But, I can tell you that you would need to convert your attributes to numeric form, then cut and paste into either the matrix or dl editor. ? But: I think lr-qap is limited to about 4600 nodes, and even then it would be too slow to be practical. I ran a little test using a dataset with 4k nodes and 5 permutations, and it took 1 minute.
