[WT] Steering column
I have a son with long legs. Solution to the problem was to cut 3in. out of the rear wheel well and re mount the seat back further. The only problem that came up was the visibility through the upper portion of the wind shield. When you stopped at a light you had to bend down to see it. If the top was down then you see over the wind shield.

To fill the portion of the wheel well that was cut out I used stainless steel sheet, bent on a brake to form an in side corner and riveted it in place. This actually worked out very well. Check to see how much tire clearance and travel you have before cutting the well. Scott ----- Original Message -----

The steering wheel is too close to the new seats. I realize there are probably several solutions. What have other members done to solve this? Weldon |
