz file right there. Then reinsert the microsd card in the x6100 and power up. It will take a bit longer than normal to boot up (but it won't show anything special, doesn't say "upgrading...", etc). Once it's booted, you're now on 0.22.0

Hi
One General question for this firmware:
To run ft8 rx/tx, which time has to be set (local or utc) that it syncronises?

Application expects that transceiver time is UTC. Setting another timezone only makes ADIF will contain wrong QSO time.
Max time skew for correct FT8 is ~2 seconds. Less is better. But it will work, if you time skew is N times 15 seconds

As soon as it finish booting up, the version number briefly appears in the center of the screen and then goes away. After it goes away the radio is now then ready to use.
Again, the normal working screen shows up and then in the middle of the screen, the version number shows very briefly and the disappears. So keep an eye in the middle of the screen at the end of the booting up sequence.
