Dear UCINet colleagues

I have my structural hole measures from Ucinet and would like to know what particular measurements to explore mynetwork structure I should use.
Can you create a variable from these measures or should I take all five components Degre Effsize Effic Const Hiera into consideration?
Are there any empirical articles you can recommend about this in order to develpo my hyphotesis?
