WrestleMania XL broke all kinds of WWE records including merchandise, viewing, social media, etc. This year's event outpaced last year's show by 41% in terms of viewers. WWE has yet to announce the location of WrestleMania 41 and according to rumors, it's between Minnesota and Las Vegas. WWE President Nick Khan said that the show will not go against the NCAA Final Four and will be held later in April or in May. TONY KHAN ROCKS A NECK BRACE DURING NFL DRAFT
- During the NFL Draft last night, Tony Khan sported a neck brace during the broadcast to sell the attack from The Elite and Jack Perry from Wednesday. Khan took a Meltzer Driver, renamed the Tony Khan Driver, from The Young Bucks and was left motionless in the middle of the ring after he got played by the returning Jack Perry. On the NFL Network, the commentator said Khan becomes "the first-ever NFL executive in the draft room shaking off the effects of a pile driver he received on national television in a wrestling ring the other night." Pat McAfee on The Pat McAfee Show discussed why Khan was wearing a neck brace and another host said that while he respects the kayfabe, someone should tell Tony Khan that when you're selling a neck injury and are in a neck brace you should not move around and act like nothing's wrong!

//->> OPENING WORDS FROM THE EDITOR

That was a good closing angle on Dynamite last night...but Tony, Tony, Tony. You don't sell a punch to the gut like you were shot dead, mate!

========================================================

//->> NEWS FROM THE WRESTLING-ONLINE NEWSWIRE
Web version at

TONY KHAN ATTACKED BY THE ELITE AND JACK PERRY
- Eric Bischoff was powerbombed from the stage by the nWo in WCW, Vince McMahon ate a lot of Stunners in WWE from Stone Cold Steve Austin, Dixie Carter was powerbombed through a table by Team 3D in TNA...so it was just a matter of time when Tony Khan would be on the receiving end of something in AEW. And that time was yesterday on Dynamite in a show-closing angle which saw The Elite and Jack Perry turn on the AEW President. Closing the show, Jack Perry came out to call out Khan and promised to work with Khan to continue changing the world of professional wrestling for the better. After the two agreed, shook hands, and arms were raised, Perry turned on Khan by punching him in the stomach. That brought out The Elite who were seemingly going to take care of Khan...until they also turned on him and hit the Tony Khan Driver, leaving him motionless in the middle of the ring. A mass exodus from the locker room followed, with referees, medics, and wrestlers coming out to help their boss. Even Shad Khan, the billionaire father of Tony, came out for his AEW debut to attend to his son. You can see the segment at

AUDIO ISSUES DISRUPT DYNAMITE ON TBS
- AEW had several technical problems during last night's Dynamite on TBS where the audio was not cooperating. The show experienced problems both during the live segments and also on commentary, resulting in AEW President Tony Khan addressing the issue on X during the broadcast. "Our partner TBS is having some audio issues on tonight's show, thankfully we understand our other worldwide partners aren't affected, but TBS is working to fix the issue immediately," Khan's message read. It was sent late in the show which didn't really have any effect since the broadcast was almost over. This is not the first time that AEW had audio issues during live broadcasts and it happened on several occasions in the past.

NXT RATING
- The Spring Breakin' week one episode of NXT drew 661,000 viewers this week, up 36,000 viewers from the prior week and the best number since January 16. The show had a 0.20 rating in 18-49, up 0.03 from last week and placed #8 on the top 50 cable chart for the night. (Ratings credit: SpoilerTV)

LONDON MAYOR WANTS WRESTLEMANIA IN LONDON
- London mayor Sadiq Khan has vowed to work to bring WrestleMania to London if he is re-elected in next week's elections. "London is already the sporting capital of the world. If I'm re-elected next Thursday - we'll go even further," Khan wrote in a message on X. "We'll look to bring WrestleMania, Superbowl and the NBA to London, and put together another bid for the 2040 Olympics." WrestleMania in London, although far fetched, has already been brought up by John Cena last year when he appeared unannounced at the Money in the Bank premium live event held at the O2 Arena in the English capital and the fans went absolutely bonkers. But another Khan, WWE President Nick Khan, stated last week that all the big five PLEs will be held in the United States and Canada moving forward, pouring cold water on the idea. Khan, the mayor, said that he believes London has the potential to host the first international WrestleMania and will be setting up a Taskforce to attract more US sports if he's re-elected. WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H noted the tweet from Khan and reposted it, adding, "Let¡¯s talk."

LIST OF SUPERSTARS ELIGIBLE TO BE DRAFTED
- WWE has published a list of Superstars who will be eligible for the Draft this Friday and Monday, with a smaller pool of Superstars available tomorrow. For both nights, certain NXT stars are also eligible to be drafted and NXT will also be receiving some main roster stars in return in a bid to continue to build up the brand. Some individuals were left out, most notably Rhea Ripley, Charlotte Flair, and Jimmy Uso, all of whom are injured. CM Punk, despite also being injured, is available to be drafted and he will be appearing on both nights of the draft. Brock Lesnar is also not part of the draft. Those who are available to be drafted on Friday are (in alphabetical order) AJ Styles, Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn, Alpha Academy (Chad Gable, Otis, Akira Tozawa, and Maxxine Dupri), Andrade, Bianca Belair, Bron Breakker, Cedric Alexander and Ashante ¡°Thee¡± Adonis, Ivar, Jey Uso, LA Knight, Liv Morgan, Nia Jax, Randy Orton, Ricochet, Seth Rollins, Shayna Baszler, Sheamus, The Bloodline (Roman Reigns, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Paul Heyman), The OC (Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson, and Michin), and Zoey Stark. Eligible to be drafted on Monday are (in alphabetical order) Apollo Crews, Braun Strowman, Bronson Reed, Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell, Chelsea Green and Piper Niven, CM Punk, Damage CTRL (Iyo Sky, Dakota Kai, Asuka, and Kairi Sane), DIY (Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa), Drew McIntyre, Giovanni Vinci, Imperium (Gunther and Ludwig Kaiser), Jade Cargill, Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Dominik Mysterio, and JD McDonagh), Kayden Carter and Katana Chance, Kevin Owens, Legado del Fantasma (Santos Escobar, Angel, Humberto, and Elektra Lopez), Naomi, Natalya, New Catch Republic (Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate), New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods), Odyssey Jones, Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince and Kit Wilson), Shinsuke Nakamura, Tegan Nox, The Creed Brothers (Julius Creed, Brutus Creed, and Ivy Nile), The Final Testament (Karrion Kross, Scarlett, AOP, and Paul Ellering), The LWO (Rey Mysterio, Carlito, Dragon Lee, Cruz Del Toro, Joaquin Wilde, and Zelina Vega), The Pride (Bobby Lashley, The Street Profits, and B-Fab), and Tiffany Stratton. The reigning champions - Cody Rhodes, Damian Priest, Becky Lynch, Bayley, Awesome Truth, A-Town Down Under, Logan Paul, and Sami Zayn will stay in their current respective brands.

WWE ON A&E RATING
- Week 8 of WWE programming on A&E continued this past Sunday with an episode of Rivals and season three of Most Wanted Treasures. Rivals came back on the air with an episode focusing on Hulk Hogan vs Macho Man Randy Savage. The show had 361,000 viewers, up 28,000 viewers from the last episode and had a 0.08 rating in 18-49, down 0.02 from the prior one. It finished #40 on the chart for the night. Most Wanted Treasures featured an episode on Dusty Rhodes stuff and also had an appearance from Cody Rhodes. It drew 296,000 viewers, up 15,000 from last week's show and had a 0.08 rating in 18-49, down 0.01. It placed #42 on the top 50 cable chart for the night. (Ratings credit: SpoilerTV)

JESSE VENTURA SAYS HE'S BACK TALKING WITH WWE
- Appearing on the latest episode of political show The Vanguard, former Minnesota Governor Jesse "The Body" Ventura said that he is once again talking with WWE. In an eight-minute clip released by the show on YouTube, Ventura discussed Vince McMahon's legal trouble, his exit from WWE, and how now that the big stumbling block is out of the way, he's back to discuss something with WWE, teasing a future appearance. "I will tell you this, now that wrestling has chosen this new direction, shall we call it... Jesse Ventura is in talks with them," the WWE Hall of Famer said. "It required them going in this new direction. I hope you get what I'm saying about the new direction. The direction the company is now going was good enough for Jesse Ventura and the WWE to begin talking again." Ventura has not appeared on WWE television since the November 23, 2009 episode of Monday Night Raw and he was joined by Vince McMahon to do commentary for a match. You can see the clip at

TKO CEO ARI EMANUEL RECEIVES $64.9 MILLION PAY PACKAGE
- Deadline.com is reporting that Ari Emanuel, the CEO of TKO Group Holdings, received a pay package valued at $64.9 million in 2023. TKO is the parent company of both WWE and UFC and was created this past September when Emanuel, through his Endeavor company, took over WWE. Emanuel has a base salary of $911,000, a cash bonus of $24 million, and stock awards valued at $40 million. His right hand man, TKO COO Mark Shapiro, has a package worth $16 million. "The compensation committee noted revenue, adjusted EBITDA gains, cost reduction, strong turnout for UFC and WWE live events, and a set of media rights deals for WWE, including a long-term deal with Netflix," Deadline writes. Emanuel will now add a private jet to his collection as well as part of Endeavor's sale to investors Silver Lake. Silver Lake is purchasing Endeavor for $13 billion but will not include TKO Group.

Still debating if I should go to Backlash in France. I don't have a ticket, but secondary market tickets went down a bit, although not sure if I trust sites like Viagogo. Anyone going to the show?

DYNAMITE PREVIEW
- AEW returns home to Jacksonville's Daily's Place tonight for Dynamite which will air live coast-to-coast due to other sports programming on TBS, meaning that folks on the West Coast will have to watch the show at 5PM. Headlining the show will be Jon Moxley with his brand new IWGP World Heavyweight title against Powerhouse Hobbs while new AEW World champion Swerve Strickland will take on ROH TV champion Kyle Fletcher in an eliminator match. The other match announced is Anna Jay vs Mina Shirakawa. Plus, new TBS champion Willow Nightingale will have a championship celebration and we'll also hear from new FTW champion Chris Jericho.

COLLISION RATING
- Collision on the eve of Dynasty drew 461,000 viewers, down just 7,000 viewers from the prior week. The show had an identical 0.13 rating in 18-49 as last week and placed #18 on the top 50 cable chart for the night. (Ratings credit: SpoilerTV)

RAMPAGE RATING
- Rampage, which had Collision as the lead-in, drew 397,000 on Saturday night, a big jump of 102,000 viewers from the prior week. The show had a 0.13 rating in 18-49, retaining that of Collision, up 0.05 from the prior show. It placed #19 in the top 50 cable chart for the night. (Ratings credit: SpoilerTV)

KENNY OMEGA TO MAKE AN APPEARANCE ON DYNAMITE NEXT WEEK
- With Dynamite taking place from his hometown of Winnipeg next week, the Canada Life Centre announced that former AEW champion Kenny Omega will be in the house for the show. "WINNIPEG... we have a secret," they wrote on X along with a photo of Omega making his entrance. "We will be seeing Kenny Omega at AEW in Winnipeg on May 1!" Omega has been out of action since December of last year with a severe case of diverticulitis which was nearly fatal and has not appeared on AEW TV ever since. He is certainly not cleared to compete and is actually undergoing surgery soon to fix the diverticulitis problem. It remains unclear if Omega will actually appear on television or if it's just for those in the building. Tickets for this Dynamite are still available starting from $37.50 CA including all fees and taxes.

TRICK WILLIAMS WINS NXT TITLE
- Ilja Dragunov's reign as NXT champion came to an end last night at NXT Spring Breakin' with Trick Williams crowned the new sheriff in town. The two main evented the special edition of NXT with Williams winning after hitting the knee strike for the pinfall. Following the hard-hitting match, Dragunov gave Williams the NXT title and the new champion celebrated with the fans. This was their second match after NXT Stand & Deliver although this match had another stipulation that if Williams failed to win, he would leave NXT. Dragunov, who spent 206 days as champion, is moving to the main roster with the upcoming Draft this Friday and Monday.

DRAFT RULES ANNOUNCED
- WWE today published the 2024 Draft rules, with the two-night special taking place this Friday on Smackdown and Monday on Raw. What's interesting is that this time, the champions on each brand are protected and will stay on their respective brand and will not be part of the Draft. The Women's Tag Team champions are, however, eligible to be drafted. Smackdown will pick first this coming Friday and there will be four rounds for a total of 16 picks. Raw will pick first on Friday and there will be six rounds for a total of 24 picks. The rosters will lock on Monday, May 6 after Backlash.

CLASH AT THE CASTLE: SCOTLAND PRE-SALE KICKS OFF
- The pre-sale for the Smackdown and Clash at the Castle: Scotland combo tickets kicked off this morning at Ticketmaster starting at 10AM local time and fans can purchase tickets using the code UNIVERSE. At this time, only combo tickets for both shows will be sold, with single tickets to be made available at a later date if there are any available. The two shows will be held at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow on June 14 and June 15 respectively. Tickets go on sale to the general public this Friday at 10AM local time.

GOING TO CLASH AT THE CASTLE? TIX ARE SUPER EXPENSIVE!
- Continuing the tradition, Clash at the Castle: Scotland and Smackdown combo tickets were released this morning at very expensive prices, with the cheapest tickets in the pre-sale listed at ?345.90 and that's third row from the very top. That is the equivalent of $430 for bleacher seats. Ringside tickets in the first few rows are priced at a whopping ?2,945.40 each...and that's around $3,660. The pricing is very similar to that used at Clash at the Castle in Wales and Bash in Berlin and even Backlash in France. For Clash at the Castle in Wales, tickets went down by a huge percentage as the show got closer to try and fill the stadium. It's a bit impossible at the moment to quantify how much tickets were sold in the first day of pre-sale since you can't tell which seats were open for sale. Tickets go on sale to the general public this Friday at 10AM local time on Ticketmaster.co.uk. There will be no set used for the shows which means the full arena will be in use. The OVO Hydro holds up to 16,000 fans.

RAW RATING
- Facing heavy competition from two NBA Playoff matches and NHL playoffs, Monday Night Raw drew just 1,597,000 viewers this week, down 209,000 viewers from last week's show and the least-watched broadcast since January 15. The show started with 1,610,000 viewers in the first hour, then increased to 1,641,000 viewers in the second hour, but dropped to 1,541,000 viewers in the third and final hour. Raw was #3, #4, and #5 in the top 50 cable chart for the night among the 18-49 demographic with 0.53, 0.53, and 0.51 ratings respectively for an average of 0.52, down 0.09 from last week and lowest since January 15 as well. Raw was #3 overall in all of TV including network for the night. (Ratings credit: SpoilerTV)

MCMAHON FILES 29-PAGE MOTION IN JANEL GRANT LAWSUIT
- Former TKO Executive Chairman Vince McMahon filed a 29-page motion with the United States District Court of Connecticut to force a binding arbitration clause which was included in the NDA which Janel Grant signed back in 2021. In the motion, McMahon's legal team refuted Grant's outlandish claims in the lawsuit, arguing that she was not really in financial difficulties, lived with her boyfriend in a luxury tower in Stamford during their relationship, and was not the caregiver for her parents as her father passed away two years before the two met and he was listed as widowed, which means that her mother passed away before. The NDA included a clause that if the need arises for a dispute, it would have to be through arbitration and McMahon's team are fighting that Grant broke the NDA by exposing their relationship and said agreement. "Plaintiff was represented by a lawyer who negotiated the Agreement for her before she executed it. When Defendant learned that Plaintiff, despite her promises, had violated the Agreement by wrongfully disclosing both the existence of the Agreement and their relationship, he exercised his contractual right to withhold payment otherwise owed under the Agreement," the motion said. McMahon stopped paying what Grant was entitled to in the NDA and then filed this lawsuit against him, WWE, and John Laurinaitis. The full motion can be read at

BECKY LYNCH WINS THE VACANT WWE WOMEN'S WORLD TITLE
- Becky Lynch became the new WWE Women's World champion last night on Raw after she won the battle royal for the vacant title. Lynch won after she hit the Manhandle Slam on Liv Morgan on the apron after she reversed the Oblivion finisher and Morgan then hit the floor to get eliminated. Nia Jax was part of the final three and both Morgan and Lynch teamed up to eliminate her, finally getting her out of the match following a codebreaker from Morgan and a legdrop from the second rope by Lynch. This is the seventh world title for the Irish Lass Kicker, who celebrated her victory with the fans in the stands, ending the night holding a sign saying, "Women run the WWE." Writing on X, Lynch wrote, "The Man is back where she belongs, as your Women's World Champion. #AndNew"

FINN BALOR SIGNS NEW WWE DEAL
- Finn Balor has signed a new, long-term deal with WWE according to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful and Balor seemingly confirmed the news on X himself. "I would like to take this moment to say thank you to WWE for 10 incredible years," Balor wrote. "And after much thought and consideration, I have decided that now is the right time to say ¡®I ain¡¯t going nowhere!'" Sapp said that Balor received a "big money offer" to stay in the company and this extends his time after his arrival in 2014. Balor's deal is one of the few big contracts that are up for WWE this year. Those whose deals are also expiring include Drew McIntyre, Seth Rollins, and Becky Lynch.

DOM MYSTERIO OUT INJURED
- The Judgment Day has their second casualty as Dominik Mysterio is also out with an undisclosed injury. Mysterio showed up on Raw with his left arm in a sling last night and did not wrestle, bringing in Santos Escobar instead to take his place. Dom did not attend last week's European tour and last wrestled a week ago on Raw against Andrade. Mysterio joins Rhea Ripley on the sidelines for The Judgment Day, which looks like it's about to implode with World champion Damian Priest losing his patience.

KING OF THE RING TOURNAMENT GETS FIRST THREE ENTRANTS
- Three WWE Superstars have put their name up for the King of the Ring tournament, a premium live event which will take place on May 27 from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Former Intercontinental champion Gunther, former World Heavyweight champion Drew McIntyre, and current King of the Ring holder Xavier Woods all announced their intention to be part of the tournament. Matches for the tournament will take place throughout the next few weeks, with the final being held in Jeddah. A Queen of the Ring tournament will be held simultaneously. Zelina Vega won the last tournament which also took place in Saudi Arabia a couple of years ago.

SMACKDOWN RATING
- Friday Night Smackdown drew 2,333,000 viewers this past Friday, down 166,000 viewers from the prior week. Two NBA games on TNT and ESPN left a dent in Smackdown's viewership and 18-49 demo, with Smackdown doing a 0.63, down 0.13 from the last show. Smackdown was #1 on network television and #3 overall on all TV for the night. (Ratings credit: SpoilerTV)

CODY RHODES LAND ROLE IN UPCOMING NAKED GUN REBOOT
- British tabloid newspaper The Daily Mail is reporting that WWE champion Cody Rhodes has been cast in the upcoming Naked Gun movie reboot. The new movie will star Liam Neeson and Pamela Anderson and the newspaper says that Rhodes will make a cameo, with rumors being that he will actually be playing himself. "This will be a huge movie and Cody is super excited to film his part and make it something that's both fun for him and funny for everyone that sees it," an insider said. "It may be a cameo, but his role is important and lends itself to the full story of the film." The original Naked Gun, starring Leslie Nielsen, was released in 1988 and made $152.4 million in box office off a budget of just $12 million.

CAMERON GRIMES RELEASED BY WWE
- In a video posted on social media, Cameron Grimes revealed that he has been released from WWE. "I just got off the phone with WWE and unfortunately I have been released from my contract," he said. A very-emotional Grimes said that he loved working at WWE and wanted to thank everyone who helped him in his journey. "Even though you guys haven't seen me in the past year, I've been trying my best to learn from everybody that comes through and everybody that lets me sit there and listen," he continued. "All I wanted to do is work. This is all I got man. But hey, the good news is there ain't no stopping Trevor Lee now, I promise you that," he concluded. Grimes joined WWE in 2019 as part of NXT and moved to the main roster in 2023. He is a former NXT North American champion and former Million Dollar champion.

Well, that AEW PPV did not disappoint, didn't it? It's one thing that they've got down to a science: deliver when it matters.

DYNASTY 2024 PPV RESULTS
- Here are the results from last night's Dynasty 2024 pay-per-view which took place live from the Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis, Missouri. ZERO HOUR: Trent Beretta defeated Matt Sydal; Katsuyori Shibata and Orange Cassidy defeated Shane Taylor and Lee Moriarty; Bullet Club Gold defeated The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn in a winners-take-all title unification match for the AEW World Trios and ROH World Six-Man Tag Team titles. PPV: Kazuchika Okada defeated Pac to retain the AEW Continental title; House of Black defeated Adam Copeland, Eddie Kingston, and Mark Briscoe in a trios match; Willow Nightingale defeated Julia Hart to become the new AEW TBS champion; Roderick Strong defeated Kyle O'Reilly to retain the AEW International title; Chris Jericho defeated Hook to become the new FTW champion; Toni Storm defeated Thunder Rosa to retain the AEW Women's title; Will Ospreay defeated Bryan Danielson; The Young Bucks defeated FTR in a ladder match to become the new AEW Tag Team champions; Swerve Strickland defeated Samoa Joe to become the new AEW World champion.

SWERVE STRICKLAND MAKES HISTORY AT DYNASTY
- It was a long journey for the 33-year-old Swerve Strickland but it finally happened! At last night's Dynasty pay-per-view, Strickland defeated Samoa Joe to win the AEW World title, his first-ever world championship in his 13-year wrestling career. Strickland pinned Joe clean after hitting the Swerve Stomp finisher and the new champion celebrated in style with the fans and Price Nana as pyro went off and streamers filled the ring. A very emotional Strickland closed the show with tears in his eyes and his AEW World title held high. In the post-show press conference, Strickland said that Kofi Kingston winning the WWE title at WrestleMania 35 was for him one of the most inspiring things ever and motivated him to do the same. Just a couple of years ago, Strickland was wrestling as Isiah "Swerve" Scott as part of Hit Row in WWE but getting released from the company was the best thing that could ever happen to the Tacoma native. Strickland, who joined AEW in 2022, quickly rose to fame and made a name for himself by being involved in some classic matches and it all paid off after yesterday he also made history for AEW by becoming the first African American World champion for the promotion. Samoa Joe ends his title reign after 113 days, having won it at Worlds End last year from MJF.

FIRST MATCH FOR DOUBLE OR NOTHING OFFICIAL
- The first match for the Double or Nothing 2024 pay-per-view was made official last night after Willow Nightingale became the new TBS champion after she defeated Julia Hart. New arrival Mercedes Mone will get first dibs despite not having wrestled once yet on AEW television and will make her in-ring debut at the Las Vegas pay-per-view next month. Mone, decked in a long purple dress, did appear at Dynasty and came to the ring after Nightingale won the match for a face-to-face with the new champion. The two have history together dating back to last May when they wrestled for the inaugural NJPW Strong Women's title. Mone was supposed to win the match but broke her foot during the match, changing the outcome on the fly and Nightingale ended up winning the title. This is Nightingale's first run with a title in AEW. Mone's lack of in-ring time might be due to the fact that she might not be cleared yet. At the post-show press conference, AEW President Tony Khan was quizzed if Mone is cleared and said that she will be for the May pay-per-view.

JACK PERRY RETURNS TO HELP THE YOUNG BUCKS WIN THE TAG TEAM TITLES
- Jack Perry returned to AEW last night at Dynasty after being exiled for the past eight months following his involvement in the All In brawl with CM Punk. Perry made his presence felt during The Young Bucks vs FTR ladder match for the vacant AEW Tag Team titles and helped the EVPs win the titles for the third time. As Dax Harwood was inches away from winning the match for his team, Perry, in a mask and hood, jumped the ring and pushed him off the ladder. Security quickly entered the ring and unmasked him. The interference led to Nicholas Jackson to run up the ladder and grab the titles to secure the victory. The titles were vacated last month after Sting and Darby Allin defeated The Young Bucks in the main event of Revolution, a match which also served as Sting's retirement. A tournament kicked off to determine the two finalists, with The Young Bucks eliminating Private Party and Best Friends to advance while FTR defeated The Infantry and Top Flight.

TONY KHAN SAYS AEW STILL IN EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATION WINDOW WITH WBD
- AEW President Tony Khan said last night that they're still in the exclusive negotiation window with Warner Bros. Discovery for their new television deal when he was asked if he would green light a move to take all AEW shows to a streaming service. The current AEW television deal expires at the end of this year and Khan never made it a secret that he wants to stay with WBD and doubled down on that at the post-Dynasty press conference where he said that he loves having wrestling on TNT and TBS. Often calling them great partners, Khan said that he received a text message from WBD before he walked into the press conference and said it contained positive feedback. The company cannot negotiate with anyone else until that window expires and there are rumors that Khan is out of the negotiation team as a third party has taken over the talks on behalf of the company. Khan also mentioned that he hopes to have the full AEW and ROH video library streaming somewhere next year.

MJF AT CHICAGO COMIC & ENTERTAINMENT EXPO THIS WEEKEND
- MJF will be making his first public appearance since he disappeared from AEW television this week at the Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo. The former AEW champion will be on location on Sunday, April 28 starting at 11:20AM doing a photo op session and then participating in three different autograph sessions at 11:40AM, 1:30PM, and 4PM. Prices are $80 for the photo and $60 for the autograph and they're available for pre-purchase at . MJF has not appeared on AEW TV since the Worlds End pay-per-view at the end of December 2023 when he lost the AEW World title to Samoa Joe. He's been nursing injuries ever since and AEW President Tony Khan said yesterday that he'd love to get MJF back soon.

VON WAGNER RELEASED FROM WWE
- Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Wrestling is reporting through his Select service that Von Wagner was also released from his WWE deal last week. The 29-year-old, son of Wayne Bloom of the Beverly Brothers, joined WWE in March 2019 and made his NXT television debut in September 2021. Unfortunately for him, things did not progress as expected and he never got out of NXT. He is the sixth star to receive the pink slip last week, joining Jinder Mahal, Veer, Sanga, Xia Li, and Lyon Quinn.

WWE AND UFC ANNOUNCE NXT BATTLEGROUND AT UFC APEX
- WWE and UFC today announced that NXT Battleground will take place from the UFC APEX in Las Vegas on Sunday, June 9. This marks the first-ever WWE event to be hosted at the state-of-the-art, 130,000-square foot event and production facility, which is home to UFC Fight Night events, Dana White¡¯s Contender Series and more. "We are always exploring new frontiers to showcase NXT and we are excited to bring Battleground to this world-class event and production facility in partnership with UFC,¡± said WWE Senior Vice President of Talent Development Creative Shawn Michaels. Limited NXT Battleground Priority Passes will soon be available through exclusive partner On Location, giving fans the chance to be ringside for every exhilarating moment, including premium seating, all-inclusive pre-show hospitality with WWE Superstar appearances, ringside photo opportunities, and much more. Starting today, fans can place a deposit to secure access ahead of the general public, as well as register for exclusive pre-sale opportunities. To learn more or to place a deposit, please visit .

NEW WOMEN'S WORLD CHAMPION TO BE CROWNED TONIGHT
- A new WWE Women's World champion will be crowned tonight on Monday Night Raw as a battle royal will take place to take the vacant title which was surrendered by Rhea Ripley last week. 15 women will be part of this match and these are Becky Lynch, Shayna Baszler, Zoey Stark, Natalya, Tegan Nox, Ivy Nile, Maxxine Dupri, Katana Chance, Kayden Carter, Nia Jax, Liv Morgan, Piper Niven, Chelsea Green, Candice LeRae, and Indi Hartwell. Also tonight, The Miz and R-Truth will defend the WWE World Tag Team titles against DIY, Ricochet and Andrade team up to take on Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh of The Judgment Day, and Gunther returns to Raw for the first time since losing the Intercontinental title to Sami Zayn at WrestleMania.

ERIC YOUNG GETS HIS EAR RE-ATTACHED BY PLASTIC SURGEON
- TNA's Eric Young is out for a while after he suffered an injury at the Rebellion pay-per-view on Saturday. Young wrestled Frankie Kazarian and took a nasty Flux Capacitor finisher from Kazarian on a table. But Young's head grazed the table and started to bleed. In an update on the TNA website, Young suffered a severe ear laceration and actually required a plastic surgeon to re-attach his ear. He's certainly not the first one to lose his ear in a wrestling match but thankfully, steps were taken quickly to re-attach it. No timetable for his return has been announced.

ZERO HOUR: The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn vs Bullet Club Gold in a winner-take-all match for the AEW World Trios and ROH World Six-Man Tag Team titles; Trent Beretta vs Matt Sydal; Orange Cassidy and Katsuyori Shibata vs Shane Taylor and Lee Moriarty. Dynasty is available on Bleacher Report, Triller TV, YouTube, and traditional pay-per-view in the United States and on Triller TV internationally.

PRE-SALE FOR FORBIDDEN DOOR NOW ON
- The pre-sale for the AEWxNJPW: Forbidden Door pay-per-view kicks off this morning at 10AM ET on Ticketmaster.com using the code AEWFD2024. The show will be taking place from the UBS Arena at Belmont Park in Long Island, New York, after it was originally marked for Arthur Ashe Stadium in nearby Queens. This is the third Forbidden Door pay-per-view collaboration between AEW and New Japan Pro-Wrestling, with the first one held at the United Center in Chicago and last year at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Thursday, April 25 at 10AM ET.

LATEST BETTING ODDS FOR DYNASTY 2024
- We are just hours away from the much-anticipated Dynasty pay-per-view live from St. Louis and today we will look at the odds of most of the matches as not all of them are available to bet on. These odds might change by the time the show starts so please be careful if you are using real money. In the AEW World title match, Samoa Joe is the underdog and likely to lose the title with his odds at 17/4 while that of Swerve Strickland are 1/8. If Strickland wins, he becomes the first African American AEW World champion. No pressure! The Continental title is on the line with Kazuchika Okada defending against Pac. Okada is the heavy favorite with 1/50 odds while Pac is 12/1 and pretty much a lock he's walking out with any gold. Former Undisputed Era members Roderick Strong and Kyle O'Reilly collide for the AEW International title. Strong is strong in his odds with 1/7 while O'Reilly is 4/1 to win. Is the "Timeless" era continuing? Bookmakers think so as Toni Storm is 1/10 favorite to retain her AEW Women's title while Thunder Rosa is 11/2 to win back the gold she actually never lost. New AEW Tag Team champions will be crowned tonight as The Young Bucks battle FTR in a ladder match for the vacant titles. The Bucks are the heavy favorites with 1/20 odds while FTR are 7/1. The House of Black will take on the team of Adam Copeland, Mark Briscoe, and Eddie Kingston in a trios match with HOB the favorites having odds of 2/5 while their opponents are 17/10 for the victory. And probably the most anticipated match of the night is Will Ospreay vs Bryan Danielson which surely will be a five-star classic. Ospreay is 1/20 favorite heading in to the match while Danielson is 7/1.

REBELLION 2024 PAY-PER-VIEW RESULTS
- Here are the results from last night's TNA Rebellion pay-per-view which took place live from the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. PRE-SHOW: Leon Slater, Ace Austin, and Chris Bey defeated Trey Miguel, Zachary Wentz, and Myron Reed in a six-man tag team match; Laredo Kid defeated Crazzy Steve to become the new TNA Digital Media champion; Dani Luna and Jody Threat defeated Havok and Rosemary to retain the TNA Knockouts Tag Team titles. PPV: Mustafa Ali defeated Jake Something to retain the TNA X Division title; Rich Swann defeated Joe Hendry; Frankie Kazarian defeated Eric Young in a full metal mayhem match; Mike Santana defeated Steve Maclin; Eddie Edwards and Brian Myers) defeated Mike Bailey and Trent Seven to retain the TNA Tag Team titles; Josh Alexander defeated Hammerstone in a last man standing match;Last Man Standing match; Jordynne Grace defeated Steph De Lander to retain the TNA Knockouts title; Moose defeated Nic Nemeth to retain the TNA World title.

MATT HARDY RETURNS TO TNA
- Matt Hardy made his return to TNA Wrestling last night at Rebellion, coming out in his Broken gimmick to spoil Moose's celebration at the end of the pay-per-view. With Moose victorious over Nic Nemeth, lights inside the Palms Resort went out and a "lights out" video played on the big screen. When the lights came back on, Hardy was there in his full Broken gear, kicked the champion and hit the Twist of Fate. He then held the TNA World title as cameras faded to black. Hardy, who is a free agent after he turned down signing a new AEW deal, had been teasing a return to WWE. It's unknown if he is signed to TNA as no announcement was made. Matt competed in TNA between 2014 and 2017 and had a quite successful run in the promotion, winning the Impact World title and the Tag Team titles twice. You can see his return at .

MIKE SANTANA AND SAMI CALLIHAN MAKE SURPRISE APPEARANCES
- Matt Hardy was not the only former star to return to TNA last night as both Sami Callihan and Mike Santana also returned at Rebellion. Santana showed up and wrestled former TNA World champion Steve Maclin in a match which was not advertised on the card. This was Santana's first appearance in TNA since 2019 after he and his former tag team partner Ortiz left for AEW. Unfortunately the former TNA Tag Team champions, things fell apart between them last year and parted ways, with Santana also leaving AEW. Callihan, another former TNA World champion, also showed up unannounced at Rebellion and made an appearance during the Knockouts title match as he tried to somewhat even the odds for champion Jordynne Grace. Callihan left TNA in September of last year after a six-year stint. It remains unclear if both have signed a deal with the company at this point. You can see their returns at .

SLAMMIVERSARY 2024 ANNOUNCED
- Slammiversary 2024 will be taking place from the Verdun Auditorium in Montreal, Quebec, on Saturday, July 20. This is a new location for TNA as they have never performed in Montreal before but it's the third Slammiversary to be held in Canada. The Verdun Auditorium is a 4,000-seater arena which was opened 1939 and is the largest arena in the west end of Montreal. The company will also hold a television taping the following day from the same location. Ticket information will be released in the coming days.

MATT HARDY SAYS HE'S STILL A FREE AGENT
- Matt Hardy has clarified in a post on X that he is still a free agent after someone asked him if he signed with TNA following his appearance at Rebellion last night in Las Vegas. "No. I¡¯m a free agent," Hardy wrote. "I will appear when I want to appear." Hardy dropped a lot of hints at returning to WWE over the past several days and during his podcast, he said that he's been doing what he should be doing as a free agent, and that is create hype for himself. "I have been speaking with AEW constantly. I have been speaking with WWE. I¡¯ve been speaking with several people across several different platforms," Hardy said after he revealed he was a free agent. "So I think the next couple of weeks are going to be fun."

REBELLION LIVE ON PPV TONIGHT
- Live from the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada, TNA Wrestling presents Rebellion 2024 on pay-per-view. The full card is as follows: PPV: Moose vs Nic Nemeth for the TNA World title; Jordynne Grace vs Steph De Lander for the TNA Knockouts title; Mustafa Ali vs Jake Something for the TNA X Division title; Eddie Edwards and Brian Myers vs Mike Bailey and Trent Seven for the TNA Tag Team titles; Josh Alexander vs Hammerstone in a last man standing match; Joe Hendry vs Rich Swann; Frankie Kazarian vs Eric Young in a full metal mayhem match. PRE-SHOW: Crazzy Steve vs Laredo Kid for the TNA Digital Media title; Dani Luna and Jody Threat vs Havok and Rosemary for the TNA Knockouts Tag Team titles; Leon Slater, Ace Austin, and Chris Bey vs Trey Miguel, Zachary Wentz, and Myron Reed in a six-man tag team match. Rebellion is available on TNA+ in the United States for $39.99 or via TRILLER TV everywhere else.

FIVE WWE SUPERSTARS RELEASED
- It might be a new era but the same old tactics have returned as WWE released a few Superstars in their usual post-WrestleMania clean out. The most noteworthy name of these releases is former WWE champion Jinder Mahal. The 37-year-old had two runs in the company one which started in 2010 and lasted four years and then returning in 2016 for round two. Apart from the WWE title he also held the United States title and the 24/7 title. Joining him on the unemployed list are his fellow Indian stars Veer and Sanga. The Indus Sher tag team wrestled on both NXT and main roster but never really went anywhere. Both of them signed with WWE in 2018. Xia Li was the only woman cut from the roster yesterday. She is the product of the WWE Performance Center and started there in 2017. Despite her potential and several makeovers, the 35-year-old from China never found major success in the ring. Xyon Quinn also got his marching orders. The 34-year-old Australian former rugby player started his wrestlin
g journey in 2018. He was part of NXT until the 2023 Draft but rarely made any appearances on the main roster.

DID THE UNDERTAKER JUST SPOIL THE LOCATION OF WRESTLEMANIA 41?!
- In the latest episode of his Six Feet Under podcast, The Undertaker seemed like he gave away the location of next year's WrestleMania. "It's in Vegas next year," Taker said before a long pause. "That's what I think, I think I heard that...good Lord!" The location has not been officially announced by WWE yet with Minneapolis being one of the frontrunners to host the show. But this is the first WrestleMania location to be chosen by the new regime, and considering Nick Khan's ties to Las Vegas, the location makes perfect sense. If Vegas is indeed the place, the Allegiant Stadium would be hosting the show and presumably the next-door T-Mobile Arena the home of the other events. WWE are expected to formally announce a location within the next month.

BATTLE ROYAL TO DECIDE WHO IS NEW WWE WOMEN'S WORLD CHAMPION
- The new WWE Women's World champion will be crowned on Monday Night Raw via a battle royal. The title was vacated by champion Rhea Ripley on Monday after she suffered a shoulder injury the prior week in a backstage segment with Liv Morgan. Mami warned everyone that whoever is the champion when she returns, she will be back for blood. 16 WWE Superstars - including Xia Li who was released last night - were shown in the commercial which aired during Smackdown as participants. Those shown included Becky Lynch, Candice LeRae, Chelsea Green, Indi Hartwell, Ivy Nile, Kayden Carter, Katana Chance, Liv Morgan, Maxxine Dupri, Natalya, Nia Jax, Piper Niven, Shayna Baszler, Tegan Nox, and Zoey Stark.

NEW WWE TAG TEAM TITLES UNVEILED
- Just like the Raw Tag Team titles, the Smackdown Tag Team titles are no longer and they have now been rebranded as the WWE Tag Team titles. Paul "Triple H" Levesque and Smackdown GM Nick Aldis presided over the presentation of the new belts to Austin Theory and Grayson Waller last night on Smackdown after the two won them in the six-pack ladder match at WrestleMania XL. While the World Tag Team titles carry the same design as the men's World and women's World titles over at Raw, the newly-released WWE Tag Team titles have a different look from the male and female versions of the titles on Smackdown, and actually resemble the old titles that were used by the likes of The Hart Foundation, Demolition, Legion of Doom, and others. The champions also got to learn their new number one contenders after a four-way elimination tag team match between AOP, New Catch Republic, The Street Profits, and Legado del Fantasma took place on the show. The Street Profits won that match and will now face
A-Town Down Under in their first title defense.

THREE HOURS OF AEW TONIGHT
- AEW will have a three-hour block on TNT tonight with live Collision and then an episode of Rampage airing immediately after. Collision will be headlined by a trios match featuring The Young Bucks and Kazuchika Okada against FTR and Pac. Another trios match will pit Adam Copeland, Eddie Kingston, and Mark Briscoe against Top Flight and Action Andretti. Sky Blue battles Leyla Hirsch, The Acclaimed go up against The Gunns, Bryan Danielson and Claudio Castagnoli vs Kyle Fletcher and Konosuke Takeshita in a bunkhouse brawl, and Powerhouse Hobbs will also be in action. Rampage will follow with Kyle O'Reilly, Rocky Romero, and Daddy Magic vs Undisputed Kingdom in the third trios match of the night, Yuka Sakazaki vs Emi Sakura, and Rob Van Dam vs Komander vs Isiah Kassidy vs Lee Johnson in a high-flying 4/20 four-way elimination match!

EARLY BETTING ODDS FOR DYNASTY
- AEW is back on pay-per-view tomorrow for its second show on its 2024 calendar with new arrival Dynasty. Today we'll take a look at the betting odds for some of the top matches and tomorrow we'll have odds on most of the other matches as the show gets closer. Remember, these odds are preliminary and could change any time. In the AEW World title match, Samoa Joe will defend his gold against Swerve Strickland. Strickland is the heavy favorite heading into the match with 1/10 odds while Joe is 11/2 to retain. New AEW Tag Team champions will be crowned as FTR and The Young Bucks battle in a ladder match for the vacant titles. The EVPs are favorite with 1/20 odds while FTR are 7/1 for the big upset. If there's one man who is unlikely to lose according to bookmakers is Kazuchika Okada whose odds in the Continental title match are at a whopping 1/50 to retain while his opponent Pac is 12/1. And in the AEW Women's title match, Toni Storm is also 1/10 favorite to retain the title while Thund
er Rosa is at 11/2.

SETH ROLLINS UNDERGOES SURGERY FOR TORN MENISCUS
- While doing media for the current Euro tour, Becky Lynch revealed that her husband Seth Rollins underwent surgery on Tuesday to fix the torn meniscus. Rollins, who in January suffered a grade two tear in his MCL and also a torn meniscus, was cleared in time for WrestleMania and wrestled on both nights, main eventing night one in a 45-minute match with Cody Rhodes against The Rock and Roman Reigns and then opening night two losing the World Heavyweight title to Drew McIntyre. Although injured, Rollins did not miss any TV time on the road to WrestleMania but he did not wrestle. Recovery time for a torn meniscus varies although it could take up to six months. Appearing on RTE One in Ireland, Lynched joked that for rehab, running around their three-year-old daughter would do great for his knee. The Rock labeled Rollins as the real MVP of WrestleMania in an Instagram post earlier this week.

ROYAL RUMBLE GENERATES $47 IN ECONOMIC IMPACT FOR ST. PETE AREA
- FOX 13 News in Tampa Bay is reporting that the official report detailing economic impact of the Royal Rumble in St. Pete puts the figure at $47,047,401. Just over 48,000 fans from all 50 states and 40 different countries attended the Rumble at Tropicana Field this past January, boosting the local economy. The report also said that there were $28,337,038 in total direct spending and $2,923,664 paid in taxes. Other spots in the area also reaped the benefits of the Royal Rumble, with The Imagine Museum reporting a 25% increase in attendance the day after Royal Rumble, Ferg's Sports Bar doing seven times the business of a normal Saturday, Green Bench seeing a 10-15% increase from normal Saturday operations, and the Sun Runner transport saw a 95% increase in ridership on the day of the event. Also, $60,000 was donated to ARC Tampa Bay, Miracle by the Bay, Boys & Girls Club of St. Petersburg, and the Pinellas Education Foundation.

CRUZ DEL TORO UNDERGOES SURGERY
- LWO member Cruz Del Toro revealed on social media that he underwent surgery and will be out for a while. Del Toro posted a photo in a hospital bed with his left arm in a cast and heavily bandaged. The surgery was performed by Dr. Kathleen McKeon, an orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in hand and wrist surgery, in Homewood, Alabama at the Birmingham Surgery Center. Dr McKeon is a member of the Andrews Sports Medicine where WWE Superstars typically undergo surgeries. He expressed his thanks to his surgeon and her team for their care and said surgery was a success. "Thank you for your messages of support and good wishes. I will be back soon and better than ever," Del Toro wrote. His last match was at Smackdown on the eve of WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia.

THE IRON CLAW MOVIE TO START STREAMING ON MAX IN MAY

KHAN COMMENTS ON PUNK'S SURGERY CLAIM FROM 2022
- During the Dynasty media conference call yesterday afternoon, AEW President Tony Khan couldn't confirm CM Punk's statement that he had to personally pay for his triceps surgery during his time in AEW. Khan said it does not sound right and they usually pick up the bill for any injuries suffered while working for the company. Khan added that he will check properly about this and if it turns out that Punk did in fact pay for his own surgery, then he would reimburse him everything he paid. It's one of the few questions that Khan has answered about CM Punk since the two had their fallout at All In in Wembley in August of last year. Punk made the statement during the Ariel Helwani interview in the lead-up to WrestleMania 40.

DYNAMITE RATING
- The Dynasty go-home episode of Dynamite on Wednesday drew 762,000 viewers, down 57,000 viewers from the prior week with the All In backstage video featuring CM Punk. This was the third least-watched episode of Dynamite of 2024. The show had a 0.26 rating in 18-49, down 0.04 from the prior week and was #5 on the top 50 cable chart for the night. Today we'll take a look at the betting odds for the top matches and tomorrow we'll have odds on most of the other matches as the show gets closer. If there's one man who is unlikely to lose according to bookmakers is Kazuchika Okada whose odds in the Continental title match are at a whopping 1/50 to retain while his opponent Pac is 12/1. And in the AEW Women's title match, Toni Storm is also 1/10 favorite to retain the title while Thunder Rosa is at 11/
2.

The video aired during the Rebellion press conference yesterday and it was also posted on the TNA social media and website. "Who will show up when the lights go out THIS SATURDAY at #Rebellion?" the text accompanying the video read. The glitchy video might contain a lot of hints when watching frame by frame, showing figures in the woods, trains, hands behind glass, someone hugging a tree trunk, a newspaper clipping etc. TNA Rebellion takes place tomorrow night live from Las Vegas on pay-per-view.

RUBY SOHO ANNOUNCES SHE'S PREGNANT
- In a segment after Dynamite, AEW star Ruby Soho announced that she was pregnant with her first child. Soho revealed the news to her boyfriend and fellow AEW star Angelo Parker in the middle of the ring. "Angelo, I'm pregnant," Ruby said as the crowd popped. "I know that it's soon and I know that we just started this and I didn't know how to do this..." she continued as Parker just grabbed her and kissed her to another big pop. The 33-year-old started dating Parker late last year and that romance even transitioned to television. Soho has not wrestled since February. Congratulations to the two! You can see the clip at .

BATTLE OF THE BELTS X RATING
- Battle of The Belts X which aired this past Saturday drew 422,000 viewers, up 71,000 viewers from the IX edition in January. It had a 0.11 rating in 18-49, up 0.02 from last time and was #27 on the top 50 cable chart for the night. (Ratings credit: SpoilerTV)

OKLAHOMA ATHLETIC COMMISSION WARNS AEW ABOUT TRANSGENDER MATCHES
- The Oklahoma Athletic Commission has warned AEW not to allow "a transgender (born male) to compete against a female" again in the state following the December 20, 2023 Dynamite from the Paycom Center. In a meeting between members of the Commission, Administrator Joe Miller said that they had no idea about this before as the wrestler in question, Nyla Rose, filled her wrestling license application as a female. Miller said that he called AEW and explained that it was a violation of the OSAC rules and asked the Commission to take action against the company. Another Commission member, Mike Bower, stated that the wrestling application fails to ask if someone had gender reassignment unlike the boxing or MMA applications so it needs to be updated. It was then decided that since there was already something like this which happened with a local wrestling promotion and they only got a warning, they should be consistent and instead just issue a warning to AEW to refrain from pitting a born male against a born female in a wrestling match or else there would be punitive damages. Section 92:10-1-5 of the OSAC states that "The Commission will not approve sanctioning permits between human participants and non-humans or between males and females. A male participant is a person of the heterogametic sex born with XY chromosomes. A female participant is a person born of the homogametic sex with XX chromosomes." Responding to the news, Rose joked on X by asking, "Who the f*ck was it?" She then added, "Don¡¯t worry Oklahoma I¡¯ll find the dastardly Transgender that *checks notes* entertained fans!!! HOW DARE THEY MAKE PEOPLE HAPPY?!!!" At the media conference today ahead of Dynasty, AEW President Tony Khan was asked for his reaction and he said that he's disappointed by the Commission's decision and warning. He said that he feels AEW did nothing wrong and there shouldn't be any discrimination. Khan was also non-committal about future shows in the state but said he'll do anything to continue supporting their Oklahoma fans.

AEW SIGNS CARLOS CABRERA
- AEW has announced the signing of Carlos Cabrera as their new Spanish announce commentary lead. The Colombian is best known for his time in WWE where he also did Spanish commentary for nearly 30 years. After he was released from WWE in February 2022, Cabrera joined Lucha Libra AAA, reuniting with his former broadcast colleague Hugo Savinovich. Cabrera started with AEW with last night's Dynamite and was welcomed by Tony Khan with the "All Elite" graphic.

NBC NEWS TAKES A DETAILED LOOK AT VINCE MCMAHON'S LIFE POST-WWE
- NBC News has a report which suggests that former WWE and TKO Chairman Vince McMahon has "moved on" from the company and no longer keeps in touch with any executives there regarding company matters, including with son-in-law Paul "Triple H" Levesque and daughter Stephanie, although he does talk regularly to people such as John Cena, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, and even President Donald Trump. The report included several quotes from close friends and acquaintances of McMahon, who said that he has been cooperating with authorities regarding all his legal troubles stemming from the Janel Grant lawsuit. A McMahon attorney said that they believe an out-of-court settlement will be reached although the attorney for Janel Grant said no such discussions have taken place. It was previously hinted from Grant's legal team that they will not take a settlement and want to go all the way to trial. Others interviewed for the story said that McMahon, 78, has been enjoying life since his resignation in January and recently took a trip to Turks and Caicos Islands where he returned with a puppy and seven kittens to give to friends. One interviewed for the piece said that while WWE is actually a great place to work at, Vince distracted it from that and it's been better since he left, with people feeling like they're on "steadier ground" since his departure. Last week, McMahon put up the rest of his TKO shares up for sale and after those are gone, his association with TKO or WWE would finally come to nothing. "This time, it¡¯s like, OK, now, it¡¯s over-over," one of the insiders told NBC News.

NICK KHAN TALKS FUTURE OF WWE PREMIUM LIVE EVENTS
- Appearing at the CAA World Congress of Sports convention at The Marriott at L.A. Live, WWE President Nick Khan gave an outline of the future of WWE's premium live event locations. Khan noted that after meeting with other executives in WWE, it was decided that Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, Money In The Bank, SummerSlam, and Survivor Series will be taking place either in the United States or Canada moving forward. The so-called "big five" are a hot commodity for WWE where cities are now actually bidding to host these events. Khan also added that the plan is for other premium live events on the yearly WWE calendar to be held overseas at different locations. This news will come as a blow for those locations such as London who wanted to host WrestleMania but obviously, moving such a massive event overseas would be a logistical nightmare. Speaking of WrestleMania, future WrestleManias will also see a change in tactics. "Going in early April at an outdoor stadium (on the East Coast)...assume you're not going to see that again," Khan said. "Going up against the Final Four Saturday night games, assume you're not going to see that again." Philadelphia was the last city chosen by the old regime and had been locked for the past four years. During the same convention, Nick Khan also said that they're not ready to announce the location of WrestleMania 41 yet, with Minneapolis and Las Vegas being under serious consideration as host cities.

NXT RATING
- This week's episode of NXT drew 625,000 viewers, down 22,000 viewers from last week's broadcast. The show had a 0.17 rating in 18-49, down 0.02 from the prior week and was #8 on the top 50 cable chart for the night. (Ratings credit: SpoilerTV)

WWE ON A&E RATING
- WWE programming on A&E restarted on Sunday with week 7 featuring just the return of WWE's Most Wanted Treasures. Episode one of season three was a special two-hour episode as Booker T goes out to hunt for some sought-after WCW memorabilia. This season premiere episode drew 281,000 viewers, down 19,000 viewers from the season two finale. It had a 0.09 rating in 18-49, up 0.01 from the last episode and placed #36 on the cable chart for the night. WWE Rivals returns this coming Sunday on April 21. (Ratings credit: SpoilerTV)

DYNAMITE PREVIEW
- AEW looks to keep the momentum going from last week's uptick in viewership by presenting another loaded Dynamite live from Indianapolis, Indiana tonight on TBS. The show will be headlined by Claudio Castagnoli taking on fan favorite Will Ospreay. Other matches include Adam Copeland teams with Willow Nightingale against Brody King and Julia Hart in a mixed tag team match, The Elite vs Pac, Daniel Garcia, and Penta El Zero Miedo in a trios match, Orange Cassidy vs Shane Taylor, and Deonna Purrazzo battles Mariah May. Plus, Jon Moxley returns, interviews with Samoa Joe and Swerve Strickland, Taz brokers a meeting with Chris Jericho and Hook, and Mercedes Mone appears as well.

TONY KHAN SAYS HE'D WELCOME NIKKI GARCIA TO AEW
- AEW President Tony Khan said that he would welcome Nikki Garcia, formerly known as Nikki Bella, if she decided to return to the ring. Nikki was speaking on her podcast with her sister and said that she was inspired by Mercedes Mone's promo when she made her AEW debut when she said she wants to make the evolution worldwide. She told her sister Brie that she was on the verge of calling Tony Khan and commit to the promotion but then she thought about her son and said she couldn't do it to him now because he needs her. Responding to her comments, Khan said that he would be very interested in having Nikki and already has a lot of respect for her and her sister. "If Nikki was interested in coming to AEW, we would love to have her here any time," Khan said on the Battleground Podcast. "That was so great to hear. It means the world, and I just like both of them so much. I think they¡¯re really, really cool, and really really great stars that would add a lot to AEW if they ever wanted to come."

COLLISION RATING
- Collision drew 468,000 viewers last Saturday on TNT, up 6,000 viewers from the prior week, a relatively good number considering it went against the UFC 300 prelims. The show did 0.13 in the 18-49 demo, down 0.02 from last week and was #15 for the night on the top 50 cable chart. (Ratings credit: SpoilerTV)

DREW GULAK WRITTEN OFF TV FOLLOWING RONDA ROUSEY CLAIMS
- It seems that Drew Gulak's time in WWE is coming to an end as the former Cruiserweight champion has been removed from the No Quarter Catch Crew group on NXT. It was alluded on the show last night that Tony D'Angelo's family took care - wink wink - of Gulak since NQCC had "no cojones" to do it themselves but the group didn't pay for, ahem, the hit. "Who said anything about payments?" Charlie Dempsey responded. "I thought you were doing it for the good of the business. There was trash and it needed to be taken care of and that's what you did." Gulak's run in the promotion came to a halt after former Raw and Smackdown Women's champion Ronda Rousey accused him of inappropriate behavior towards her backstage at a WWE show. Rousey said that Gulak grabbed the string of her sweatpants as he was walking by and nobody reacted. Ronda said that she told Gulak that if she hears that he put his hands on any other woman or do anything like that to her ever again, they were going to have a big problem. Gulak responded publicly as well, saying that he stopped to say hi and shake hands and accidentally touched her drawstring, calling it a complete accident and said he had apologized for it. Bryan Alvarez reported on the situation, saying that WWE did hold an investigation and talked to eyewitnesses who were there and while the outcome was not revealed, his fate on WWE TV should give you a hint at what as concluded.

TICKETS FOR CLASH AT THE CASTLE OUT NEXT WEEK
- WWE announced that combo tickets for Smackdown and Clash at the Castle: Scotland will be available on Friday, April 26. Both shows will be taking place from the OVO Hydro in Glasgow on June 14 and June 15 respectively and this will be WWE's first PLE in Scotland. The Clash at the Castle name is being revived after the show in Cardiff, Wales in 2022 which was headlined by Drew McIntyre vs Roman Reigns at the Principality Stadium. The OVO Hydro is not a stadium, but rather a regular arena with a maximum seating of 14,000. Pre-sale registration is available at .

MATT HARDY HINTS AT INVOLVEMENT WITH LATEST UNCLE HOWDY TEASES
- Matt Hardy is back in the news after he started posting messages on X related to the latest Uncle Howdy teases which have popped up on WWE television. Hardy tweeted the clip where the QR code appeared on Raw during The New Day's entrance and then posted a clip of him teaming up with Bray Wyatt against The Revival from Raw. That was followed by a video of his feud with Wyatt at the Hardy Compound and then posted photos of his broken gimmick from his AEW debut in 2020. His latest message was a video with the headline "The dream of a family" which ended with one of his kids with his face painted as The Fiend. Hardy, who is now a free agent, is teasing all this when there are rumors that Erick Rowan is also coming back to be involved with Uncle Howdy.

RAW RATING
- Monday Night Raw this week drew 1,806,000 viewers, down 554,000 viewers from last week's massive Raw After Mania number, a drop which was expected. The show is now back to normal levels, although slightly higher than the 2024 average. Raw started with 1,929,000 viewers, then dropped to 1,815,000 viewers in the second hour, and ended the night with 1,676,000 viewers for a main event of Sami Zayn vs Chad Gable for the IC title. Raw was #1, #2, and #4 in the top 50 cable chart for the night with 0.63, 0.62, and 0.57 ratings respectively for an average of 0.61, down 0.21 from last week. Raw was overall #1 in all of network and cable TV for the night. (Ratings credit: SpoilerTV)

THE UNDERTAKER PUTS OVER ROMAN REIGNS AND HIS CHAMPIONSHIP RUN
- The Undertaker put over Roman Reigns for his incredible run as champion during the latest episode of his Six Feet Under podcast. Taker said what Reigns did was phenomenal and while it won't go down in the record books as the longest world title run, considering the world we live in now with so much coverage, social media, and overall exposure, Reigns pretty much nailed it. "There was a lot of really emotional moments backstage. You can imagine Roman coming back and after just...what an amazing run as champion," he said. The Undertaker played a role in Roman losing his belt, coming out to take out The Rock with a chokeslam in what is being lauded as the best final 5 minutes of a WWE match. Roman defeated The Undertaker in the main event of WrestleMania 33 in Orlando, giving Taker his only second ever defeat at WrestleMania.

RHEA RIPLEY SURRENDERS WWE WOMEN'S WORLD TITLE
- Rhea Ripley surrendered the Women¡¯s World title last night on Monday Night Raw, revealing that she would be out for ¡°quite a few months¡± thanks to an injury she suffered at the hands of Liv Morgan at last week¡¯s show. After putting the title in the middle of the ring, Ripley had a warning to that person who will be the champion when she comes back: she would be coming back for blood. Liv Morgan came out looking for a confrontation but was thwarted by security. Afterward, Mami met with the rest of the Judgment Day backstage and all hugged. Ripley ended her historic reign with the Women¡¯s World title at 380 days. She won it at WrestleMania 39 from Charlotte Flair and last defended it at WrestleMania 40 against Becky Lynch. You can see the segment at .

NEW WOMEN'S WORLD CHAMPION TO BE CROWNED NEXT WEEK
- A new WWE Women's World champion will be crowned on next week's episode of Monday Night Raw. The title was vacated by Rhea Ripley at the start of the broadcast live from Montreal due to an injury which later was revealed to be a sprained AC joint. The injury occurred last week during a backstage segment when Liv Morgan attacked Ripley, throwing her into the wall. A sprained AC joint is described as when the shoulder blade moves away from the collarbone, stretching or tearing through the ligaments and depending on what the grade is, may take up to three months at least to recover. WWE did not reveal how they're going to crown the new champion or who are the contenders but casually dropped the news during the later stages of the show.

NEW WORLD TAG TEAM TITLES UNVEILED
- Triple H unveiled and presented the new WWE World Tag Team titles to champions Awesome Truth last night on Raw, effectively ending the Raw and Smackdown Tag Team titles. The World Tag Team titles, featuring a similar design of the men's and women's World titles but having a round center plate, will take the Raw Tag Team titles lineage. The Raw and Smackdown Tag Team titles were introduced in the Summer of 2016 featuring the Spartan helmets on the center plate, a design which was universally hated by wrestling fans. The same design was part of the WWE Tag Team titles and made its debut in August 2010. Later in the show, DIY defeated The New Day and The Creed Brothers in a triple threat match to become the number one contenders for the titles.

MONTREAL BREAKS THE 18-WEEK WWE TV SELLOUT STREAK
- Ahead of Monday Night Raw in Montreal last night, WWE were riding on a high with nearly 20 consecutive sold out televised shows but the streak came to an end in the Great White North. With WWE looking for its 19th television sellout, Montreal broke WWE's heart, with Centre Bell still having less than 500 tickets available for the show by the time it went on the air. Despite several messages on X by a lot of WWE Superstars hyping up tickets, the event fell short of selling out although it had a healthy attendance of over 12,000 in the building. If Montreal managed to sell out, it was going to be tough anyway to reach 20 as the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh has around 1,000 tickets available for this Friday's Smackdown with a few more days to go as WWE opened up more tickets over the last several days. Smackdown has its own streak going dating back to when The Rock started to appear weekly so it will be interesting to see if they manage to move the remaining tickets.

WWE DRAFT TO INCLUDE NXT
- This year's WWE Draft will also include the NXT brand along with Raw and Smackdown, with Superstars expected to be drafted to WWE's third brand for the first time. The new WWE Draft logo unveiled on Raw reflected this, with one half of the WWE logo red to represent Raw, one half blue to represent Smackdown, and the usual red line across the bottom changed to yellow to represent NXT. The Draft begins on Friday, April 26 on Smackdown and continues on Monday, April 29 on Raw. CM Punk is being advertise to appear on both shows.

WWE RAW STARS IN EUROPE
- WWE Superstars from the Raw brand are currently in Europe as tomorrow they begin a four-day tour for the usual post-WrestleMania non-televised live events across the pond. The tour has massively shrunk over the years as before it was a two-week affair with live TV as well. But after the pandemic, WWE changed the way they did the tours and went shorter and more frequent. The first stop will be in Birmingham, England tomorrow at the Resorts World Arena and then on Thursday it's one show at the Utilita Arena in Cardiff, Wales. On Friday it's off to the O2 Arena in London, England, and then it's a warp from the SEE Arena in Belfast, Northern Ireland on Saturday. The company returns to Europe later in the month as they head into Backlash.

PHILADELPHIA TO BID ON ANOTHER WRESTLEMANIA
- The Philadelphia Business Journal is reporting that city tourism officials plan to bid again for a future WrestleMania. The report says that the City of Brotherly Love might not have to wait another 25 years to see WWE's biggest show of the year back after delivering a "phenomenal" WrestleMania, a WrestleMania which broke all kinds of records for WWE. WrestleMania returning to a previous host city is common, although it usually takes a few years. Apart from WrestleMania 4 and 5 which took place from Tump Plaza back-to-back, only the city of New Orleans managed to get two WrestleManias in the span of five years with WrestleMania 30 and 34. Other two cities, Orlando and New Jersey, had a seven-year wait before the show returned. The location of next year's WrestleMania has not been announced yet but it's rumored to be Minneapolis, Minnesota. This would be the city's first WrestleMania.

SMACKDOWN RATING
- The post-WrestleMania Smackdown did 2,499,000 viewers last Friday, down 101,000 viewers from the prior week. It was the fourth most-watched episode of the year so far. The show had a strong 0.76 rating in 18-49, down just 0.01 from last week and was #1 on network television doubling the closest competition and #2 overall on all of TV for the day. (Ratings credit: SpoilerTV)

SCHIAVONE SAYS SAD FACE WAS TO PUT MORE HEAT ON THE BUCKS
- AEW announcer Tony Schiavone shot down reports that his "sad face" last Wednesday on Dynamite after the All In backstage footage aired was not because he was angry, but because he was trying to put on more heat on The Young Bucks. Speaking on his What Happened When podcast, Schiavone refuted the claims that he had the same face during the closing days of WCW. ¡°I did not have any reaction to the footage we¡¯d seen because I don¡¯t give a damn,¡± Schiavone said. ¡°So what? So f*cking what. I was not upset at the promotion, I was not upset at Tony Khan, I was not pissed off about what we had shown." Schiavone said that he was trying to be fully in the moment of the angle and said he's sincere when he says he doesn't care. "It has no impact on my life," he continued. Schiavone was not exactly happy his name came up during the CM Punk interview and while Punk never spoke about Tony in a bad way, Schiavone still didn't care about what Punk had to say.

RAMPAGE RATING
- Rampage on Friday night did 295,000 viewer, up 28,000 viewers from the prior week. The show had the same 0.08 rating in 18-49 as it did last week and was #32 on the top 50 cable chart for the night. (Ratings credit: SpoilerTV)

RAW PREVIEW
- Monday Night Raw is live from Centre Bell in Montreal, Quebec tonight as the sold-out streak is close to being broken. Less than 1,000 tickets are available for tonight's show and despite over 11,500 fans in attendance, this could be the first show out of the past 20 which did not sell out. Raw tonight is headlined by the Intercontinental title match featuring Montreal's own Sami Zayn defending against Chad Gable. Other matches announced for the broadcast are Dom Mysterio vs Andrade, Jey Uso vs Finn Balor, Maxxine Dupri and Ivy Nile vs Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell, and Kayden Carter and Katana Chance vs Chelsea Green and Piper Niven. THE UNDERTAKER ON WRESTLEMANIA XL: "THIS WEEKEND GAVE ME CLOSURE"
- Speaking on his podcast Six Feet Under, The Undertaker said that WrestleMania weekend gave him the closure he needed as he has been struggling bad since he retired. "When it was over, and I'm running out of the building, I'm like...I'm good now," Taker said, adding that it was incredible to be part of the main event considering how important that storyline was and continues to be. "It was a moment of clarity that I had, like, I'm okay now," he continued. "I'm not saying I won't do something like that in the future, but, I don't have that feeling in my chest like I've had since I retired that I need...I had to come to peace with it." The Undertaker said he did not have a clue that he would feel like that but now it's time to flip the page and go to the next chapter. "Great feeling, really cool, it's just amazing feeling," he said about the whole weekend. Taker continued to say that now he doesn't have that pressure as it's been difficult the past couple of years going to WWE events as he would leave before the show starts as he starts getting the itch to get back to the ring.

LOGAN PAUL AND FIANCEE EXPECTING BABY BOY
- WWE Superstar Logan Paul announced that he is expecting his first son with his fiancee Nina Agdal. In a post on Instagram to his 27 million followers, Paul posted a photo kissing Nina and holding photos of the ultrasound showing the baby. "Another Paul coming this Fall," Logan wrote. His post got over 867,000 likes in less than two hours. Paul is just coming off a triple threat match at WrestleMania where he retained the United States title against Kevin Owens and Randy Orton.

WWE FILMS NEW EPISODE OF CELEBRITY FAMILY FEUD
- WWE filmed an episode of Celebrity Family Feud last week with host and fan favorite Steve Harvey. It was five women versus five men WWE Superstars and on the women's side there was Zelina Vega, Sonya Deville, Mia Tim, Jade Cargill, and Bianca Belair who took on Montez Ford, Angelo Dawkins, Bobby Lashley, Austin Theory, and LA Knight. No air date has been announced yet but this will be part of the recently green-lit 10th season of the show. It will eventually air on ABC and stream the next day on Hulu. This is not the first time that WWE Superstars go head-to-head on Celebrity Family Feud

- The WWE Euro Shop is running a promotion of 50% off select WWE replica titles, both the full size and the mini ones as well. Mini replica titles will cost 37 Euro while the regular sized titles will go for around 200 Euro after the promo code is applied. THE ROCK THANKS CODY, ROMAN, AND SETH FOR WRESTLEMANIA
- In his first post-WrestleMania video concerning WWE, The Rock was thankful to everyone involved in making this historic event. "We shattered every WrestleMania record, we shattered every WWE record because of you, the fans," The Rock said, wearing The Final Boss t-shirt. He said his body is "banged up like a son of a bitch" but there's no injuries to report and he had to leave it all out in the ring like everyone else did who was on the show. Rock said that he's been recovering for the past week and working out and heading into his match, he wanted to have his conditioning on point because Cody, Seth, and Roman "can go" and he had to keep up. He called all three the "best on the planet" and congratulated Rhodes for winning the title and his cousin Roman for an incredible multi-year run with the title. The Rock also had extra congratulations for Seth Rollins, who he called the real MVP of the entire WrestleMania weekend. "What an honor it was to share the ring with you three. What an honor it was for us to break records. And now my sights are set on the next WrestleMania," The Rock said. "But that¡¯s down the road."

BIG E SAYS HE MAY NEVER BE CLEARED
- In a post on X, Big E said that he underwent scans on his two year anniversary of breaking his neck and things have not changed since the last scans. "My C1 has healed fibrously but has not formed new bone. I¡¯m not medically cleared and truthfully, I may never be cleared," Big E wrote. "But I am blessed to be free of pain, immensely happy and otherwise healthy. Life is good." The former WWE champion broke his neck after an overhead belly-to-belly suplex on the outside by Ridge Holland went bad. The incident took place on the March 11, 2022 live episode of Smackdown. Big E was involved at WrestleMania XL, doing the pre-shows and hosted other shows at WWE World.

CM PUNK TO APPEAR ON BOTH NIGHTS OF WWE DRAFT
- WWE announced that CM Punk will be appearing on both nights of the WWE Draft on Friday, April 26 from Cincinnati and Monday, April 29 from Kansas City. The former champion is still not medically cleared to compete but did get his revenge on Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania, costing him the newly-won World Heavyweight title thanks to the cash-in of Damian Priest. Punk took hosting duties at WrestleMania during the pre-show and did commentary for the Rollins/McIntyre match. While Punk will also be eligible to be drafted, it's unclear what his role will be on both nights at this point.

LADDER MATCH BETWEEN YOUNG BUCKS AND FTR
- The Young Bucks vs FTR match at the upcoming Dynasty pay-per-view to crown the new AEW World Tag Team champions will now be a ladder match. This is the tournament final after Sting and Darby Allin vacated the tag team titles when Sting retied at the Revolution pay-per-view, successfully defending the titles against The Young Bucks in the main event. The storyline between the two teams continued last week on Dynamite when the EVPs broadcast footage of the Punk/Perry backstage brawl, saying that the reason they didn't defeat FTR in Wembley was because they were distracted by their EVP duties because of what happened and then accused FTR of being the masterminds of the brawl. Both The Young Bucks and FTR are two-time AEW Tag Team champions so whoever wins this one climbs up the chart with the most reigns.

RUMORS OF ERICK ROWAN'S RETURN TO WWE
- Rumors of former Wyatt Family member Erick Rowan's return to WWE took flight this weekend after East Coast Pro Wrestling announced that Rowan had to pull out of his scheduled appearance due to "new contractual obligations." The former WWE tag team champion has also canceled many other independent bookings that he was set to appear at in the weeks to come. With the teases for Uncle Howdy now at full swing on WWE television and social media, it's rumored that Rowan will return to be part of whatever storyline the man formerly known as Bo Dallas will be in. Rowan was part of the documentary Bray Wyatt: Becoming Immortal that WWE released during WrestleMania week.

Interesting to see where this new Bloodline takes us and how it factors in Roman's eventual return. So many different scenarios possible!

TAMA TONGA MAKES WWE DEBUT AS NEWEST BLOODLINE MEMBER
- The newest member of the Bloodline has arrived in the form of Tama Tonga. Tonga made his debut on Smackdown and joined Solo Sikoa who then took out Jimmy Uso. During the show, Paul Heyman, flanked by Solo and Jimmy, told the crowd that the Tribal Chief has ordered The Bloodline to take accountability and responsibility over what happened at WrestleMania. Solo took over and said winning and losing matters and losing has consequences. A very scared Paul Heyman was about to plead for his life but Solo had someone else in his sight: his brother Jimmy. Solo hugged Jimmy and said he's his brother and he loves him but as he walked away, Tama Tonga came from behind and took him out. Solo then delivered the Samoan Spike four times to Jimmy and Solo and Tonga stood in the ring and acknowledged the Tribal Chief. Heyman grabbed the phone and tried to call Roman Reigns but Solo grabbed his phone and smashed it. Solo wrapped a chair around Jimmy's neck and then ran into the corner, taking him out. "This is not what the Tribal Chief wants," screamed Heyman, who eventually left with the two looking rather confused. You can see the segment at .

KNIGHT OR STYLES TO FACE RHODES AT BACKLASH
- LA Knight and AJ Styles have a chance of becoming Cody Rhodes' first challengers for the WWE title after the two each won a triple threat match last night on Smackdown and now must face each other to see who goes on to Backlash against Cody. Knight was the first one to qualify after he beat Santos Escobar and Bobby Lashley and then Styles qualified after he beat Rey Mysterio and Kevin Owens in the second match. The two now face each other in a WrestleMania rematch on next week's Smackdown to determine the #1 contender. Knight won round one between the two at WrestleMania so AJ will be looking for revenge, a revenge that has a bigger meaning this time around with a championship title match on the line.

WWE EMPLOYEE WITH 38 YEARS OF SERVICE LET GO
- PWInsider.com reported today that Sue Aitchison, WWE's Director of Community Relations, has been let go from the company after 38 years of service. Aitchison, who was very well-loved at WWE, started working there in March 1986 and was the brains behind all the Make-A-Wish Foundation wishes and community outreach programs. In 2019, she received the Warrior Award for her contribution and she is also a two-time Make-A-Wish Chris Greicius Celebrity Award Award winner, an award which serves as recognition and validation of continued support of Make-A-Wish kids. Thanks to her help and work, John Cena leads the Make-A-Wish chart with over 650 wishes granted and WWE continues to be one of the biggest contributors to the cause to this day.

SHEAMUS RETURNING ON RAW
- After eight months out injured, the Celtic Warrior is returning to Monday Night Raw next week. Sheamus last wrestled in August 2023 against Edge in Toronto and was handpicked by the Rated-R Superstar to be his last match in WWE. The former WWE champion however had a shoulder injury and following the awesome match, disappeared from WWE television. A promo on the Raw After Mania aired hyping up his return and on Smackdown last night it was announced that he is returning on Monday.

WWE EVP OF TALENT DAN VENTRELLE FIRED
- In an e-mail sent to WWE employees yesterday by WWE President Nick Khan, it was announced that Dan Ventrelle, the company's Executive Vice President of Talent, has been removed from his position. Khan wrote that WWE has started the process of reorganizing its Talent Relations group and moving forward, Chris Legentil will help in leading this new group. Matt Altman has also been added to the group. Both Legentil and Altman have other duties with the company. Talent Development and Recruiting will now report to WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels while the whole department will report to Paul Levesque. Trent Wilfinger, Senior Vice President of Athlete ID & Development has also left with WWE as part of this reshuffle. Ventrelle joined WWE in September 2022 and came from the NFL's Las Vegas Raiders where he served as General Counsel and then President before he was fired from his role.

VINCE MCMAHON LISTS HIS REMAINING TKO SHARES FOR SALE
- Vince McMahon's last association with TKO - as a shareholder of the company - is ending as McMahon has made all his remaining shares available for sale according to a filing with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. McMahon has 8,021,405 shares for sale, and that's all that's left for the former Chairman of the Board to cash in on. With Friday's closing, those shares have a value of nearly $800 million. When these shares are sold, McMahon will have zero association left with his former company and goes from the most powerful man in professional wrestling to being ousted bit by bit to a point where not only he has no control over the company but has absolutely nothing else that ties him to it. Linda McMahon and Stephanie McMahon still own shares in TKO. Shane McMahon got rid of all his WWE shares many years ago and also has nothing to tie him to the company.

MOXLEY WINS IWGP HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE
- Jon Moxley won the IWGP Heavyweight title last night at the NJPW Windy City Riot pay-per-view after he defeated Tetsuya Naito in the main event. This is Moxley's first run with the title and makes him the first-ever star to win the WWE, AEW, and IWGP heavyweight titles. The move further solidifies the partnership between AEW and New Japan Pro-Wrestling especially since NJPW now has a champion who in reality is a full-time AEW contracted star and won't be appearing on every NJPW show, something that commentary reminded people about after his win. Naito kept the title for 99 days after he defeated Canada at the Wrestle Kingdom 18 pay-per-view in Tokyo this past January.

JACK PERRY CONTINUES CM PUNK DIGS AT NJPW SHOW IN CHICAGO
- Jack Perry wrestled at last night's NJPW Riot pay-per-view in Chicago and came out to a mixed reaction with the Chicago flag and a jacket which had "cry me a river" written on the back as his digs at CM Punk continue. Perry also hit several of CM Punk's moves during the match and was actually cheered by a good portion of the Chicago crowd at the Wintrust Arena. Perry eventually lost the match to Shota Umino. Fans inside the arena had a "you got choked out" chant at Perry while another section of the fans responded with "no he didn't." It is believed that Perry will soon be returning to AEW after being exiled for the past eight months following his role in the All In backstage incident with CM Punk himself. Industry insiders wrote a few weeks ago that Khan blamed Perry for losing CM Punk and Perry said that he did not hear from Khan for months. Speaking of Khan, the AEW President was also at the show although he did not appear on camera.

OMEGA ON PUNK: "IT'S MUTUAL RESPECT, WE WERE NEVER BAD"
- During one of his live gaming Twitch streams, former AEW champion Kenny Omega that he and CM Punk have reached out to each other since Brawl Out and all is good between them. Omega was answering questions from fans while playing video games. "It's mutual respect. We reached out to each other. But it's, not, hey it's good now...we were never bad," Omega said. During the stream, Omega said that at Brawl Out he saved Punk's dog Larry and that was his main objective. He said he's a believer of if you want to fight to settle something, then go for it as long as you shake hands afterward and move on without going online to say who won or showing any footage. Omega did say that he tried to calm things down but it got too chaotic to handle by himself and revealed that he hasn't had any EVP power for the past four years. "Honestly if it weren¡¯t for a complete other factor, we would¡¯ve been able to have that talk on the night of Brawl Out," Omega continued. Omega was part of Brawl Out and left with a bite on his arm courtesy of Ace Steel. Omega was suspended by AEW along with the rest of the individuals who were part of it.

COLLISION AND BATTLE OF THE BELTS TONIGHT
- AEW will have a three-hour broadcast tonight on TNT as the two-hour Collision will be followed by a live Battle of The Belts X. Scheduled for Collision tonight are Bryan Danielson and Claudio Castagnoli vs Powerhouse Hobbs and Kyle Fletcher, Lee Moriarty vs Katsuyori Shibata, House of Black vs Dante Martin, Action Andretti, and Matt Sydal in a trios match, and an AEW Women's title eliminator match featuring Toni Storm vs AZM. The Battle of The Belts will follow with Roderick Strong vs Rocky Romero for the AEW International title, Hook vs Shane Taylor for the FTW title, and Athena vs Red Velvet for the ROH Women's title. The show is live from the Truist Arena in Highland Heights, Kentucky, where less than 2,000 fans have tickets for the show.

JIM ROSS SAYS HE REACHED OUT TO CODY RHODES FOLLOWING WIN
- On his latest Grilling JR podcast, Hall of Famer Jim Ross said that he reached out to Cody Rhodes after he won the Undisputed WWE title to congratulate him. "I sent him a text on Monday morning, I let things settle down," Ross said. "He got back to me on Tuesday." The AEW commentator continued, "I just said...you know, I¡¯m proud of you, be the leader that WWE needs. I love you." Ross said that Cody responded with a text writing, "I did it cowboy," revealing that's what he used to call him when they worked together because of his cowboy hat. JR was one of AEW's first hires when Cody was an EVP for the company back in 2019.

DYNAMITE RATING
- This week's episode of Dynamite with the All In backstage footage featuring the fight between Jack Perry and CM Punk drew 819,000 viewers, up 67,000 viewers from the prior week. It was the most-watched episode of the show since February 28. The show had a 0.30 rating in 18-49, up 0.07 from last week and was #3 in the top 50 cable chart for the night. That All In footage was...embarassing. Will it kill AEW? No. But surely, most fans are not happy about it. Tony Khan keeps repeating the same WCW mistakes...

ALL IN BACKSTAGE FOOTAGE AIRS ON DYNAMITE
- AEW aired the security backstage footage from All In, showing the fight between CM Punk and Jack Perry, last night on Dynamite as promised. However, the footage was pretty much exactly as CM Punk described in the interview with Ariel Helwani. It showed Punk going up to Perry and the two are exchanging words before Punk shoved Perry and then locked him in a choke hold. Samoa Joe and others who were around quickly jumped in to interfere and break up the fight as Punk is pulled away. Punk then turns his attention to presumably Tony Khan who is off to the side and off camera and says something to him and that was pretty much it. The angle however didn't work out in AEW's favor as fans inside the arena started a CM Punk chant. After the video was introduced, Tony Schiavone looked super uncomfortable at the commentary desk and many industry insiders are reporting that there was a lot of unhappiness backstage that the video was eventually released because it accomplished nothing. Meanwhil
e, a video on YouTube with The Young Bucks explaining the video and their promo on FTR gathered a massive 21,000 dislikes compared to the 3,600 likes. The backstage footage was cut from the YouTube version. You can see it at .

WILL OSPREAY TAKES A DIG AT TRIPLE H ON DYNAMITE
- Will Ospreay seemed like he was offended at the remarks that Triple H made over WrestleMania weekend when during the Pat McAfee Show on Friday he said that those who prefer to work elsewhere because of the lighter schedule have no business being in WWE. "If you're not in it for the grind at that point early in your career, you have no business being here," Triple H said. Speaking with Renee Paquette in an interview on Dynamite, the British star fired back at Triple H. "Normally I wouldn't rise to this type of bait. But seeing as the guy who said it is only in the position he is in because he was grinding on the boss's daughter, you are in no position to tell me what the grind is all about, my friend, because you have no idea what I fight for," Ospreay said as as uncomfortable-looking Paquette lowered her head. "So let this be a painful little jab back and a gentle reminder, that you do not throw stones at an assassin with a machine gun," Ospreay continued, adding before that he's d
elivering some of the best wrestling matches the world has ever seen. But in a recent interview with Chris Jericho on his podcast, Ospreay said that while he talked to WWE, it was night and day compared to AEW and specifically mentioned the lighter schedule. "The scheduling, everything about AEW was completely the right option for me. It was always, you can go be a superstar in WWE and famous, but it's not as good of pay and it's not as kind of a schedule," he said. You can see his Dynamite interview at .

DATES AND LOCATIONS FOR REMAINING AEW PPVS ANNOUNCED
- AEW unveiled the dates and locations of the rest of the pay-per-views on its 2024 calendar. After Dynasty on April 21 in St. Louis and Double or Nothing on May 26 in Las Vegas, AEW will visit Long Island on June 30 for Forbidden Door, London on August 25 for All In, Chicago on September 1 for All Out, Tacoma for WrestleDream on October 12, Newark for Full Gear on November 23, and Orlando for Worlds End on December 28. AEW originally intended to host Forbidden Door at the Arthur Ashe Stadium in Queens but the location was changed to the UBS Arena. Andrew Zarian of the Mat Men Podcast broke the news about the change of venue a few days ago, a change which NJPW exec Rocky Romero denied.

NETFLIX AIRS WRESTLEMANIA LIVE IN NEW ZEALAND
- In a major surprise to many people, WWE WrestleMania XL aired live on Netflix in New Zealand as a soft test for the company. Both nights of WrestleMania are still available on the streaming service for on-demand viewing and are labeled as "Nextflix Special." The two-night WrestleMaia quickly took over the Top 10 spot on Netflix, getting the #1 spot on April 9. Netflix will being streaming WWE Raw in the United States starting from January 2025 and they will air Smackdown, NXT, and all WWE premium live events worldwide where there are no TV deals in place.

GIULIA TALKS ABOUT NXT STAND & DELIVER AND TRIPLE H
- Japanese star Giulia told Tokyo Sports that she will be able to make some announcement "in the not-too-distant future" when asked about her meeting with Triple H. Giulia said she couldn't reveal the details of the conversation that the two had at NXT Stand & Deliver, but we'll find out the result of that discussion soon. Asked about her reaction from fans when she was shown on screen at Stand & Deliver, Giulia said she didn't think she was the one in the frame because the monitor was above her and couldn't see it. "There was a lot of cheering, so I thought someone big had come," she said. "When I saw the video, I realized that the cheers were for me. It was such a waste...I want to do it all over again!" Giulia is expected to start with WWE as soon as she helps her friend and mentor Rossy Ogawa kickstart his new promotion in Japan. Ogawa was with Giulia at WrestleMania weekend and was shown on camera as well.

PRE-SALE FOR MITB WEEKEND IN TORONTO NOW ON
- Tickets for the Smackdown, Money In The Bank, and NXT Heatwave shows went on pre-sale this morning on Ticketmaster.ca using the code MLSEINSIDER. The shows will take place on July 5, 6, and 7 respectively, all at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto. Tickets for Smackdown and NXT start at $55 while the cheapest ones available for MITB are currently at $155, both excluding fees and taxes and are in Canadian dollars. Tickets go on general public sale tomorrow morning at 10AM ET.

NXT RATING
- NXT this week drew 647,000 viewers for the post-Stand & Deliver show, up 6,000 viewers from the prior week. The show had a 0.19 rating in 18-49 which was actually down 0.01 from the prior week and finished the night in the #5 spot on the top 50 cable chart for the night. (Ratings credit: SpoilerTV)

WRESTLEMANIA 40 DOCUMENTARY DELAYED
- The planned WWE documentary WrestleMania 40: Behind the Curtain was not released yesterday as advertised and instead will be released "soon." PWInsider.com is reporting that the reason for the delay is because WWE filmed so much footage during WrestleMania weekend and some of it has to go in the documentary as well. The documentary was not complete, with the final chapter still in the works by the time WrestleMania went off the air. It was hoped that it would be ready by Wednesday but there was an overwhelming amount of footage to comb through and edit. WWE still plan on releasing the documentary on YouTube as soon as it is completed.

//->> OPENING WORDS FROM THE EDITOR

Finally back home from Philadelphia. No wrestling trips planned until Bash In Berlin, I think. That could change though LOL!

I had time to watch the Roman Reigns A&E documentary and the Bray Wyatt documentary on the plane. I guess Reigns' doc was released that week on purpose. It was fantastically done. Bray's documentary was just sad to watch, really, really sad. The funeral footage was tough. I still can't believe he's gone.

DYNAMITE PREVIEW
- Perhaps playing off Cody Rhodes WrestleMania main event match for the WWE championship, AEW will have the other Rhodes fight for an opportunity at the AEW World championship. The main event of tonight's Dynamite will feature Dustin Rhodes against AEW World champion Samoa Joe in a title eliminator match, a stipulation where the challenger rarely, if ever, has won in previous similar eliminator matches. If Rhodes wins, he gets a title match in the future. Also set for tonight is Adam Copeland putting up his TNT title on the line against Pental El Zero Miedo, Mariah May battles Anna Jay, plus Hook teams up with Chris Jericho and Katsuyori Shibata against Shane Taylor Promotions. AEW Women's champion Toni Storm will be in the house for her Charleston championship champagne toast, Mercedes Mone will be there live too, and The Young Bucks airing the security footage from All In.

ALL IN BACKSTAGE FOOTAGE TO AIR TONIGHT
- The infamous All In backstage footage will be taking center stage on Dynamite tonight as The Young Bucks are releasing the footage from all the drama that happened involving CM Punk at Wembley. The footage, said to be the real one and not a spoof or a recreation, will somehow be tied to The Young Bucks' storyline with FTR, who are big friends of CM Punk. During an interview with Ariel Helwani, Punk talked about how backstage at Wembley, he choked Jack Perry a little bit but did not throw any punches and then told AEW President Tony Khan that he's a clown and he quits. The footage is believed to at least contradict a little bit Punk's version of events although how much remains to be seen. One has to believe that if AEW is airing this footage, there must be some clear and obvious evidence of Punk lying about what happened. Khan told Sports Illustrated yesterday that the company has a great track record of delivering what it promises and this will no be a bait-and-switch scenario.

COLLISION RATING
- Collision this past Saturday night airing at 11:50PM ET drew 462,000 viewers, up 4,000 viewers from the prior week. The show had a 0.15 rating in 18-49, boosted significantly by the NCAA lead-in and placed #21 on the top 50 cable chart for the night. (Ratings credit: SpoilerTV)

BRON BREAKKER SAYS GOODBYE TO NXT
- After NXT wrapped up its live broadcast last night, Baron Corbin and Bron Breakker took some time to thank the fans and Breakker made his farewell speech as he heads to the blue brand full time. Corbin started the speech and thanked Breakker for helping reignite the fire in him and for giving him his first wrestling gold in six long years. "I'd bust my ass for this man right here because he's an unbelievable competitor and turned into one hell of a friend," Corbin said. "And he's going to Smackdown and he's going to be WWE World Heavyweight champion." Breakker thanked Shawn Michaels, all the WWE Performance Center coaches who spend all day helping creating the future of WWE, all the competitors in the back who pushed him along the way, and most importantly, his tag team partner. "I can't thank you enough for giving me the opportunity to work with you," Breakker told Corbin. "You are my friend." Breakker said that as far as what the future holds, this is not goodbye and the fans finished the sentence off with, "it's see you later." You can see his full speech at .

IVAR, NATALYA, AND FINAL TESTAMENT APPEAR ON NXT
- Several main roster stars showed up on the post-Stand & Deliver NXT show last night on USA Network. Natalya had a match with Roxanne Perez for the NXT Women's title following Monday's confrontation backstage at Monday Night Raw. Natalya was unsuccessful in winning the title though after Lola Vice interfered, causing her the match. The two then brawled backstage. Viking Raider Ivar appeared to challenge NXT North American champion Oba Femi, telling him that he wants to be the one to take the title away from him. Femi sort of disrespected him by trying to walk away but Ivar stopped him. To retaliate, Femi head butted him but Ivar then hit a flying crossbody off the second rope. Nathan Frazer's and Axiom's NXT Tag Team title win celebration was cut short thanks to The Final Testament, who came out to destroy the new champions. Kross and Scarlett came down the aisle but AOP ran through the crowd and attacked Frazer and Axiom as the crowd chanted "welcome back" to the former NXT Tag Team champions. AOP, Kross, Scarlett, and Paul Ellering then posed over the two.

- The Raw After Mania drew an average of 2,360,000 viewers, up a whopping 577,000 viewers from the previous week's episode even though it went up the NCAA basketball final which pulled in 14.8 million viewers. This was the most-watched episode of the broadcast since September 30, 2019. Raw started with 2,860,000 viewers in the commercial-free first hour, then dropped to 2,310,000 viewers in the second hour and finished the night with 1,920,000 viewers in the third and final hour. Individual hourly numbers in 18-49 had the show in #3, #4, and #6 and saw the first hour doing a 0.99, the second a 0.81, and the third a 0.68 for an average of 0.83, up 0.24 from last week and also the largest since that September 30, 2019 episode. Raw was #3 in television overall behind two NCAA games. (Ratings: SpoilerTV)

CODY/ROCK OPENING SEGMENT DRAWS MONSTER NUMBERS
- In numbers released by Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, the highest points of Monday Night Raw were the second and third quarter hours of the show which involved Cody Rhodes and The Rock coming face-to-face and some creative chants from the fans. Wrestlenomics reports that the second quarter had 2.95 million viewers and a 1.04 rating in 18-49 while the third quarter increased to 3.19 million viewers and an even bigger 1.11 rating in 18-49. The opening segment of Raw After Mania went a whole 45 minutes, starting with Triple H, then Cody Rhodes, and then the arrival of The Rock. WWE has not touched the 3 million viewership mark for any segment on Raw since 2019, a time when there were more cable television viewers compared to today, which makes the number of this week even more impressive.

WRESTLEMANIA XL IS THE MOST STREAMED ENTERTAINMENT EVENT ON PEACOCK
- Peacock announced in a press release that WrestleMania XL is the streaming service most-watched entertainment event ever with 1.3 billion live minutes across both nights. It said that based on average minute audience, WrestleMania XL on Saturday saw a 26% versus last year's day one performance and Sunday registered a 30% increase versus last year's day two performance. These numbers would be calculated to nearly 3 million viewers per night for WrestleMania, the highest ever in the event's 40-year history.

ROMAN REIGNS: "TODAY IS DAY 1"
- The Tribal Chief posted a rare message on X, two days after losing the Undisputed WWE title after 1,316 days to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania XL on Sunday. Posting a short clip of him on the treadmill and then lifting his head up to look directly at the camera, Reigns wrote, "Yesterday I mourned. Today is Day 1." Reigns was not part of Raw and is not advertised for any show for months to come, at least for the time being. His historic title reign is unlikely to be replicated and Reigns is #4 on the WWE chart for the longest title runs in history, following Bruno Sammartino, Bob Backlund, and Hulk Hogan.

SETH ROLLINS OUT FOR A MONTH
- Seth Rollins is reportedly out for a full month according to multiple insiders following WrestleMania this past weekend. Rollins will be at home nursing his knee and is not scheduled to appear on television most likely until after the WWE Draft which is set for later in April. The former WWE World Heavyweight champion injured his knee in January while wrestling Jinder Mahal, suffering a grade 2 tear of his MCL and a torn meniscus. He managed to get cleared in time for WrestleMania but showed up on WWE TV every single week while he was injured. Prior to WrestleMania and after he got the all clear, Rollins said that his knee is at full strength again. Rollins pulled double duty on Saturday and Sunday, first main eventing night one with Cody Rhodes against Roman Reigns and The Rock and then opening night two against Drew McIntyre. He also showed up at the end of the Cody/Roman main event, getting a Superman punch and later got whacked with the chair by Roman.

WWE LAUNCHES THE STUDIOS AT WWE PRODUCTION FACILITY
- SportsVideo.org has a cool story about a new project that WWE has just launched, a complex titled The Studios at WWE, a 30,040-square-foot, state-of-the-art production facility. The facility will be used for WWE in-studio shows as well as rented for external clients who are looking to produce shows with cutting-edge technology. A total of five different studios make up The Studios at WWE says Joe Solari, the company's Vice President of Studio Operations. "We¡¯ve been bringing people in over the past few days to look at the space that we created, and I think everybody¡¯s very excited to get in there and to create on the stages,¡± he said. ¡°It gives us new tools and a new canvas to push the limits of what we do here at the WWE. We can take our productions to the next level and really increase our fan engagement.¡± The main studio is 5,000 square feet, there'a a 1,500 square feet volumetric LED studio, a 1,500 Cyclorama studio, and two smaller stages around 600 square feet plus a photo studio of 1,000 feet and everything is controlled from two control rooms. The Studios at WWE is also equipped with a virtual production stage, with virtual sets something that WWE uses a lot for their studio shows. A full list of equipment and how they made it all possible is part of the wider, more in-depth article at .

THE FINAL BOSS INTERRUPTS CODY, SAYS HE WILL BE COMING FOR HIM
- The Final Boss made his presence felt on Raw After Mania and was part of a 45-minute opening segment which was extended mainly due to the fans¡¯ refusal to allow Rock speak. The Rock interrupted Cody Rhodes¡¯ celebration first to thunderous cheers and then to even more thunderous boos and chants. Fans did not allow him to speak as they booed heavily every time he raised the microphone to talk, interrupting him with chants such as ¡°Rocky sucks¡± and ¡°Shut the f*ck up.¡± The People¡¯s Champion couldn¡¯t help but crack a smile at times as the back and forth with Cody - and the fans - continued. But after saying that he will be leaving for a while, The Rock made it perfectly clear that when he returns, he¡¯s coming for Cody no matter if he is the champion or not. He said that Cody's story with Roman is finished, but their story is just getting started. Before he left, The Rock gave something to Cody when he shook his hand, something that made Cody very emotional, and Rock told him to never break his heart again. What Rock gave Cody was never revealed. The long segment also featured a bit where Rock wanted to hold Cody¡¯s title, with Cody agreeing on the condition that he lets him hold his People¡¯s Championship that was given to him at the Hall of Fame. The exchange resulted in the rowdy crowd to chant ¡°This is awkward.¡± You can see the full segment at

JOHN CENA TEAMS UP WITH MIZ AND TRUTH ON RAW
- John Cena made a surprise appearance on Monday Night Raw, coming to help The Miz and R-Truth in their 2-on-3 handicap match against Judgment Day. Truth agreed to take on Balor, Mysterio, and McDonagh as he teamed with Miz and the man we cannot see. Fans immediately started chanting for Cena but the 16-time champ was nowhere to be found. Towards the end of the match as Judgment Day beat up on the new Raw Tag Team champions, Cena¡¯s iconic theme song hit to a big pop from the crowd and he came sprinting down and immediately got the hot tag from The Miz. The crowd exploded as Cena hit his usual set of moves and followed with a triple Attitude Adjustment and triple five knuckle shuffle with Miz and Truth and a triple pin. Cena then celebrated in the ring with Miz and Truth as R-Truth finally got to experience teaming with his hero! You can see the segment at

SMACKDOWN RATING
- Friday Night Smackdown on FOX this past Friday drew 2,600,000 viewers, up a whopping 399,000 viewers from the previous week. This was the most-watched Smackdown since the Bray Wyatt and Terry Funk tribute show back in August of last year. Smackdown had another huge 0.77 rating in 18-49, up 0.17 from last week, the highest since that August 25, 2023 episode. Smackdown was #1 on network television for the night. (Ratings credit: Wrestlenomics)

DAMIAN PRIEST SIGNS NEW WWE CONTRACT
- The new WWE World Heavyweight champion Damian Priest revealed in a backstage interview with Cathy Kelly that he signed a brand new WWE deal. Holding the MITB briefcase for a whopping 281 days, Priest finally cashed in at WrestleMania on Drew McIntyre, who he himself had just won the title a few minutes earlier. Priest said it has been a great year for him personally as he got the title, a new theme song, and also a new contract. The Judgment Day member has been signed to WWE since October 2018 and is a former NXT North American and WWE United States champion.

WRESTLEMANIA XL SHATTERS ALL RECORDS FOR WWE
- WWE issued a press release today announcing that WrestleMania XL has become the most-successful and highest-grossing event in company history. The gate for the show broke the previous record set by WrestleMania 39 by 78%, with 145,298 in attendance at Lincoln Financial Field over two nights. The event drew fans from all 50 states and 64 countries worldwide. Viewership on Peacock and WWE Network soared to 41% higher across both nights compared to last year's WrestleMania, which at that time set a record. Merchandise flew off the shelves at the Lincoln Financial Field, Wells Fargo Center, and the WWE World at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, with sales of more than 20% compared to last year's WrestleMania in Los Angeles. WWE World at WrestleMania, in partnership with Fanatics Events, is now the highest-grossing and most-attended fan event in company history while on social media, WrestleMania XL became the most socially viewed WrestleMania of all-time, with over 660 million views consumed over the two days. WWE¡¯s YouTube channel saw its most-viewed day in channel history on WrestleMania XL Sunday with more than 67 million views in 24 hours. Smackdown and Raw at the Wells Fargo Center drew the largest gates in the respective brand's history while NXT Stand & Deliver was the most-attended NXT event ever with 16,545 in attendance.

JEY USO BECOMES #1 CONTENDER FOR WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE
- Main Event Jey Uso became the number one contender for the WWE World Heavyweight title held by Damian Priest after he won a fatal four-way match last night on Raw. Uso defeated Ricochet, Drew McIntyre, and Bronson Reed in a very good match which saw the interference of CM Punk, coming out from under the ring to distract McIntyre, allowing Uso to pin him. Although it wasn't specified when Uso will be getting the title shot, it's highly likely coming at the upcoming Backlash premium live event from Lyon, France, at the beginning of next month. This is Uso's first shot at another major singles title since his program with his cousin Roman Reigns at SummerSlam last year.

WWE DRAFT RETURNING THIS MONTH
- The annual WWE Draft is returning to WWE television for a two-night affair later this month. WWE announced that this year's Draft will take place on the April 26 episode of Smackdown live from Cincinnati, Ohio, and then continues on Raw on April 29 live from Kansas City, Missouri. The WWE Draft last year took place during the same timeframe with some major stars such as Drew McIntyre, Bianca Belair, Edge, Bobby Lashley, Asuka switching brands. NXT champion Ilja Dragunov will be one from NXT who is eligible in the draft following his outing on Raw against Shinsuke Nakamura last night.

WWE TEASING SOMEONE USING SAME WHITE RABBIT TACTICS
- WWE has started teasing something using the same formula that they had teased the return of the late Bray Wyatt. Before Raw went on the air, the lights went out and the song Nightbird by Marti Amado started playing and then abruptly ended a few seconds later. Then during the Bronson Reed promo backstage during the show, the screen went glitchy for a second and those who could quickly freeze frame it, there was the word "hello" written on the bottom right of the screen. These exact tactics were used for the White Rabbit reveal which ended up being the return of Bray Wyatt. WWE has been teasing the return of Uncle Howdy, played by Bo Dallas, to continue the legacy of his brother.

CODY'S THEME KINGDOM CLIMBS TO #1 CHART ON ITUNES
- Cody Rhodes' popular theme song Kingdom by the band Downstait climbed to the top rock chart on iTunes in the United States, hitting the #1 spot after Sunday's WrestleMania. "We will never be able to thank @CodyRhodes and all of you enough for making this happen, but THANK YOU, and we love you," the band said in a message on X. Kingdom played pretty much on repeat at WWE World as well with fans doing their own custom Cody entrance. At WrestleMania and especially on Raw last night, fans played singalong in full force. The song was released in 2016 and was specifically recorded for Cody Rhodes, with the theme accompanying him at every wrestling show he went to following his departure from WWE.

THE ROCK OFF TO FILM MOVIE
- The Rock is riding off to the sunset for a few months as he is set to film a couple of movies before he returns to WWE. Last night on Raw, The Rock said that he's going away for a little bit, something which was met with cheers and "goodbye" singing from the rowdy Philadelphia crowd, but when he comes back, he will be going straight after Cody Rhodes. Johnson is off to film the Mark Kerr-based movie titled The Smashing Machine and then Moana, two projects which will occupy several months to complete. His appearance as The Final Boss on Raw last night was the climax of his three-month whirlwind return to the company, ironically ending with fans chanting "Shut the f*ck up" and giving him the "What?" treatment. The Rock didn't leave them with nothing though, saying that Philadelphia broke the record of the biggest gathering of trailer park trash. "So yeah, chant it now, chant the 'shut the f*ck up now' you pieces of trash," The Rock said as the crowd exploded.

CENA HOPES FOR A HOLLYWOOD BREAK TO RETURN END OF 2024
- Appearing on The Pat McAfee Show yesterday afternoon at WWE World, John Cena said that he's hoping to get a break from Hollywood later this year for one more WWE run before he calls it a day. Cena said that filming for the series Peacemaker will occupy all his time pretty much till Christmas but he's hoping that he can tell those in Hollywood to hit the brakes for a bit so he can come back to his WWE family. "It is gonna be time soon for me to go and I'm embracing that and enjoying it and it allows me to be present," Cena said. "I can say this with the utmost certainty, I will always, always be part of the WWE family but the time to compete in the ring is coming to a close." Cena did show up on Monday Night Raw last night to team with The Miz and R-Truth. Speaking about WrestleMania, Cena said this was the greatest one ever with our without his involvement and it's a testament to the drawing power and contributions of the current crop of WWE Superstars. "What a spectacle, what a fantastic WrestleMania but that's because of the talent that actually put the time in. I showed up for 90 seconds," Cena continued. The 16-time champ also revealed what he told Cody Rhodes in the ring at WrestleMania, saying he asked Cody if he feels how heavy the WWE championship is, something that Cody responded in the affirmative. "I said, 'It will get heavier every day.' Because that is the burden you bear of trying to craft the path to being the greatest of all time," Cena said, adding that the goal of this business should be that every performer passes the torch. "So, I hope a year from now, two years from now, three years from now, we can all sit here and be an advocate that Cody Rhodes is the greatest of all time. Because that's the way it should work," Cena concluded.

TONY KHAN DISCUSSES REASON BEHIND RELEASING ALL IN FOOTAGE
- Speaking to Sports Illustrated, AEW President Tony Khan said that the backstage footage from All In which they will broadcast tomorrow is to put on the best show for AEW as well as drive interest for Dynamite the Dynasty pay-per-view. Without divulging any kind of information on what the footage will be, Khan said that AEW has a great track record on "delivering what we advertise," and what they will show will be the real footage. "The Young Bucks will show backstage footage from All In, the most important event in AEW history ¨C the world record-holder for the most tickets ever sold for any wrestling record, over 81,035 total¨Cand it was an important night backstage, as well," Khan said. The footage is said to be that of CM Punk and his altercation with Jack Perry, a wound which was reopened last week when Punk went to town on AEW and Khan during an interview with Ariel Helwani. Punk said that he only choked Perry "a little bit" before it was broken up but it looks like the footage might contain some other important details left out by Punk since the company is trying to discredit his version of events. Khan added that The Young Bucks - who are releasing the footage - have a big rivalry with FTR - who are big friends of CM Punk - and "there is a good reason why the Young Bucks are showing this video." He noted that it's important for The Bucks to explain why this is relevant heading into the Dynasty pay-per-view later this month. "It should be another must-see part of a great show on Dynamite," Khan said.

MATT HARDY A FREE AGENT
- Matt Hardy is officially a free agent as the former multi-time tag team champion has turned down the offer to sign a new deal with All Elite Wrestling. AEW offered Hardy a new contract at the end of last month just days before his contract was about to expire and Hardy said at the time that he was evaluating all options and was thankful that the company offered him the opportunity to stay further. ¡°I¡¯m looking through it,¡± Matt said on his podcast. ¡°I¡¯m like deciding what I want to do going forward. There¡¯s obviously still some options. I got to make sure that I¡¯m aware of the ins and outs of the contract, and I want to make sure everything is up to par as far as like what I want it to be.¡± Hardy added that with a few more years left in him doing wrestling, he wants to make the most out of those years. Matt signed with AEW in 2020 just days after he let his WWE contract expire and made his debut at Daily's Place with his broken gimmick in front of no fans.

RAMPAGE RATING
- Rampage on Friday night drew just 267,000 viewers, down 82,000 viewers from the prior week. This was the least-watched Rampage broadcast since November 2023 and it went up against both NCAA basketball, WWE's Hall of Fame, and ROH Supercard of Honor. The show had a 0.08 rating in 18-49, down 0.03 from last week. No cable rankings are available as of press time. (Ratings credit: Wrestlenomics)

//->> OPENING WORDS FROM THE EDITOR

That WrestleMania finish was probably the best I've ever witnessed in my life. WrestleMania XXX was special with Daniel Bryan, but this felt more special. Yes, the match was overbooked to hell and back but I loved every single second of it. The atmosphere was electric and the correct decision was taken with the winner.

Take nothing away from Roman Reigns. Nothing. His run was legendary in every sense of the word and no matter how much we complain about him not showing up and down, we will soon miss him on the screen. Trust me.

Final show with Raw tonight and then head back home tomorrow.

WRESTLEMANIA XL NIGHT TWO RESULTS
- Here are the results from last night's WrestleMania XL night one premium live event which took place from the Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Drew McIntyre defeated Seth Rollins to become the new WWE World Heavyweight champion; Damian Priest defeated Drew McIntyre after cashing in his MITB briefcase to become the new WWE World Heavyweight champion; Bobby Lashley and The Street Profits defeated Karrion Kross and The AOP in a Philadelphia Street Fight; LA Knight defeated AJ Styles; Logan Paul defeated Kevin Owens and Randy Orton in a triple threat match to retain the United States title; Bayley defeated Iyo Sky to become the new WWE Women's champion; Cody Rhodes defeated Roman Reigns in a Bloodline Rules match to become the new Undisputed WWE Universal champion. A full in-depth report of night two written by Paul Hemming can be found at

CODY RHODES FINISHES HIS STORY
- After two long years, Cody Rhodes has finally won the big one in a fantastic main event at WrestleMania XL, a main event which had tons of interference and some old familiar faces return. Rhodes hit his finisher three times to end Roman Reigns' historic reign at 1,316 days as the champion, a reign which is highly unlikely to be ever replicated again. Even ring announcer Samantha Irvin had a tough time announcing him as winner as she was overcome with emotion, with her voice cracking and visibly crying, same as Michael Cole, who timed his "finish the story" with the referee's pinfall count. The night was all drama and it was a special one for Cody, who was accompanied by his wife for his initial portion of his entrance and then celebrated with the likes of Randy Orton, Kevin Owens, Jey Uso, Sami Zayn, CM Punk, John Cena, and his family in the ring. Rhodes even brought out Bruce Prichard and Triple H at the end, saying they were the two reasons he is now in WWE and after the show went off the air, hugged WWE President Nick Khan at ringside. Fans inside the Lincoln Financial Field were on their feet for most of the match and stayed until the very end to celebrate with the American Nightmare who can finally call himself WWE champion. You can see the ending of the match at .

JOHN CENA AND UNDERTAKER RETURN TO FIGHT OFF THE BLOODLINE
- The main event of WrestleMania XL featured way more individuals than Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns, with several WWE Superstars - past and present - interfering. It started with Jimmy Uso who was the first one to poke his nose in the match and that was met with his brother Jey, who came out and brawled with Jimmy on the entrance ramp before the two flew off the ramp and onto tables set up below following a spear from Jey. Solo Sikoa was next to storm the ring, hitting Cody with the Samoan Spike in shades of last year. Cody fought back and kicked out of everything...until 16-time world champion John Cena ran down to take on Solo. Cena delivered the FU to Roman Reigns and then did the same to Solo on the Spanish announce desk. The crowd was going apeshit at this point and went even wilder when The Rock's music hit the speakers. Rock and Cena went face to face in the ring again and Cena removed his t-shirt and was looking for a fight. Cena did the "You can't see me" hand sign and was met with a Rock Bottom. With Cena down and out, The Rock took out his weight belt and was ready to whip Cody into next week when The Shield's music kicked in. Seth Rollins, in his Shield gear, got in the ring with a chair but was taken out by Roman instead. And then...gong! Lights go out and The Undertaker shows up behind The Rock, sending the crowd into frenzy again. Taker chokeslammed The Rock and then disappeared as the lights went off again. Reigns recovered and was ready to whack Cody with a chair but Seth got up and Roman returned the favor from when Seth took out Roman and Ambrose with a chair several years ago to turn on them.

DREW MCINTYRE WINS WORLD TITLE, LOSES IT TO DAMIEN PRIEST FEW MINUTES LATER
- Drew McIntyre's obsession with CM Punk ended up costing him the WWE World Heavyweight championship which he won minutes before from Seth Rollins. McIntyre won the title in front of fans for the first time after he won his two previous WWE titles during the pandemic era with zero fans in the stands. But that celebration soon turned sour thanks to CM Punk. Instead of just taking the high road and go celebrate in the back, McIntyre decided to taunt Punk on the announce desk and after crotch chopping him, Punk had enough, tripped McIntyre on the desk and whipped him with the arm brace until Damian Priest's song hit the speakers. The crowd exploded as Priest ran to the ring and smashed McIntyre with the briefcase, then handed it over and cashed in. In the ring, Priest wasted no time and immediately hit the South of Heaven chokeslam for the pinfall victory and then celebrated at the top of the stage with the rest of Judgment Day. Punk was impressed and said it was beautiful while blowing kisses at McIntyre.

PRIEST CASHES IN HIS MONEY IN THE BANK BRIEFCASE
- After a long 281 days, Damian Priest finally cashed in his Money in The Bank briefcase at WrestleMania last night, becoming only the second person in history to do it at the show of shows. Winning it in London last year, Priest was often labeled as the dumbest MITB holder for failing to cash in on multiple occasions when Seth Rollins was in a very compromising position. That label was even addressed by Triple H last night on the post-Mania media scrum, who said that after being called the dumbest one, Priest cashed in at the biggest WrestleMania of all time. Priest is also the one who held the briefcase for the longest when it comes to the men. Carmella actually beats him for the longest delay between the briefcase win and cashing in at 287 days. With his win, Priest became the first Puerto Rican WWE Superstar in over 50 years to hold a major singles title in the company after Pedro Morales.

STEPHANIE MCMAHON OPENS WRESTLEMANIA NIGHT TWO
- WrestleMania XL night two kicked off with a major surprise in the form of Stephanie McMahon. Coming out with a remixed theme, McMahon said that since 1985, she's been at every single WrestleMania show, a subtle dig at her father Vince who was "not allowed" to be there yesterday. The shots at her father continued, saying, "I think WrestleMania 40 might be the one that I am the most proud of because this is the first WrestleMania of the Paul Levesque era," to a big pop from the crowd. Stephanie mentioned that there are fans from 64 different countries and all 50 states coming together from different backgrounds and different beliefs to share their love for professional wrestling. "And nobody understands that better than Triple H," she continued. She then asked the fans if they're ready and welcomed everyone to WrestleMania. In the post-show press conference, Triple H remarked that his wife looked amazing and he's happy that she's finally "back home." He said it was great to see her gain her confidence back and get out there in front of fans. It remains unclear if Stephanie is back in an official capacity in WWE but Levesque made it sound like it. At this point, there's no press releases announcing her return. You can see her return at .

BRANDI RHODES MAKES FIRST OFFICIAL WWE APPEARANCE
- Brandi Rhodes made her first official appearance on WWE television last night since her husband returned to WWE, accompanying him to the first portion of his entrance. The crowd popped big time when she showed up by her husband's side as she cracked a smile acknowledging the reaction, then took Cody's mask and told him to go finish the story. Brandi showed up again to celebrate with Cody at the end of the night along with the rest of the family. The former AEW Chief Brand Officer had a rough time in AEW and Rhodes previously mentioned that he hated how his wife was often the scapegoat for things that happened. Her appearances on TV were also met with dislike by fans and problems were big enough that led the departure to both of them from the company in February 2022. You can see her appearance at .

PAUL LEVESQUE PUTS OVER LEE FITTING AND NICK KHAN FOR TURNING WWE AROUND
- During the post-show press conference, WWE Chief Content Officer Paul "Triple H" Levesque put over Head of Media & Production Lee Fitting and WWE President Nick Khan as the two individuals whose ideas, work ethic, and dedication to WWE has resulted in an uptick in production and said that this was not his era, but "our era." Fitting, a former ESPN executive for over 20 years, came to WWE in January of this year and pretty much took over the job of Kevin Dunn, a very hated figure among wrestling fans. Fitting's arrival brought several changes to production, including new camera angles, new ideas to television imported from his ESPN days, and Triple H added that WWE will be rolling out tons of new production tricks over the next several months, all thanks to Fitting's vision. Nick Khan, Triple H's right hand man, is a monumental figure for the company and is often credited with bringing in the major media rights deals and negotiations to bring in the stars such as CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, and The Rock back. Khan is mostly doing the job that Vince McMahon did back in the day, leading the company from a corporate perspective. Levesque said that those are two men that he would gladly go to work for and pretty much put all the recent success to their name.

EPIC TITLE REIGNS COME TO A SCREECHING HALT AT WRESTLEMANIA
- Some epic title reigns came to an end at this year's WrestleMania as the counter goes back to the start for six titles, or make it seven if you count the World Heavyweight title twice in that equation. The longest reign in modern-day history with 1,316 days came to a Nightmare-ish end for Roman Reigns last night with Cody Rhodes finally finishing his story. Reigns had not been pinned in a singles match for a whopping 1,575 days, also another record unlikely to be replicated. Gunther's record-breaking run as Intercontinental champion ended on the 666th day on Saturday thanks to Sami Zayn, giving Gunther his first loss on the main roster. The last time Gunther was pinned before this match was by Ilja Dragunov when he won the NXT UK title from him and that was 958 days ago. Seth Rollins' reign as World Heavyweight champion ended after 316 days. He became the inaugural champion and Triple H said in the post-show conference that if you want to make a new title mean something, you give it to Seth "Freakin" Rollins and let him run with it. That run was ended by Drew McIntyre who himself won his first title in front of fans. Unfortunately for McIntyre, his run as champion was not legendary at all and lasted just around 5 minutes thanks to Damian Priest and CM Punk. Iyo Sky's reign as WWE Women's champion was halted by her former Damage CTRL leader Bayley at 171 days. Sky won the title at SummerSlam last year. This was Bayley's first run with a major singles title since the pandemic era where she and Sasha Banks ran the asylum and carried the company during dark times. And The Judgment Day are no longer the Undisputed WWE Tag Team champions after losing them in the six-pack ladder match after a run of 171 days. A-Town Down Under are now the Smackdown Tag Team champions while Awesome Truth are the Raw Tag Team champions. Those titles are expected to be renamed in line with the rest of the titles currently in play.

WRESTLEMANIA ATTENDANCE
- WrestleMania had a combined audience of over 145,000 according to WWE, although the combined number they are using - 145,420 - is slightly higher than the total of what they announced each night. On night one, Raw and Smackdown General Managers Adam Pearce and Nick Aldis announced an audience of 72,453 while WWE Hall of Famer Snoop Dog announced yesterday 72,755. Triple H in the press conference said "regardless of what Snoop Dogg" said, the combined attendance was 145,420, making it sound like Snoop messed up the number with a discrepancy of 212. Regardless of the total number, Triple H said that this year's show destroyed the gate money of any other WrestleMania in history, with official figures still yet to be published.

RAW TO SMASH ALL-TIME RECORD TONIGHT
- Tonight's Monday Night Raw will smash the record set last week by Brooklyn as the highest-grossing Raw ever where over 18,000 fans will witness what it is now called the Raw After Mania. The company sold nearly 1,000 extra tickets to Raw over the weekend according to @WrestleTix with 18,159 tickets out as of this morning and just under 400 remaining for a total capacity. Raw After Mania will wrap up festivities here in Philadelphia as a "new season" kicks off with new champions, most notably the new WWE champion Cody Rhodes and new World Heavyweight champion Damian Priest. Rhodes is expected to move to the Smackdown brand with this title win but will be on Monday Night Raw tonight as he celebrates finishing his story.

STUDIO BEHIND THE FIEND MASK CREATED CODY'S WRESTLEMANIA MASK
- The cool-looking mask that Cody Rhodes used last night in his entrance at WrestleMania was created by Jason Baker, the same man who is behind The Fiend's mask and costume. Writing on X, Baker said that the American Nightmare crown and shoulder eagle armor was created by the phenomenal crew at Callosum Studios, a special makeup effects company specializing in masks, props, prosthetics, animatronics, and blood FX for the film and television industry. "Thank you again @CodyRhodes for trusting us and allowing us such an amazing opportunity," Baker wrote. It was a busy weekend for Baker and his team as they also unveiled two life-size statues of Bray Wyatt and The Fiend during the Bray Wyatt panel at WWE World on Saturday.

JACOB FATU SIGNS WITH WWE
- Multiple sources have reported that Jacob Fatu, the former MLW champion, has signed with WWE. The news was originally broken by Fightful Wrestling via their Select service. Fatu, 31 years old, is the cousin of The Usos, Solo Sikoa, and Roman Reigns and could very well be the next member of the Bloodline faction. He became a free agent in February after spending five successful years with Major League Wrestling. He holds the record of the longest reign as MLW champion with a total of 819 days with the title. Jacob is the son of Sam Fatu, who wrestled as The Tonga Kid and Tama, and is the brother of Umaga and Rikishi.

VINCE MCMAHON SELLS MORE TKO SHARES
- Vince McMahon's stake in TKO continued to diminish after the former WWE Chairman and CEO has agreed to sell 1,642,970 TKO shares to Endeavor and 1,853,724 TKO shares to TKO Group Holdings for a price of $89.01 per share. The transactions are expected to close on April 9 and April 10 respectively according to documents filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and will give Vince McMahon a total of $311,240,732. With these sales, McMahon's ownership of TKO shares will go below 5% and according to regulations, McMahon no longer has to record future sales with the SEC. McMahon, who served as the TKO Executive Chairman of the Board, resigned in January of this year and made more than $1.5 billion in stock transactions.

SMACKDOWN AND KING AND QUEEN OF THE RING SET FOR JEDDAH
- WWE announced that it will bring Friday Night Smackdown and King and Queen of the Ring premium live event to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia next month. This is the first time that Smackdown will be held in Jeddah on May 24 and the PLE will follow the next day on May 25. The King and Queen of the Ring event was supposed to happen last year, also in Saudi, but that was changed to Night of Champions to coincide with Roman Reigns' 1,000th day as Undisputed WWE Universal champion. The last time WWE held King and Queen of the Ring was in 2021 in Riyadh, with Xavier Woods winning the men's tournament and Zelina Vega winning the women's tournament. The announcement was met with thunderous boos from the crowd at Lincoln Financial Field, though those boos were not heard on the live broadcast.

BUBBA DUDLEY MAKES SURPRISE APPEARANCE AT WRESTLEMANIA
- WWE Hall of Famer Bubba Ray Dudley made a surprise appearance at WrestleMania last night as the special guest referee for the Philadelphia Street Fight between The Final Testament and The Pride. Bubba Ray even got himself on the action at the expense of Karrion Kross, leading The Pride to do the "Wazzzuuuup" spot and then enticing the trio to "get the table!" Several ECW chants rang throughout the stadium as Dudley showed up, confirming Paul Heyman's assessment that ECW is far from dead. Dudley, one of the hosts of the SiriusXM Busted Open show, was also at the Hall of Fame ceremony sitting alongside with his former tag team partner D-Von Dudley.

MCMAHON'S PERSONAL TRAINER ACCUSES JANEL GRANT OF BEING A PREDATOR
- Vince McMahon's personal trainer, Michael Monteforte, was protective of his boss in an Instagram post, saying that McMahon was unable to attend WrestleMania for the first time since he created the event. Monteforte wrote, "Vince McMahon was unable to attend his first WrestleMania. How quickly people forget, that without his vision, there would be no wrestling or WrestleMania. Sadly, when a person is down, the people who say they love you, turn their backs on you." Responding to several comments, Monteforte said that we shouldn't judge a man without getting all the facts and he had the truth "in real time" and accused Janel Grant as a "predator for men with $$." He added that she conveniently left out her replies in most of those texts and when they're published, we'll see that she is "far from innocent and any victim" and called her "actually the aggressor."

WRESTLEMANIA XL NIGHT ONE RESULTS
- Here are the results from last night's WrestleMania XL night one premium live event which took place from the Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Rhea Ripley defeated Becky Lynch to retain the Women's World title; A-Town Down Under and The Awesome Truth defeated The Judgment Day, DIY, The New Day, and New Catch Republic to become the new Smackdown defeated Santos Escobar and Dominik Mysterio; Jey Uso defeated Jimmy Uso; Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill, and Naomi defeated Dakota Kai, Asuka, and Kairi Sane in a six-woman tag team match; Sami Zayn defeated Gunther to become the new WWE Intercontinental champion; The Rock and Roman Reigns defeated Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins and now the night two main event will be contested under Bloodline Rules. A full in-depth report of the whole show by Paul Hemming is available at .

WRESTLEMANIA XL NIGHT TWO LIVE ON PEACOCK AND WWE NETWORK TONIGHT
- Live from the Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, WWE presents WrestleMania XL night two on Peacock and WWE Network. The full card is as follows: Roman Reigns vs Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Universal title; Seth "Freakin" Rollins vs Drew McIntyre for the WWE World Heavyweight title; Iyo Sky vs Bayley for the WWE Women's title; Logan Paul vs Randy Orton vs Kevin Owens in a triple threat match for the WWE United States title; LA Knight vs AJ Styles; and Bobby Lashley and The Street Profits vs Karrion Kross and The AOP in a six-man Philadelphia street fight. The Countdown to WrestleMania will start at 5PM ET and will be airing on Peacock, WWE Network, and all of WWE social media properties. WrestleMania starts an hour earlier this year with a 7PM bell time.

NEW CHAMPIONS CROWNED AT NIGHT ONE OF WRESTLEMANIA
- Three new champions were crowned at WrestleMania XL night one, with the Undisputed WWE Tag Team titles once again split and a long streak was broken with a new Intercontinental champion. A-Town Down Under, the team of Grayson Waller and Austin Theory, won the Smackdown Tag Team titles in the six-pack ladder match. While they did go for the other set of titles too, it was R-Truth who finally climbed the ladder to get the Raw Tag Team titles, getting the win with his partner The Miz. This means that Judgment Day are no longer champs and each brand gets their respective titles again. The other title change came when Sami Zayn finally managed to defeat Gunther, who got pinned for the first time on the main roster. Gunther's record-breaking Intercontinental title run ended with 666 days.

NEW WWE INTRO VIDEO
- After several years of the same "Then, Now, Forever, Together" intro video, the new Triple H era kicked off with an updated, more sleek-looking video which made its debut at the start of WrestleMania. The intro features the likes of Hulk Hogan, Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels, Rhea Ripley, CM Punk, Randy Orton, Macho Man, Becky Lynch, Cody Rhodes, The Ultimate Warrior, Sgt Slaughter, The Undertaker, The Rock, John Cena, Roman Reigns, Steve Austin and many others in a galactic-like intro that looks like straight from a Marvel movie. The "Then, Now, Forever, Together" tag line is still used as before but the production value of this intro has been upped by 1000%. You can see the new intro at .

THE ROCK SAYS EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED TONIGHT
- In his post-show media appearance, The Rock said that there was nothing like wrestling at WrestleMania in front of his fellow peers and thousands of people in the stands and despite a long, long match, he feels great and credited the 12-week training camp with people who worked their asses off for being in good shape. Asked if there will be more matches for The Rock in the future, Rock replied in the positive and said that there might be a couple so this is not a one-and-done deal. Rock did say earlier that he will now forever be part of WWE since he's part of the TKO board. In the final question, The Rock was asked if there will be any surprises tonight as part of the Bloodline Rules match and Rock laughed, gave credit to the reporter, Emily Mae, for swinging it and said, "You can sure expect the unexpected and a lot of surprises." The Rock will for sure be part of the main event again tonight as a lot of interferences are expected as the Bloodline tries to derail Cody Rhodes from finishing the story. Wild rumors from John Cena to Steve Austin coming to the help of the American Nightmare have also been flying around all weekend.

ROMAN REIGNS BECOMES THE WWE SUPERSTAR WITH MOST MANIA MAIN EVENTS IN HISTORY
- Roman Reigns will make history tonight as he becomes the WWE Superstar with the most WrestleMania main events ever. After tonight's match against Cody Rhodes is done and dusted, Reigns will have a whopping nine WrestleMania main events, and that is also after making history with Cody by becoming the only two men to main event two nights of the same WrestleMania. Reigns tied Hulk Hogan last night with eight main events but he didn't have to wait another year to break that record. His WrestleMania main event journey started at 31 in 2015 in Santa Clara, headlining the show against Brock Lesnar. Perhaps that event is mostly remembered for Seth Rollins cashing in his MITB briefcase, pinning Reigns to win the WWE title. The next year at WrestleMania 32 in Dallas, Reigns won the WWE title from Triple H and the following year at WrestleMania 33, he closed the show with The Undertaker in a no holds barred match. Reigns was the second person to defeat Taker at WrestleMania after Brock Lesnar. At WrestleMania 34, Reigns met Brock Lesnar again for the Universal title and this time around, Lesnar retained the championship. He returned to the main event spot at WrestleMania 37 against Edge and Daniel Bryan and won that match by double stacking his opponents in a controversial move. WrestleMania 38 was round three with Brock Lesnar and this time Reigns won and unified both championship titles. Last year at WrestleMania 39 he denied Cody Rhodes from finishing the story and yesterday night he teamed up with his cousin The Rock to take on Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins in a tag team match. Tonight, Cody Rhodes goes for another round with The Tribal Chief, hoping to inflict his first WrestleMania main event loss since 2018.

BECKY LYNCH WRESTLES WITH 102-DEGREE FEVER AND STREP THROAT
- Becky Lynch walked into WrestleMania with a 102-degree fever and a strep throat and still managed to have one of the best matches on the card with Women's World champion Rhea Ripley. There was no stopping Lynch participating at this WrestleMania, and even if she didn't win the match, no one would have ever guessed that she was sick unless it was pointed out. What happens to Becky now remains to be seen as The Man has her contract ending in two months and last week said that negotiations over a new one have not started because she wasn't offered one yet. Asked by Ariel Helwani if this is her last WrestleMania, she said probably not and asked if she is re-signing, all she can muster was, "we'll see." Pressed if she would be willing to talk to anyone else after those two months, Lynch did say that she's "WWE" but then changed her tune to, "I don't know."

BROCK LESNAR STILL WITH WWE, SAYS TRIPLE H
- Triple H said during the post-WrestleMania media scrum that Brock Lesnar is still with WWE and nothing has changed with his status. Asked for an update by Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, Triple H confirmed that there was some conversation with Lesnar a few months ago regarding a possible appearance at the Royal Rumble. Rumors are that Lesnar was scheduled for the Rumble but his appearance was canceled after he came up in the Janel Grant lawsuit referred to as the former UFC and WWE champion. "Right now, Brock is home being Brock. And we¡¯ll see where that leads to from here. His status is the same as it¡¯s been before. Brock is not gone from WWE, he¡¯s just home being Brock."

WRESTLEMANIA 40 BEHIND-THE-SCENES DOCUMENTARY SET FOR WEDNESDAY
- A new documentary, titled WrestleMania 40: Behind the Curtain, will air this coming Wednesday on WWE's YouTube channel. A teaser of the doc aired right after WrestleMania XL ended, with interviews conducted with Paul "Triple H" Levesque, The Rock, Seth Rollins, Cody Rhodes, and Roman Reigns. The documentary will focus on the build towards this year's WrestleMania and the adjustments they had to make following the whole #WeWantCody movement which forced WWE to switch their planned main event and walk away from Roman Reigns vs The Rock. "Power goes back as it should...to the people," The Rock is seen saying in a new sit-down interview. You can see the trailer at .

SLAMMY AWARDS 2024 WINNERS
- WWE held its 2024 Slammy Awards earlier this morning at WWE World in a ceremony hosted by Cathy Kelley and Big E and correspondent R-Truth. The big winner was Cody Rhodes who in total won three Slammy Awards, one of which is shared with Roman Reigns. The winners were Cody Rhodes for Best Entrance of the Year, Charlotte Flair vs Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 39 won the Best Match of the Year, LA Knight won Breakout Superstar of the Year, Tiffany Stratton won NXT Superstar of the Year, Cody Rhodes vs Roman Reigns won the Rivalry of the Year, The Judgment Day won Faction of the Year, Drew McIntyre won Social Media Star of the Year, Rhea Ripley won Female Superstar of the Year, Cody Rhodes won Superstar of the Year, CM Punk returning at Survivor Series won the OMG Moment of the Year, and CM Punk also won the Return of the Year. While most accepted the award via video, Tiffany Stratton, Drew McIntyre, Dominik Mysterio, and CM Punk were there in person. The one-hour ceremony is available to watch at .

LATEST BETTING ODDS FOR WRESTLEMANIA XL
- Night two of WrestleMania XL is upon us with six matches remaining on the card and perhaps the most important one which will end the festivities. Below are the latest betting odds available. Remember, these odds might probably change by the time the show starts so please be careful. Cody Rhodes solidified his spot as favorite to win the Undisputed WWE Universal title tonight at WrestleMania with his odds now at 1/5 while those of Roman Reigns are at 10/3. Are we getting a double heavyweight title change tonight? It looks like it's going to be that way as Drew McIntyre is also the favorite to win the title from Seth Rollins, with McIntyre's odds at 1/3 while Rollins is at 9/4. Or maybe we get a triple title change? Bayley is the favorite to become the new WWE Women's champion as the former leader of Damage CTRL is 2/7 in her odds while Sky is 5/2. The United States title will be defended in a triple threat match but Logan Paul's odds are in his favor with 4/11 to his name while Orton is 5/2 and Owens at 4/1. LA Knight YEAH will make his WrestleMania debut tonight in a match against the Phenomenal AJ Styles. Knight YEAH is 2/9 favorite YEAH while Styles is underdog at 3/1 YEAH! And finally, a Philadelphia street fight pits The Pride against The Final Testament. The team of Lashley and the Street Profits are favorite with odds of 4/11 while Kross and AOP are 2/1.

AEW TO RELEASE SECURITY FOOTAGE FROM ALL IN ON DYNAMITE
- To combat CM Punk's interview from this past Monday and to challenge his version of events from All In, AEW announced that footage from backstage at the show will be aired for the first time this coming Wednesday on Dynamite. The announcement came on Collision yesterday where it was presented as the Young Bucks will show the footage and discuss it for the first time. Punk said that he only choked Jack Perry "a little bit" before it was broken up by Samoa Joe and Jerry Lynn and denied the idea that he punched anyone. Tony Khan then said at the time that he feared for his life backstage but it looks like that footage won't make it, and only the Punk/Perry altercation will be shown. The Punk interview left a little sting in AEW, with Adam Copeland rallying the troops on Wednesday and several AEW stars taking to social media to say how great the company is.

WRESTLEMANIA XL NIGHT ONE LIVE ON PEACOCK AND WWE NETWORK TONIGHT
- Live from the Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, WWE presents WrestleMania XL night one on Peacock and WWE Network. The full card is as follows: Roman Reigns and The Rock vs Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins with the stipulation that if Cody and Seth win, the main event of night two will be Bloodline-free but if Roman and Rock win, the main event on night two will be Bloodline rules; Rhea Ripley vs Becky Lynch for the WWE Women's World title; Gunther vs Sami Zayn for the Intercontinental title; The Judgment Day vs DIY vs The Awesome Truth vs The New Day vs A-Town Down Under vs New Catch Republic in a six-pack tag team ladder match for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team titles; Jey Uso vs Jimmy Uso; Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill, and Naomi vs Dakota Kai, Asuka, and Kairi Sane in a six-woman tag team match; and Rey Mysterio and Andrade vs Santos Escobar and Dominik Mysterio. The Countdown to WrestleMania will start at 5PM ET and will be airing on Peacock, WWE Network, and all of WWE social media properties. WrestleMania starts an hour earlier this year with a 7PM bell time.

BAG POLICY FOR LINCOLN FINANCIAL FIELD
- If you are planning to taking some stuff with you to WrestleMania these two days, be aware of the several limitations on bags that the Lincoln Financial Field has for all events. Fans will be permitted to bring in one bag that is clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC which does not exceed 12" x 6" x 12", one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag, and one small clutch bag approximately not larger than 4.5" x 6.5" with or without a handle/strap. Prohibited bags include but are not limited to purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage, seat cushions, computer bags, camera bags, binocular cases, or any bag larger than the permissible size. If you buy any merchandise from inside the stadium you will be given a clear plastic bag to carry your items.

PROHIBITED ITEMS AT LINCOLN FINANCIAL FIELD
- The less items you carry with you, the smoother entry you will have, but if you plan on getting in stuff with you to Lincoln Financial Field, remember you will be subject to a security check and there are several items which are not allowed inside the stadium. Remember, you cannot bring in your own alcohol (because you have to buy the overpriced drinks from the stadium), e-cigarettes, fireworks, firearms, balls, including the popular beach balls, helmets, laptops, laser pointers, selfie sticks for your cool Instagram shots, seat cushions, umbrellas regardless if you're going to get drenched in rain, video cameras, strollers, air horns, and no drones or remote-controlled devices. Pets are also not allowed so leave your cat watching WrestleMania at home but if you have a service dog, that is okay. Don't show up drunk or in offensive or disruptive clothing, whatever that means, or you will not be allowed entry, don't smoke, and don't do drugs, at least not in the stadium. You obey these rules and you will be good to go!

FIRST WRESTLEMANIA WITHOUT VINCE MCMAHON
- This WrestleMania is one for the history books as it is the first WrestleMania which is both Vince McMahon-free. Throughout its history, WrestleMania had many different protagonists, main eventers, and everything in between but there was always one man who was constant in the previous 39 editions: the former WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon. The man who started it all. The man who built professional wrestling in what it is today. But this weekend, there will be no McMahon screaming in the announcers headphones, no McMahon giving instructions at gorilla position, and no McMahon doing last-minute changes to the script. Simply put, there will be no Vince McMahon backstage at all. The disgraced former TKO Chairman of the Board has more pressing things on his mind: a major lawsuit from his ex-lover Janel Grant and a possible federal investigation. McMahon was forced to resign in the first week of January after the explosive lawsuit was filed and WWE has cut all ties with him, even banning his name from being said on television, at least for now. It's also important to add that this is also the first WrestleMania without Executive Producer and Chief of Global TV Distribution Kevin Dunn, who has also seen every single WrestleMania except for the one this weekend. Dunn departed WWE after McMahon lost most of his power following the TKO merger and gone were the much-hated shaky and quick cuts from WWE television. It's a new era in WWE and Triple H and Nick Khan are fully in charge of WrestleMania, with Triple H calling the shots creatively.

WRESTLEMANIA NIGHT ONE CROSSES 68,000 TICKETS DISTRIBUTED
- The latest figures released by @WrestleTix show that WrestleMania 40 night one is currently at over 68,400 tickets distributed, less than 400 tickets away from the current total setup of 68,800. There's a very high probability that this will be a legit sell-out by the time the show starts tonight, and the same story will be for tomorrow as well. Secondary market tickets for night one have started dropping for tonight as ticket scalpers panic to resell their inventory. Cheapest price to get in tonight is $118 from secondary market ticket websites, down considerably from the insane prices they were charging up until a few days ago.

PAUL HEYMAN PRAISES TRIPLE H AS THE NEW WWE LEADER
- In his much-anticipated Hall of Fame speech, Paul Heyman praised Paul "Triple H" Levesque for his leadership and being the only guy who could take over the company and give it the direction it needs. Heyman said there has been a much-needed change in WWE and Levesque is the brains behind the creative freedom many Superstars are receiving and for as long as he lives, he will be always be a "Paul Levesque guy." Heyman noted that he's breaking every rule he's been told to adhere to, mainly after he was told not to talk about Triple H. The former ECW chief then also addressed Stephanie McMahon, who was sitting ringside next to her husband and wearing the old ECW hat from The Alliance days. He said that if his daughter grows up being half the woman that Stephanie is, then he'll know they raised a great woman in his household. He told Stephanie that judging by her choice of hat for the evening, she married the wrong Paul! Heyman dropped a couple, actually, a lot, of F-bombs during his speech and also mentioned Brock Lesnar a a few times, the first time that his name was spoken on WWE TV since the Janel Grant lawsuit hit.

STEPHANIE MCMAHON MAKES APPEARANCE AT WWE HOF
- For the first time since she quit the company in January of last year, Stephanie McMahon appeared on a WWE broadcast, seated next to her husband Paul "Triple H" Levesque front and center at the Hall of Fame induction ceremony. McMahon, sporting an ECW hat reminiscent of her days as part of The Alliance, looked like she did not age one day since we last saw her and appeared to have a great time and was sometimes emotional when Paul Heyman had glowing words for husband as the new leader in the locker room. McMahon was a popular figure at WWE and her departure was a knock on the morale for those who worked at HQ. She completely quit after her father Vince muscled his way back to the company after he had "retired" a few months earlier.

ROTUNDA FAMILY HONORS BRAY WYATT AT HOF CEREMONY
- A beautiful tribute to the late Bray Wyatt was held yesterday at the WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony. First, it was his siblings Taylor and Mika Rotunda who before talking about their father and uncle, said that while their brother Windham is not physically with them on stage, he was still there in spirit. During the later part of his speech, Bray's father Mike said that his son should have been there to witness this and became very emotional speaking about him. Before departing the stage, Mike asked fans to join him in a tribute to his son by switching on their flashlight on their cell phones. As the fireflies came out, the light inside the arena went out and Bray Wyatt's latest theme song Shatter by Code Orange was played. You can see the video at

ANDRADE REPLACES DRAGON LEE AT WRESTLEMANIA, JOINS LWO
- The planned match between Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee vs Dom Mysterio and Santos Escobar was changed on Smackdown after Lee was attacked backstage during the show. Cameras missed the attacker and only showed Lee lying on the floor with Carlito checking him, although rather suspiciously. As the segment transitioned to the Elektra Lopez vs Zelina Vega match, Andrade came out with Legado del Fantasma but a few minutes later, things changed. Following the match which Lopez won, Legado attacked Rey Mysterio, who accompanied Vega, but Andrade switched teams and cleaned the ring. Andrade and Mysterio then shook hands and Vega jumped in his arms, reconnecting from their NXT days together. A few segments later, Mysterio said that Lee is out of WrestleMania and Andrade offered to team up with Mysterio instead.

THE ROCK TO HAVE FIRST PROPER WRESTLING MATCH SINCE 2013
- The Rock will have his first proper wrestling match since WrestleMania 29 against John Cena some 11 years ago as he teams up with Roman Reigns to take on Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins tonight. Rock did technically have a "match" at WrestleMania 32 in Dallas, Texas, against Rowan of The Wyatt Family but that "match" lasted just a few seconds only and did not test Rock's cardio and ring rust. Tonight it will be a whole different ballgame and Johnson admitted that he's been training his ass off to get back in ring-shape, something different than just being in great shape. This will be The Rock's 12th match at WrestleMania, having wrestled on eight consecutive WrestleManias from 13 to 20, then followed that with two back-to-back main events against John Cena for 28 and 29. His last match was the one at 32 vs Rowan.

ROCK SAYS 12-WEEK TRAINING CAMP PUSHED HIM TO PLACES HE'S NEVER BEEN
- The Rock wrote that his 12-week training camp to get back in shape for tonight's match has come to an end and it was the most intense thing he's ever done in his life. "Pushing myself physically, mentally and psychologically to places I¡¯ve never gone," The Rock said. It's been 11 years since The Final Boss had a proper wrestling match, a match which also headlined WrestleMania 29 where he lost the WWE title to John Cena. As part of the training, WWE sent him Gallus, the trio of Wolfgang, Joey and Mark Coffey, to train with him in Los Angeles with the assistance of Michael Hayes, Bobby Roode, and referee Chad Patton. "The men I¡¯m wrestling this weekend at WrestleMania are the best in the world. My respect for them is boundless. My love for pro wrestling is forever," he continued. "Honored to share the ring, go to war in our squared circle and entrain the fans."

CODY RHODES GETS HIS CUSTOM AMERICAN NIGHTMARE PRIME BOTTLE
- PRIME Hydration today announced Cody Rhodes as their first WWE Superstar with his own custom Prime bottle. The announcement was accompanied by a photo of Logan Paul, with the United States title on his shoulder, shaking hands with Cody Rhodes holding the American Nightmare edition of PRIME. PRIME will serve as the mat sponsor for WrestleMania today and tomorrow and future WWE premium live events as per a deal the two companies struck together last month.

LATEST BETTING ODDS FOR WRESTLEMANIA XL NIGHT ONE
- It's finally here, WrestleMania weekend is upon us and night one kicks off tonight. These are the latest betting odds for tonight's WrestleMania Saturday. Remember, these odds are likely to change by the time the show starts and even during the show so be careful when betting using real money. The Bloodline are complete favorites going into the show tonight with their odds at 1/14, a big difference from the 11/2 that Cody and Seth have so it looks like the odds will be stacked against Rhodes tomorrow. Rhea Ripley is 1/4 favorite in her match against Becky Lynch who is 5/2 so bookmakers don't think the title will switch hands tonight, putting an interesting scenario as Becky has not signed a new deal yet and her contract expires in two months. In the six-pack ladder match for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team titles, Awesome Truth are 7/10 favorites to win, with DIY at 3/1, A-Town Down Under with 4/1 odds, and New Catch Republic, The Judgment Day, and The New Day all at 6/1. There could be two winners in this match. Odds for the LWO vs Legado del Fantasma were pulled after last night Andrade replaced Dragon Lee which would have voided all previous bets. No new odds are in place for this match. In the battle of brother vs brother, Jey Uso has the upper hand at the moment with 1/2 odds while Jimmy is 6/4 underdog. Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill, and Naomi are overwhelming favorites in their six-woman tag match against Damage CTRL, with their odds at 1/14 while that of their opponents are at 11/2. Will Sami Zayn finally get his hands on the IC title? Well, the odds are certainly not in his favor with Gunther favorite at 8/13 and Zayn at 6/5 for the upset.

EARLY BETTING ODDS FOR WRESTLEMANIA XL NIGHT TWO
- Just because one night is not enough, we have another night of WrestleMania which means another round of betting odds. These are the early odds so far, which are a long way from being final, but an early indication of where things are going. Tomorrow we will have the latest updates. It is not often that Roman Reigns is an underdog in a match but for the main event tomorrow, Reigns is actually the underdog as everyone is expecting Cody Rhodes to finish his damn story. Reigns is 2/1 to keep the title while Cody is 4/11 favorite to dethrone the Tribal Chief. Will Drew McIntyre finally get his title win in front of fans? Bookmakers think so as they have him 2/5 and favorite to become the new WWE World Heavyweight champion against Seth Rollins who is 7/4 to retain. Odds are not looking good either for Iyo Sky, the reigning WWE Women's champion as her opponent, Bayley, is the favorite to walk out with the gold. Bayley is 1/4 in her numbers while Sky is 11/4 to retain it. Things seem better for United States champion Logan Paul as he is 4/11 favorite to keep the title in the triple threat match against Randy Orton and Kevin Owens. Orton has 5/2 odds while Owens is at 4/1. LA Knight has his first-ever WrestleMania match against ring veteran AJ Styles tomorrow and Knight is 2/7 favorite YEAH to win against Styles who is at 5/2. And in the Philadelphia Street Fight, The Pride have odds of 4/11 and favorites while The Final Testament are 2/1 underdogs.

GIULIA HEADING TO NXT
- Fightful Wrestling is reporting through their Select service that former NJPW Strong Women's champion Giulia will be heading to NXT and the WWE Performance Center as soon as she completes her remaining booking dates in Japan. Giulia is currently in Philadelphia along with former STARDOM chief Rossy Ogawa and was at the WWE World fan convention on Thursday. The two are also staying at the WWE hotel. The Japanese star wrapped up her contract with STARDOM at the end of March and will be helping Ogawa launch his own all-female promotion before moving full time to the United States to start her WWE journey. The 30-year-old English-born Italian-Japanese professional wrestler is regarded as one of the best female wrestlers in the world and will surely be a great addition to the WWE roster.

NXT STAND & DELIVER RESULTS
- Here are the results from NXT Stand & Deliver which took place live from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. NXT WOMEN'S NORTH AMERICAN TITLE TO BE INTRODUCED
- NXT General Manager Ava announced during the NXT Stand & Deliver premium live event that there will soon be the introduction of the Women's NXT North American title. A graphic of the belt, similar to that of the men's North American title but on a white leather strap, was shown on screen. There was no timeline given as to when this will arrive or how the inaugural winner will be crowned. The men's NXT North American title was introduced in April 2108 at the Takeover: New Orleans show with Adam Cole being the inaugural winner.

GIULIA APPEARS AT NXT STAND & DELIVER
- In a page taken out from their own Takeover days, Japanese star Giulia was introduced to the NXT audience at Stand & Deliver before the NXT Women's title match between Lyra Valkyria and Roxanne Perez. Giulia was sitting next to William Regal who himself was sitting next to former STARDOM chief Rossy Ogawa. On television, Giulia was introduced as one of the "biggest international wrestlers" by commentator Vic Joseph and as she stood up she looked around and said "woah," soaking up the big ovation she received. You can see her reaction at .

ROH SUPERCARD OF HONOR 2024 RESULTS
- Here are the results from last night's ROH Supercard of Honor 2024 which took place from the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. ZERO HOUR: Tony Nese, Josh Woods and Ari Daivari defeated Rhett Titus, Tony Deppen, and Adam Priest in a six-man tag team match; The Beast Mortos defeated Blake Christian; Griff Garrison and Cole Karter defeated Angelico and Serpentico; Mariah May defeated Momo Kohgo. PPV: Kyle Fletcher defeated Lee Johnson to retain the ROH TV title; Mei Seira, Maika and Mina Shirakawa defeated Tam Nakano, Saya Kamitani and AZM in a Stardom showcase six-woman tag team match; Matt Taven and Mike Bennett defeated Captain Shawn Dean and Carlie Bravo to retain the ROH Tag Team titles; Billie Starkz defeated Queen Aminata to become the new ROH Women's TV champion; The Gunns and Jay White defeated Lance Archer, Alex Zayne, and Minoru Suzuki in a six-man tag team match to retain the ROH Six-Man Tag Team titles; Dalton Castle defeated Johnny TV; Athena defeated Hikaru Shida to retain the ROH Women's title; Mark Briscoe defeated Eddie Kingston to become the new ROH World champion.

MARK BRISCOE WINS FIRST MAJOR SINGLES TITLE
- Mark Briscoe won his first ROH World title last night at Supercard of Honor in the main event of the show, defeating Eddie Kingston. It was an extra special occasion for Briscoe as he won the title 11 years exactly to the day after his brother Jay won the title at Supercard of Honor in 2013. Despite his 22-year career in ROH, Briscoe never had a major singles title with the company unlike his late brother and was given a hero's reaction after the match. Friends, family, and ROH stars stormed the ring to celebrate with Briscoe, lifting him up on their shoulders as a bloodied Briscoe raised his title. The popular ROH star also came out with the entrance theme which the Briscoe Brothers used in ROH, Lynyrd Skynyrd's song Gimme Back My Bullets. Kingston now remains the NJPW Strong Openwieght champion after also losing the Continental title to Kazuchika Okada in March.

COLLISION PREVIEW
- Collision will have a special start time of 11:30PM ET tonight due to the coverage of NCAA basketball on TNT. The show was taped this past Wednesday following Dynamite. Matches scheduled for the broadcast are Penta El Zero Miedo vs Komander, FTR vs Top Flight in the second semi final in the AEW Tag Team title tournament, Claudio Castagnoli vs The Butcher, Chris Jericho and Hook vs Shayne Taylor Promotions, House of Black vs Christopher Daniels, Matt Sydal, and Bryan Keith in a trios match, Yuka Sakazaki vs Trish Adora, and Pac vs Encore Moore. While the 11:30PM start time is not ideal, the show also avoids going head-to-head with WrestleMania night one.

WWE HALL OF FAME 2024 INDUCTION CEREMONY TONIGHT
- Live from the Well Fargo Center in Philadelphia, WWE presents the 2024 Hall of Fame induction ceremony, streaming live on Peacock and WWE Network immediately following the conclusion of Friday Night Smackdown on FOX. This year's ceremony will feature six inductees and it's the first Hall of Fame class picked by Paul "Triple H" Levesque. Headlining the show will be the incredible Paul Heyman who will be inducted by the current Undisputed WWE Universal champion Roman Reigns. Heyman's induction in Philadelphia was by no means a coincidence and the beloved former ECW founder will surely wow the crowd in this highly-anticipated speech. Former WWF Women's champion Bull Nakano will make her first appearance on WWE television for the first time since 1995. The Japanese star will be inducted by her former arch rival Alundra Blayze. Barry Windham and Mike Rotunda, collectively known as The U.S. Express, will enter the Hall of Fame after they both were part of the first-ever WrestleMania. The two-time former WWF Tag Team champions endured a rough year with the passing of Windham Rotunda, better known to fans as Bray Wyatt. This will be Barry Windham's second HOF induction as he's part of The Four Horsemen as well. Former NWA wrestler Thunderbolt Patterson is also joining the Hall of Fame. A name maybe not synonymous with WWE, Patterson worked hard to get black wrestlers equal rights during his time in the ring. He was famously blacklisted by the NWA in the 70s for complaining about racism in the business and trying to form a wrestling union. He will be inducted by Scott Spears. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson will induct his grandmother, the late Lia Maivia, the former promoter of Polynesian Pro Wrestling in Hawaii. Maivia is one of the few female promoters in the business and was the wife of The High Chief Peter Maivia. And last and certainly not least, boxing legend Muhammad Ali will also be inducted into the celebrity wing of the WWE Hall of Fame. Ali, one of the most recognizable athletes in the world, was the outside referee for WrestleMania I and previously competed against Antonio Inoki in The War of the Worlds. The boxing champion and Olympic gold medalist will be inducted by his widow Lonnie Ali.

CODY RHODES' TOUR BUS CATCHES FIRE
- Cody Rhodes wrote on X that his tour bus caught fire last night but everyone is doing alright. "Before you hear it elsewhere - my tour bus caught fire last night," he wrote. "Everybody is safe and okay." Rhodes managed to grab two items before he got off, which he later revealed a photo of his wife and daughter and his WrestleMania boots. He thanked the Philadelphia Fire Department for putting the fire out and while he said the bus did not burn into a crisp, it was up in a fireball for a bit. Rhodes added that at the end, everything worked out okay except for his custom suits which now smell of fire.

TRIPLE H ON THOSE WHO CHOOSE LIGHTER SCHEDULE: "YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS BEING HERE"
- Appearing on The Pat McAfee Show earlier, WWE Chief Content Officer Paul "Triple H" Levesque said that that WWE is currently in competition against themselves, against the Attitude Era and the Ruthless Aggression Era. "The best of the absolute best of WWE, that's what we're working against," he said when McAfee asked about the competition. With the current success of the company, Triple H added that his job is now to make sure no one gets complacent so the trend continues and everyone remains successful. Asked about some of the top free agents that WWE missed signing, Triple H said that they have their eyes on everyone and has help from the likes of William Regal in that department, but just because you succeeded one place, doesn't mean you'll succeed in WWE, or as he called it, "in the big time." "When I see people that come out trying to make it and then they pick the job where they go, 'Well...they work less, the schedule is lighter...alright, then I'm glad I didn't get you," he said, referring to those who chose to go to AEW because of a lighter schedule. He added that if you're not in it for the grind at that point early in your career, then they have no business being in WWE.

THE ROCK GETS ROASTED BY YOUNG FAN AT WWE WORLD
- After arriving two hours late for his WWE World appearance Q&A sessions, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson met his match in a little girl who roasted him in front of the large crowd. The crowd got angry waiting for The Final Boss to arrive and even started a "Bullshit" chant but were nonetheless happy when he showed up. Among those who asked questions from the audience was a little girl who had a very valid question for The People's Champion. "Why did you think the title shot was yours to begin with," she asked as the crowd went "Oooooh!" A shocked Rock went, "Wait, what!?" and even started laughing as he got closer and the crowd chanted "Holy shit!" He said The Rock is the great one, the most electrifying man the world has ever seen and he's the final boss so he can do whatever to do and comes in whenever what he wants. The girl did not agree and shook her head, which prompted The Rock to ask her if she's not agreeing with him. "You didn't win the Royal Rumble, Cody did," she fired back. The Rock put his mic down for a bit as he waited for the crowd to calm down. "You should have been around if you wanted it," she added to more cheers, and that got The Rock to crack a smile. Rock told her he can tell she's a Cody fan and after Saturday, The Rock will apologize in advance for the ass kicking he's going to give Cody!

SAMANTHA IRVIN TO CALL ALL WRESTLEMANIA MATCHES
- It's going to be a huge weekend for Samantha Irvin as during the WaleMania event last night, it was revealed that she will be doing the announcing of every single match on both nights. Ring announcing duties are usually shared between both Raw and Smackdown announcers depending on the match and which brand it represents. But Irvin's popularity among WWE fans and her peers is undeniable and her introductions, some of which are custom, are super over with viewers. Samantha was at the WaleMania event and even gave a performance with the flute for fans in attendance.

WWE UNVEILS WRESTLEMANIA STAGE
- WWE has unveiled the WrestleMania XL stage with a video uploaded on their social media channels late yesterday. WWE backstage correspondents Kayla Braxton and Jackie Redmond hosted the unveiling along with some help from Ninja Kidz. The set is minimal considering the milestone number with large X L blocks on each side of the stage and mostly video screens surrounding it and a large WrestleMania logo on top. WWE is using the green color scheme all around for this show. The cold weather is also prompting WWE to put out the ring heaters for both nights to make things a little bit less freezing for the Superstars who will be inside the ring. You can see the video at .

NXT TRIO TASKED WITH GETTING THE ROCK IN RING SHAPE
- An article on ESPN lifted the lid of The Rock's training program to get back into ring shape for WrestleMania this weekend. It was noted that WWE sent him two rings, one for his Los Angeles home and one for his home in Hawaii where he was training alone. But in LA, the ring came with some add-ons. Apart from the ring, WWE sent Gallus - Joey Coffey, Mark Coffey, and Wolfgang - to train with The Rock along with Michael Hayes and Bobby Roode to oversee the training sessions. To get his timing back, The Rock worked with the NXT trio and also had veteran referee Chad Patton helping while a medical team stayed on stand by. The Rock described the training like riding a bike but with so many years in between his last match and this one, he needed to get his timing back since this will be a tag team match. Rock also said that once WrestleMania is over, he will not disappear forever again and will always be part of WWE. "We are in it now. This is our thing and will forever be our thing," Rock said.

SEVERAL WWE SUPERSTARS ATTEND BLOODSPORT EVENT
- The GCW Bloodsport event yesterday was attended by several WWE Superstars as well as by one of the most powerful men in the company: WWE President Nick Khan. Charlie Dempsey from NXT and former NXT Women's champion Shayna Baszler both participated in the Josh Barnett-led event, with Dempsey defeating Matt Makowski via submission and Baszler defeating TNA's Masha Slamovich via TKO. In addition, Sonya Deville, Natalya, Liv Morgan, and CM Punk were in attendance for the show while Zoey Stark cornered Baszler in her match. WWE President Nick Khan then came out at the end of the show to talk with Barnett and also GCW owner Brett Lauderdale.

12 WWE SUPERSTARS MAKING WRESTLEMANIA IN-RING DEBUT
- For several WWE Superstars, this weekend is a special one for them as many are making their WrestleMania debut at possibly the biggest WrestleMania of all time. In total, 12 are making their WrestleMania in-ring debut either tonight or tomorrow. These are Karrion Kross, Akam and Razar of The AOP, Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa of DIY, Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate of New Catch Republic, Grayson Waller, Dragon Lee, Santos Escobar, LA Knight, and Jade Cargill. Other stars such as Scarlett, B-Fab, and members of the LWO and Legado del Fantasma will also be making their debut if they appear but they are not scheduled to have a match.

EARLY BETTING ODDS FOR WRESTLEMANIA 40 NIGHT ONE
- The Bloodline looks like they have the early advantage as they are 2/9 favorites for the tag team match against Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins who themselves are 11/4. Is The Man walking out with the title? Bookmakers think not and have placed Rhea Ripley the 1/4 favorite to keep the WWE Women's World title while Lynch is 11/4 to win. Gunther is looking to extend his run as Intercontinental champion and is 2/5 favorite to do exactly that while Sami Zayn is 7/4 for the big upset. Awesome Truth are 7/10 favorites in the six-pack ladder match for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team titles but this match could crown different winners for each title. DIY are 3/1 and second favorite, A-Town Down Under are 4/1, New Catch Republic, Judgment Day, and The New Day all share the same 6/1 odds. The Usos will come face-to-face for their first one-on-one match, a match which Jey is the favorite currently with 1/3 odds while Jimmy is 9/4. A six-woman tag match will pit Damage CTRL vs Bianca Belair, Naomi, and Jade Cargill and the faces are 1/8 big favorites to win this match and the heels are 9/2. And in the last match for night one, Dom Mysterio and Santos Escobar are 1/2 favorites to beat Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee who are 6/4.

DYNAMITE RATING
- Dynamite this week drew 752,000 viewers, up 5,000 viewers from last week's number and was the second least-watched episode of 2024 so far. The show had a 0.23 rating in 18-49, placing #3 for the night and matching last week's number which was the lowest since 2021. (Ratings credit: SpoilerTV)
