Thanks to help from Rich he solved yesterdays litle problem, now I have
another

This morning I decided to make some macro's and test them out, and it
seems that my copy of fldigi isn't functioning as the previous 3.3 one
I'm using in the shack.

The practice test macro isn't sending text to both windows, text is
only going to the lower window, and its being sent in one lump, and
even though there is a <RX> at the end of the text, the T/R button
isn't switching off.

I also tried to change the colour of the text from black to a number of
colours and it isn't changing colour. I've read through all the help
sheets, entered all that should be entered in the various tabs but
cannot find an answer.

More help appreciated, or do I do another download ?

I don't have much experience with the macros, other than the ones I
use (rst, sigrep, brag) seem to work as expected. The only major
change was the macro.mdf moved to a subdirectory. The timer function
changed it's syntax also. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

It sounds like you have something wrong in your fldigi.files folder Mel. Try delete that folder and all of its contents and starting all over again.
