Try reading the documentation: https://clearskyinstitute.com/xephem/help/xephem.html. In this case see section 2.3.1.1. Maybe the documentation should be brought over to the git site.

I don't know why it would change unless it was legislated that way, that might change a name of a zone. It's Newfoundland that's 1/2 hour

Hi, Alan: EDT and ADT are different. The Halifax screen-shot showing ADT as having a TZ offset of 4 hours is wrong. ADT is UTC minus 3. The Halifax entry in my file

Hey, Snap wedged my Ubuntu 18.04 -- I'm kinda stuck there because Linux deprecated 32 bit support and I use IRAF. I banned them. The file manager took 30 seconds to pop up, and /bin/df quit working
