Rodger, Thanks for the update. I suspect the issue has been " it's off again, on again." I must have just seen the last "its off again". BTW I honestly believe it will be shut down once more than 50 people show up just like the Cruise Night at the Log Cabin a couple of weeks ago. I hope I'm wrong.? Harry R. W2HRY

I hope the meeting went well, I got stuck on a work call.? I'm a member of the Lancaster club and they have taken the stance that the Batavia Hamfest is on. A decision will be made to cancel it, if they have to, only a few days before.

The firehall has given the green light so unless something changes with NY policy it is a go.
Update from LARC.
We will be required to follow the New York State outdoor guidelines for
social distancing and face masks, etc.
The Hall will not be used except for the restrooms
They will not be serving food for the attendees.
There will not be a VE test session??

If the Avon flea market can open, I would think a Hamfest is no different than a flea market.
