Not able to copy? #fldigi-parameters

I was working on my FLDIGI with my ICOM 7300. Tx is working great but I am getting strange characters on the RX screen. Looks similar to Japanese.
I must have something set wrong?
Any help would be appreciated.

In case the "Windows snipping tool" is new to you, here's the deal:

Hold down little "windows?black box [between Fn and Alt keys]. While it's down, also press the SHIFT and the S keys simultaneously. That action will cause the screen to go partly dark, but will expose a little red cross. Once the little red cross appears, you can release the three keys you lend down.

Now, if you press the left-button down on the mouse, you can drag the little?red cross around?and down, to outline the area of the desktop window that you want to grab. You can make the little rectangle any size you need. Once you have the area of interest framed, release the left moist?button.

That portion of the window is now available to be pasted wherever?you want. The easiest?
PASTE command?ins CTRL+V.? [Note: The image gets stored into the?"Clipboard" in Windows... [find that directory on your own.]

This screen-image tool has other options, but just what I have told you here does most of what you want.?

Here are a couple of examples, that I have done out of this email itself:
TINY LITTLE FRAGMENT OF THE SCREEN:

Here's a bigger one, done same way:

SEE?-- Easy as pie...
