They are working on methods to work around him, but they could use help in tracking him down. If you want to help with direction finding on halloween (I think it's a 2 night assignment) I'll let you know more details later. I tried a little DF and it wasn't easy, but still fun trying. During last halloween?I thought the offender was traveling mainly on the East side.? Near?the end he was extremely strong at Harris hill in Penfield and traveling South.
