WWE LAUNCHES WWE INDEPENDENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
- WWE today announced the launch of a first-of-its-kind developmental program designed to provide up-and-coming independent wrestlers a pathway to a potential career in WWE. The program will be called WWE ID, short for WWE Independent Development. “WWE ID is the latest in our efforts to identify and support the journey of up-and-coming wrestlers, in turn raising the profile of and strengthening the independent wrestling ecosystem,” said WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque. Following the 2021 launch of WWE’s NIL program, WWE ID has been constructed to support independent wrestling prospects and wrestling schools with world-class training, development and mentorship. Under the program, WWE will provide prominent independent wrestling schools with the WWE ID official designation, with the goal of providing new trainees and existing talent at these select institutions with enhanced developmental opportunities. Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling (Houston), Cody Rhodes’ Nightmare Factory (Atlanta), Seth Rollins’ Black and Brave Academy (Davenport, Iowa), Elite Pro Wrestling Training Center (Concord, N.H.) and KnokX Pro Academy (Los Angeles) are the first WWE ID independent wrestling schools to earn the official designation. Additionally, WWE ID will identify top independent wrestling prospects with an official WWE ID “prospect” designation and support their developmental journey by providing financial opportunity and assisting with training, mentorship and development, including access to world-class facilities, best-in-class ring training, athletic trainers and more. WWE ID will give fans the opportunity to follow the paths of these standout prospects on the independent wrestling scene through curated, behind-the-scenes content, as well as highlights and matches showcased across WWE’s social platforms. AJ STYLES SAYS HE SHOT DOWN TNA HOF OPPORTUNITY NOT WWE
- In a post on social media replying to fans, former WWE champion AJ Styles revealed it was his choice to turn down the TNA Hall of Fame induction, and not WWE as previously reported. "I’m still an active wrestler...I hope," Styles said. "I made the decision not to go into the TNA HOF, not WWE." Styles said that he appreciates TNA but he does not want to go into any Hall of Fames as long as he's still active. "My choice," he concluded. Styles is currently out injured with a foot injury, an injury he suffered during Smackdown earlier this month in a match against Carmelo Hayes.

- Thousands of WrestleMania tickets went on re-sale on Ticketmaster, showing that despite the incredible cost of each ticket, thousands of individuals still bought them to resell them and make money off their original price. Some tickets occupy full rows in certain sections and tickets in the bleachers four rows from the very top of the stadium are now being re-sold for over $1,200 plus the usual extra fees. The most expensive ticket remains at ringside for $15,000 while the cheapest single ticket is $900. The cheapest verified resale ticket is $1,123 and they go all the way up to $6,046. All numbers quoted are without the additional taxes and fees. Only two-day combo tickets for WrestleMania 41 are available for now. Single tickets will be released at a later time, most likely from the remaining inventory of the combo seats.

BLOODLINE VS BLOODLINE ADDED TO CROWN JEWEL

This is the first time that all these Bloodline members will be in the same ring wrestling together. The match will serve as a preview for the upcoming Survivor Series: WarGames match which is rumored to feature a four vs four, Bloodline vs Bloodline match as the main event of the show. Crown Jewel is sold out and will air this coming Saturday at a special start time of 1PM ET on Peacock and WWE Network.

WWE RETURNING TO MSG ON DECEMBER 26
- WWE is returning to Madison Square Garden for their annual holiday event on Boxing Day. The show was left out of the schedule when WWE announced its holiday tour dates, most likely because it had Saturday Night's Main Event in the area to sell as well. The event was announced via a video by New York Knicks' Jalen Brunson at yesterday's NBA game inside the world's most famous arena. Tickets for the show go on sale on Friday, November 1 at Ticketmaster.com.

TNA SHARES MEDICAL UPDATES ON CHRIS BEY AND VIKINGO
- TNA has shared medical updates on Chris Bey and Vikingo after they both suffered injuries during the Bound For Glory weekend in Detroit. Bey, who suffered a neck injury during the Impact TV tapings on Sunday, underwent successful surgery and had an MRI yesterday for further evaluation. Bey is still in hospital and will remain there for a few more days, with family members joining him, along with TNA Wrestling management and wrestlers who are staying in Detroit. Vikigno palso had a trip to the hospital on Sunday night for a right knee injury and is currently on crutches wearing a knee brace. The Mexican star flew back home on Monday and TNA says he will be examined and treated by his specialist. "TNA Wrestling thanks everyone for their continued thoughts and prayers. VINCE MCMAHON WORKING TO LAUNCH NEW ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY
- PWInsider.com is reporting in an exclusive story that Vince McMahon is setting up a new company which would "back, develop and produce film and television productions." The website adds that two former WWE executives, Brad Blum and Kristen Prouty, are also closely working with McMahon in hopes of launching the company once all the legal hurdles have been cleared. Blum is WWE's former Chief Operating Officer and one of McMahon's lieutenants in WWE while Prouty is WWE's former Senior Vice President of Entertainment Relations. PWInsider also adds that if and when the company launches, it would be based from Los Angeles, which makes sense since most major movie production studios are based there. McMahon, currently facing a couple of lawsuits from his time as WWE Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, has been largely quiet ever since he was driven out of TKO and WWE earlier this year. He has remained out of the spotlight, with his attorneys answering questions when required. The 78-year-old was also the subject of the Netflix docuseries Mr. McMahon, and he offered his thoughts on the project a few days before it was released. Vince is also the subject of a federal investigation which kicked off after Janel Grant filed her lawsuit for sexual trafficking against himself, John Laurinaitis, and WWE.
