Version 10.37.00

The previous version required the sysop to manually restart the program in order for it to read the newly created monitor.ini file. This one provides a direct restart when the Settings panel OK button is clicked.

It also has code to create the location= data, in the new monitor.ini file, directly from the Trimode.ini gridsquare when that information is missing in the monitor.ini.sample file during a virgin installation.

I will post the new version in a few minutes.
