new version 62.2.21.0

 

Please be informed that I have recently uploaded a new version of RMS Analyzer. It has several new features and corrects a few bugs. Please download and install at ur Server.

As always, Mike and I welcome questions, comments and suggestions.

Have it running here on both RMS' and it definitely thrashes alot less with the data grabs off the internet when it comes up.

Thanks for the update and the new features!
?I installed the new version at 4F7FDM and DX1M. But after running the RMS Analyzer.exe, several unhandled exceptions were displayed and all counters and diagrams were reset to 0. Prior to this update, version 62.2.3.0 was running perfect. Copy of the unhandled expceptions and Summary 201501.txt attached to this mail.

When I try to install the new version I am asked to uninstall the old version, but it does not exist. Here is a screen shot of the result.

The error message refers to a network issue, rather than an Analyzer problem.

Check the documentation and then your PC to confirm you have the install program in the right location.

Also, check your installed programs to confirm you don't have a second instance or file for Analyzer on the PC.? It may show as the .msi or .exe type of file.? The new install setup will allow for an install over an existing version if the sysop has been keeping up with releases.? If you missed one or two, you may have to remove all Analyzer programs from the PC (Add/Delete software) and then proceed with the latest .msi release.

Let us know how you make out.
