Tyson looked like Ric Flair in his last match, and that's not a good thing. He looks good physically, but once that bell rang, oh man. ======================================================== //->> NEWS FROM THE WRESTLING-ONLINE NEWSWIRE Web version at NEW POTENTIAL RAW LOGO SHOWN DURING TYSON/PAUL FIGHT- During the Mike Tyson vs Jake Paul boxing fight last night, an ad for Raw aired, showing what looks to be the new logo that will be used for the show once it moves over to the streaming giant. The new logo has two lines above and below the word Raw, with the top line connecting to the W while the bottom one connects to the R, making it look more like BAW than RAW. The bottom part is also arched up rather than straight. It's unknown if this is the final version of the logo that they're going with but it's the one that was part of the ad. Also, Mauro Ranallo, who was calling the show, plugged WWE, saying that in 2016, he was at the AT&T Stadium doing commentary as part of WrestleMania. "It's great to hear from so many of my former colleagues at WWE glad they're enjoying boxing on Netflix," Ranallo said as a lower third graphic showed Raw's premiere date. You can see it at . MIKE TYSON CHALLENGES LOGAN PAUL- WWE's Logan Paul got himself into a boxing match against Mike Tyson after Tyson called the former WWE United States champion out after he lost his eight-round match to Jake Paul via a unanimous decision. The 58-year-old WWE Hall of Famer showed his age in the ring and was outboxed by the much younger Paul in front of a jam packed AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas, with former WWE announcer Mauro Ranallo on commentary. During the post-fight in-ring interviews with Ariel Helwani, Tyson refused to hang up his gloves once and for all, and when Helwani asked who's next, Tyson said, "Maybe his brother." Logan, who accompanied Jake to the ring and was also standing next to his brother during the interview, quickly said, "Oh f*ck, I'll kill you Mike!" Tyson accepted and said, "It's on then." The fight, which aired live around the world on Netflix, had its own issues, with Netflix seemingly unable to handle all the traffic with users from all around the world reporting issues such as buffering, disconnections, and app problems. Netflix' next big test comes on Christmas Day when it airs two NFL games and then just a few days later, starts WWE Raw. You can see the post-match interviews at . TOURNAMENT BRACKET FOR WOMEN'S UNITED STATES TITLE- The tournament to crown the inaugural Women's WWE United States champion kicked off on Smackdown last night. Four, triple threat matches will determine the four semi finalists before the winners meet in the finals at next month's Saturday Night's Main Event NBC special. The first match saw Bayley defeat Candice LeRae and B-Fab to advance. On the same side of the bracket there is Bianca Belair vs Chelsea Green vs Blair Davenport, with the winner of that match advancing to take on Bayley. The right side of the bracket has Jade Cargill vs Michin vs Piper Niven and the other one has Naomi vs Tiffany Stratton vs Elektra Lopez. The winners of those two matches meet each other in the semi final. Saturday Night's Main Event will take place on December 14 from the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, New York. NEW-LOOK SHINSUKE NAKAMURA RETURNS- A new-look Shinsuke Nakamura returned to Friday Night Smackdown last night and took out the WWE United States champion LA Knight, who had just successfully defended his title against Berto. Nakamura came out in a black outfit, covered in a dark brown trench coat and red paint on his face and waited for Knight to stop celebrating before knocking him out with an elbow followed by a Kinsasha. The former NXT champion has not been seen on WWE television since April of this year but worked several non-televised live events along the way, including the recent Japan and European tours. The Japanese star has already been advertised for the January 1 Pro Wrestling NOAH show in Japan. You can see his return at . BRONSON REED JOINS WARGAMES- The new Bloodline found their fifth man for Survivor Series: WarGames and his name is Bronson Reed. Reed inserted himself into the feud when he showed up and took Roman Reigns during the Bloodline segment on Smackdown. The ending came when Fatu hit a moonsault on Reigns and Reed hit a Tsunami, leaving Reigns, and the rest of the OG Bloodline down. Earlier this week, Seth Rollins was being recruited to join the new Bloodline but Rollins told Solo Sikoa that he would never team up with Roman Reigns...or a Roman Reigns wannabe. But with Reed now part of the team, the OG Bloodline is favorite to land the former WWE World Heavyweight champion as their fifth man.
