Excellent Rick,

A couple of us have experienced this issue.

No laptop was connected to the docking station at the time nor during the above troubleshooting.
?
Fail-safe: TX time-out timer, enabled by default, did its job.
?
Action: Put a piece of tape over the failed data port. Buy another docking station someday.

Re: No cell coverage; No radio reach; Have an iPhone - Send a text message via satellite on iPhone

¿ªÔÆÌåÓý

I have a Google Pixel 9XLPro

The Google Pixel 9 Pro, and other Pixel 9 models, includes a satellite SOS feature that?allows users to contact emergency services via satellite when cellular or Wi-Fi connectivity is unavailable.?This feature is currently available in the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, and several European countries.?To use Satellite SOS, users need to make sure Google Messages is their default messaging app, dial 911, and follow the prompts to communicate with emergency responders.

Google has stated that the service will be free for the first two years after device activation.
