//->> OPENING WORDS FROM THE EDITOR

That was a really cool ending to Smackdown, I enjoyed it. MCMG as WWE Tag Team champions in 2024 is kinda surreal to be honest!

MOTOR CITY MACHINE GUNS WIN WWE TAG TEAM TITLES
- The Motor City Machine Guns won the WWE Tag Team titles just in their second week of their WWE journey, defeating The Bloodline in the main event segment of Smackdown with some help from Jimmy Uso, Roman Reigns, and Jey Uso. MCMG defeated DIY to become the number one contenders for the tag team titles and were then confronted by The Bloodline, with Solo Sikoa saying that if they really wanted to make an "impact," they should wrestle now. MCMG accepted the invitation and Smackdown General Manger made the impromptu match. With Jacob Fatu and Solo Sikoa interfering, they were met by Jimmy Uso and Roman Reigns, who evened the odds and took the brawl to the back. There was a ref bump in the match, which led to Jey Uso coming out and taking out Tanga Loa and Tama Tonga as revenge for their involvement on Monday in his IC title match. Jey then revived the referee and Sabin and Shelley hit their Skull and Bones finisher and the ref counted to three as the Brooklyn crowd exploded. This win
makes Motor City Machine Guns one of the most decorated tag teams in the history of pro wrestling, with the in-ring veterans winning TNA, ROH, NJPW, and WWE gold. You can see the ending at .

JEY AND JIMMY USO REUNITE AT SMACKDOWN
- The Usos have reunited on Smackdown, playing a part in causing The Bloodline to lose their WWE Tag Team titles to newcomers Motor City Machine Guns. After the MCMG celebrated in the ring with their gold, Jey Uso stayed in the ring and his brother Jimmy walked back out. After a brief staredown, the two hugged in the middle of the ring and the Brooklyn crowd acknowledged. Roman Reigns also walked briefly out to the top of the stage and looked on as the brothers hugged, with a pensive expression as he has been adamant of "no yeet" in weeks prior. The brothers had been feuding for months prior to WrestleMania XL ever since the original Bloodline split. You can see the video at .

NEW MATCHES ADDED TO CROWN JEWEL
- Three new matches were added to the Crown Jewel card last night on Smackdown, with the show now having a total of six and maybe one more match left to be added. In the opening segment of the show, Randy Orton persuaded WWE Chief Content Officer Paul "Triple H" Levesque to book his match against Kevin Owens even though HHH was against the idea because of an unhinged Owens. The United States title will be defended in a triple threat match as LA Knight will defend against Andrade and Carmelo Hayes. Knight served as the referee for match seven between Andrade and Hayes last night and it ended in a no contest with a flat ending. Also, Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill will defend their WWE Women's Tag Team titles against Iyo Sky and Kairi Sane, Chelsea Green and Piper Niven, and NXT's Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson in a fatal four-way match. Crown Jewel takes place next Saturday, November 2, live from Riyadh in Saudi Arabia at 1PM ET.

CROWN JEWEL SOLD OUT
- Next week's Crown Jewel is officially sold out and no more tickets are available for purchase through the WeBook.com website. Tickets were as cheap as 50 SAR, the equivalent of $14 and went all the way up to 1,000 SAR, or $265 for ringside. Regardless of attendance and gate revenue, WWE gets paid $50 million per show in Saudi Arabia, which is way more than any show, including WrestleMania, generates for the company. There are still tickets for the Raw taping the following day. The show is also close to a complete sell out, with the only tickets remaining costing 70 SAR, or $19. Both events are at the Mohammed Abdo Arena in Riyadh.

MARIA KANELLIS STILL IN HOSPITAL FOLLOWING SURGERY
- Maria Kanellis, who underwent surgery to remove a mass from her adrenal gland a few days ago, is still stuck in hospital after she was originally set to be discharged the next day of her surgery. Kanellis went under the knife on October 24 and her husband said that she was being kept overnight for observation before being allowed to go home, but in a social media post today, Kanellis revealed she is still in hospital. She said that she is suffering from nausea and headaches when standing up and it could be a blood pressure issue so doctors will keep her at least for another night. "The surgery went well and my bloodwork looks good. We should have the biopsy results in 7-10 days to figure out exactly what the mass was," she noted, praising the staff at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago.
