Sierena spoke with Paula Perino about setting up a booth. We would need to fill out a form and pay $35 bucks for booth space. Did we pay a fee in the past as a non-profit? We might consider selling bottles of water cheap to try and recoup the $35. Thoughts?
Maybe water and sodas? Keep it simple whatever is decided.

How much room would we have to set up and what date is the festival? Selling water or whatever would be fine, but not too worried about the $35 if enough are interested in participating.?
Adgre about the cost .there was space for a shelter like farmers market no electric however

I’m all for it. I can be there the 3rd but not real sure about the 2nd. Sounds like from what I read online that we probably need to have a couple people at the booth both days. Should we make a schedule? Anything specific we should promote throughout the event??
