Issue with NetDraw Window Minimizing on Launch in Windows 11
#error
#help
I recently installed UCINET on my Windows 11 system. When I attempt to launch NetDraw, the window briefly flashes and then minimizes to the taskbar. Once minimized, I'm unable to maximize or restore the NetDraw window. Other centrality measures in UCINET work without any issues, and it's only the NetDraw visualization that's presenting this problem. I've tried various troubleshooting steps, including running the program in compatibility mode and as an administrator, but the issue persists. Has anyone else encountered this problem or have suggestions on how to resolve it?

¿ªÔÆÌåÓýI can¡¯t seem to reproduce this issue. When I minimize and then hover over the netdraw icon in the taskbar, I see all open netdraw windows. Do you have multiple monitors? Is it opening netdraw somewhere else? One thing you could try is use the Windows¡¯s RegEdit program to find the netdraw settings and manually change the location of the netdraw window: ? ? ? ? ? First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your prompt . Your suggestion to check the Windows's RegEdit program and manually adjust the location of the NetDraw window was spot on. After making the necessary changes, the NetDraw window now displays correctly without any hitches.
you were right in your assumption about multiple monitors. I do indeed use multiple displays, and it seems that this was the root cause of the display anomaly. I appreciate your keen observation on this, and I'll be more cautious in the future to ensure that such issues don't recur.
Once again, thank you for your invaluable assistance. Your expertise and willingness to help have made a significant difference, and I'm truly grateful.
Warm regards,
