My understanding is that in the very unlikely event that this door-to-door stuff happens, HIPAA won't protect you, but quite possibly, the 4th and 5th amendments will.? Regardless, it sounds to me like a very desperate ploy to claw on to as much authoritarian power as possible.

Here is the typical dialog that will occur:

INSPECTOR: Knock Knock

RESIDENT: Who is is it?

INSPECTOR: Present your vaccination papers!

RESIDENT: I don't have vaccination papers?

INSPECTOR: (loudly)? No papers!!!!!? KOMMEN SIE MIT AND REMEMBER TO SAY LOUDLY AS WE TAKE YOU AWAY ------ "HEIL BIDEN!!!!"
