What I can tell you is that Tarrent counties RACES is actually Fort Worth RACES but it functions as a top level for Tarrent County.? Dallas county has a RACES organization for each city/town and they work together.? Not all of Texas is under RACES.? Many rual areas either operate weather nets under ARES or informal nets.?
Has RACES ever been explained to all the radio operators?
I don't think? there is a formal process to teach new hams, but many of the local clubs to talk about it.?

Are there membership regulations Governing each term? And if so who is in charge of publicly establishing them and governing the types of membership in Tarrant County? As I understand, the AARL has something to do with this
