Go Back 从三月份复工以来到现在，我已经带饭 100 天了，除了大约四五次因为团建、前一天加班回家太晚等特殊原因，我几乎做到了每天带饭去上班，和大家分享一下心得。带饭的起因 首先我是一个及其抗拒在公司点外卖的人，而且从去年下半年我就已经开始研究饮食了，公司附近提供的（平价）午餐都以碳水为主，比如各种面，各种粉，各种米饭，我觉得比较单调，经常处于生理上可能满足了，但心理上总感觉少了点什么的状态，于是我开始在超市购买沙拉、主食、肉类、牛奶等组合在一起当做午饭，可超市的肉类又大多是工业加工品，偶尔吃一次没什么，经常吃的话心里还是有些压力，渐渐就萌生了自己带饭的想法，但由于当时租的房子没有厨房，没办法做饭，终于在年初租了个有厨房的房子，可以开展自己的带饭计划了。食物类 午餐主食 杂粮米饭 改善饮食结构第一步就是从改善主食种类和比例入手。最开始选择杂粮米饭是因为我听说它的升糖指数比较低，不过我越吃越觉得这玩意挺玄学，反倒不想那么多了，好看、好吃，仅此而已。 土豆 很多人都认为土豆是蔬菜，其实土豆是妥妥的主食，那刚好，加入到我的主食名单中来吧。吃的方式也很简单，蒸熟之后上面放一点番茄酱，味道还可以。 紫薯 / 红薯 紫薯是我最爱的主食，没有之一，削皮后蒸熟就可以，闻起来香，吃起来更香。普通红薯的味道比起紫薯要差一些，不过作为主食的一个选项仍然很不错。 意大利面 传统的面条不太利于作为主食上班携带，意大利面就好一些，煮熟之后配合西红柿鸡蛋稍微炒一下就可以。 冷冻水饺 /煎饺 感觉很多人都认为冷冻食品不健康或者不卫生，其实这和汉堡是垃圾食品一样，是错误 /片面的观点。个人不喜欢吃肉馅的饺子，偏偏市场上素馅的饺子屈指可数，强烈推荐必品阁的煎饺，不过我没有用油煎，而是蒸熟了吃。 另外三全有一个「番茄鸡蛋」素馅水饺也不错，鸡蛋比较饱满，昨天刚吃过?。 以上五类主食，正常上班的话，能做到每天不重样，这里就只涉及主食，因为让人头疼的往往是主食，好像除了米和面就没有什么选择了。菜类和肉类的话遵循“少量多类”的原则就可以了。《中国膳食膳食指南》建议的主食比例大约为 40%-60%，各位根据自己的实际情况酌情处理吧。 早餐 /午餐 玉米 以前我要么不吃早餐，要么吃手抓饼、油条等，而也是从去年开始，玉米开始作为我的常驻早餐了，煮熟了就能吃，无油，无盐，夫复何求。 自制三明治 首先给三明治下个定义： 三明治，一种只要做了就会(自己觉得)比买的好吃 n 倍的食物。 抽 10 分钟时间，用一片面包，几片生菜，一片芝士，一些番茄酱做一个三明治，不必关心是不是全麦面包，也不用关心买的全麦面包是不是真的全麦面包，两三天也就吃一次，开心最重要。 卷饼 只是把面包换成了卷饼，但至少也算换了个口味，在京东和各类买菜 App 都可以买到。对了，卷饼也是冷冻的，微波炉里叮大约20 秒就可以，时间久了就干了。 冷冻包子 狗不理冷冻的三鲜包子吃起来味道也还可以，经常还会吃到虾仁?呢。 牛奶 早餐除了主食，我还会每天喝一杯牛奶，偶尔会换成豆浆。买牛奶的要求也很简单，包装上有大大的“纯牛奶”三个字，酸奶的话坑比较多，主要是大都为了照顾消费者口味加了很多糖，慎入。 水果 和牛奶一样，每天必备。苹果、梨、香蕉、提子，桃子，想吃什么就吃什么。 球生菜 先后尝试过生菜、苦菊，得出的结论是球生菜是做三明治或卷饼的必备素材，一口咬下去的酥脆，配合适量的番茄酱，满足感爆棚。器材 不做「装备党」，但好的器材也是能够提升带饭的效率和体验的。 蒸锅 「蒸」是我使用最多的烹饪方式了，相比煎、炸、炒而言，蒸最大程度上保留了食物原有的风味，也更健康，可以用来常蒸紫薯、蒸煎饺、蒸包子等，主要用来解决主食问题。 宜家施德佳煎锅 好多人都在推
