[WT] CJ2A Oil Filter Pipes

Sean Collins

Martin:

The 2nd hole is where Fram had you put it, if you were installing an
aftermarket kit.

Fram instructions & diagram:

I have a new question: The pipe that carries oil to the oil filter
is connected to the the front most hole on the engine block. Is this
a requirement or can I change the position to the second port from
the front? This is because I feel the oil pipe will lay better fromt
that port as it is not in the way of the fuel pump.

Sean,

Thanks for the info - that seems to be exactly the set up I have.

I think I will attempt to measure the oil pressure at both outlets when I get the engine running - hopefully next weekend. The body is off and access to the oil outlets is easier now.
