I have several of the?Miady batteries and found them great especially related to the cost.? I have a couple that i have sized to carry in my carry on.? TSA allows it but you have to stay below 100 watts (don't quote me right now) the MIADY I travel with tops out at 96 watts (voltage x amp hour?of the battery)? Thanks for the opportunity to clarify why I believe the AOLithium 100aH BlueTooth LiFePO4 battery is a high quality product.? ? First, it took me many years before I became a believer in the old adage that "Ya usually git whatcha pay fer!" and I ceased making my product purchase decisions based on price alone many years ago.? So far, I have never regretted paying a higher price for a higher quality product.? That doesn’t mean I don’t buy cheap stuff from time to time, but only when it meets the need. ? I haven’t purchased a 100aH Power Queen or a 100aH Miady LiFePO4 battery so I have no personal experience with those brands; they may or may not be worth that lower price.? I have heard from a Ham that his 200aH Power Queen LiFePO4 batteries work well for his solar system.? So far, the four AOLithium 100aH BlueTooth batteries I purchased periodically over the past three years have always performed very well for my needs. ? What I found "better" about the AOLithium LiFePO4 battery (beyond the obvious BlueTooth capability) is based on multiple reviews done by two different guys who produced YouTube videos regarding how they tested the product, took it apart and evaluated how well it was manufactured. The first video was done by Will Prowse - If you have never heard of Will Prowse and you would like to learn about off-grid solar systems, check out Will’s YouTube Channel - ? Here is the link to the 2nd video review of the AOLithium 100aH Bluetooth battery - And the link to his follow-up update stating that the Continuous 200A Discharge originally stated for this battery is actually only 3 Minutes - ? Mobile mount
Just something that might help?if you have a mobile detachable head. I could not find a way to get a brace on here so I tried velcro/superglue which came apart in summer heat even expandable glue. I replaced this with a glue gun and apparently it holds- if you’re willing to put it directly on your radio and car.

FYI - The VOACAP HF Propagation Prediction Tool

This is really cool HF Propagation information.? As I mentioned to George earlier, I had only utilized the VOACAP Propagation Wheel information available on the DX Summits website but had never bothered to look at the VOACAP Online for Ham Radio website. ? If you would like to PLAN to make an HF contact to some specific point in the world (e.g., to a DXpedition perhaps), take a look at the VOACAP Online for Ham Radio Propagation Prediction calculator that predicts the day of the month, UTC time and best Band to use to make that contact most likely to be successful from your location.? VOACAP stands for the Voice of America Coverage Analysis Program that has been used for many years and I’m told it provides reasonably reliable HF Propagation predictions.? These are monthly Propagation Predictions and obviously Solar activity causing RF Propagation Blackouts and/or tremendous “noise” on the Bands can impact the reliability of the predictions. ? I suggest that you first watch Raisa’s (R1BIG) three VOACAP-related YouTube Videos at the links below to get an informative overview regarding how to use the VOACAP Online for Ham Radio website tool directly from one of the tool’s originators ().?
