Just a heads-up to the folks that use the building. There is an agility seminar happening at Valley Dogs on the noted dates. (I have no further details) The building (kitchen, refrigerator, table) has been reserved for LUNCH from12-1p Thur-Mon. Be aware of your scheduled training times and that the agility folks will be using the building for lunch between 12-1p If anyone has contact with Eddie, it might be good to let him know as well. Just a heads-up. We rearranged some of the equipment to give Eddie and his groups easier access to the dogwalk/teeter. Please return equipment to their current location. Do block the dog walk. This has resulted in appx 1 1/2 additional feet of working space on the floor. Thank you one and all. Happy training.

The Amigos Australian Shepherd Club is having ASCA sanctioned obedience and rally trials this weekend in the building. The building will be in use for the trials Saturday Jan 4 7:30am-4:00pm and on Sunday Jan 5 7:30am- 2:30pm We will have approximately 10=12 parking spaces reserved for the trial competitors in the parking lot. Chewy accidentally sent me an extra: a 30 lb bag of Science Diet, large breed, weight control formula kibble. If anyone wants it and confirms in the next hour, I’ll be happy to give it away. We will be having shows in the building November 15-17, 2024 . On Friday the show will start at 3:30pm -8:00pm, on Saturday 7:30am-4:00pm and Sunday 8:00am-2:30pm We will be needing to use 12-14 parking spots for competitors Thank you for your support!

Just a reminder.... Dana has gone to great effort to organize the training jumps. It may seem like a small thing but PLEASE be sure to return them to their designated location after use. Reminder: The building will be being used this weekend for Amigos ASCA sanctioned Obedience and rally trials. Saturday trials 7:30am-4:00pm Sunday trials 7:30am-2:00pm. We would appreciate it if folks at agility practice or classes would enter bathroom through the outside door on eastside of building so we will not interrupt the trials inside of building. We will be 10-12 parking spaces in the parking lot for participants at the trials. Thanks for everyone's support!!

Tammy, sorry you couldn't get hold of me last night in email, or this morning. I was out of the office when both came in. It's a bit moot since you've obviously seen that I shifted the Sat AM reservation and have acted on it. Whether the Aussies could take some of my time in the future would depend on exactly how the training went, so it's just as well that you scheduled the extra half hour for set-up. I'm still on my learning curve, so now I have a newly inspired question for future use--the real purpose of this post! How does splitting up the two hours work? Add $3.75 per half hour (per person) to the kitty? I can easily see planning ahead to fill that new 90-minute time frame some Saturday morning (if it's available, of course!). Thanks for everyone's patience as I figure out the nuances. :) --Doranna
