August 15th Kilocycle Radio Club meeting and ICE CREAM SOCIAL with the Cowtown ARC
¿ªÔÆÌåÓýPer the discussion we had at the July 18th meeting of the Kilocycle club we discussed the possibility of having the annual Ice Cream Social with the Cowtown club next month.? Well thanks to cooperation with the Cowtown club and the Cowtown Marathon, the ?Cowtown Marathon has agreed to host the event at their new office location.? Their address is 3584 S. Hills Ave, Suite 21, Fort Worth, TX 76109. The social will replace the normal August 15th meeting of the club, but in coordination with the other two groups we will start the social at 7:00 PM and end at 8:30 PM.? In preparation for the Ice Cream Social we need to assure that we will provide what is needed: ?Ice Cream, bowls, spoons, dippers for the cream and cookies/snack cakes.? In order to know what each of us are bringing I would request that you send me a short email at Thomas.m.gray@... and let me know what you are bringing.? Remember everyone does NOT need to bring a gallon of ice cream, we would leave 5 lbs. heaver and in sugar shock. ? Hi, Tom, I will get the website update, shortly. This might work a little bit better than having a bunch of people e-mailing.?? The Tri-County ARC has used: to create a list of things people may bring/sign-up for as far items go.? It might be worth a look.? If you decided to set something up with this, let me know and I will add the link to the website post. Lastly, in the past, there have been sandwiches and pizza available at the ice-cream social.? I was in the middle of updating the website when the host went down or the site is just unavailable to me from work.

So, currently there are two posts regarding the 15 August meeting.? I'll get the incorrect post unpublished as soon as I can get back into the website.
