Some of you may remember Schelau and John McGuire, so I wanted to pass along this meal train link. Schelau and her family have walked a very difficult path the last couple of weeks with the discovery of her mother's stage 4 Invasive Ductal cancer. Diane Bignell is currently on hospice at the McGuires home. Let's help encourage them as they walk her home to Jesus. Hi friends! I know we're more scattered to the winds these days. We just wanted to let you all know we'll be doing a few missions presentations at V7 Sunday School classes and you're welcome to attend if you'd like. This coming Sunday we'll be at Kingdom Builders. We plan to stop in at Cornerstone and Lighthouse in coming weeks or months as well...stay tuned. And if for some reason you'd like to meet up for coffee, or in your homes sometime, we'd love that as well. We're in the Springs until Feb. 18th, then on the road for about 2 months and back again after. Let us know! Looking forward to seeing you again soon and catching up! Hi Ladies. With the roads already being pretty bad from the snow yesterday and the potential for A LOT more snow on the way today (I just saw a local news station say we could get 8-12" more!), I think it's best to cancel our Ladies Fellowship Night tonight. Hey Ladies! "It's the most wonderful time of the year!" It's time for SECRET SANTA! Please join me in having some Christmas fun and blessing each other with small gifts and treats throughout the holiday season. **((For those who are new, basically what we we do is randomly assign ladies to secretly bless one another with fun little gifts throughout the month of December. We try to begin on December 1st and end around New Year's Day. (Roughly one gift or treat a week is what we aim to do. So 4-5 treats total.) Then, in early January we will plan a way to "reveal" and find out who our SS's were! FUN!)) Please reply back to me if you are interested in joining in on the fun this year. Also include in your reply... 1) your list of "favorites" - favorite colors, scents, flavors, sweet treats, decor, places to shop or eat....anything you want to let your Secret Santa know about you and how you would like to be blessed. 2) any strong dislikes or allergies. 3) your home address and if you will be traveling at all during the Christmas season.) *** Please note that this does not need to feel like a financial burden - homemade gifts and goodies are GREAT! We want everyone to join in on the fun, so please don't let money keep you from joining us.
