Net Control
Seems like the connection from NHC to net control is lacking - the
update he's been "waiting for" was issued over 10 minutes ago:

Re: Conferencing
I agree here ,listen only works fine from the RF Side ,not when a
Repeater or link connects to the station with conferencing ,listen
only activated.

Good point. However, some problems don't always become evident until we hit a real live situation. Watching the net today after my shift, I noticed conferencing gave two problems:

Re: Pulsing node 4156
I blocked 4123 in Va and Evans Mitchell 4156 in Fla.
If those node owners can clear up the pulsing and
interference, I will unblock them from the reflector.

Pulsing node 4156
Node 4156 has been pulsing on the IRLP side all morning (I'm monitoring the reflector keyups). At times, this almost caused the whole net to go to pot, if it wasn't for quick thinking Echolink node

Noticed my local time zone is not on the form. I'm using EDT as the "local time", as that's the local time at both the NHC and where the affected area is.
Just a small point of interest.

Re: VoIP Hurricane Net open 4AM tomorrow
I'm hoping. As long as the tower stands, it will be on the air.
It's been since 1921 that a storm of this strength hit our area :(
