Pulsing node 4156

Tony Langdon, VK3JED #69 Node 4156 has been pulsing on the IRLP side all morning (I'm monitoring the reflector keyups). At times, this almost caused the whole net to go to pot, if it wasn't for quick thinking Echolink node owners who quickly put their systems into listen only mode. Unfortunately, node 4156 looks as though it will have coverage into affected areas later today, so blocking it is not the best solution. Also seems to be a couple of double kerchunks from the IRLP side from time to time. 4156 is involved each time, probably following up a button pusher or someone sending DTMF on another node. Echolink has been the better behaved network so far, due mainly to diligent node owners who are actively monitoring their systems if they're not up to spec. Just a few observations from net control. At the hours I'm operating (i.e. wee small hours EDT :) ), it would be handy to be able to take action to stabilise the network if things get out of hand. 73 de VK3JED

If those node owners can clear up the pulsing and interference, I will unblock them from the reflector.
