FREE Contra Dance this Friday, October 27 at the Phillips Recreation Center 8-11 PM
¿ªÔÆÌåÓýThis Friday, October 27, our Contra Dance will be the third Stunkie¡¯s Free-Fall Free-for all.?? As the name suggests, the dance is FREE in celebration of my 70th birthday. ? The dance is from 8-11 PM at the Phillips Recreation Center, 505 W. Stoughton, Urbana, Illinois.? New dancer orientation starts at 7:30 PM.? ? The band will be the Young and Fretless with Tom Bassett, Lyle Konigsberg, Rolf Pendal, and Rebecca Grosser.? The caller will be Gail Hintze.? ? As this dance is just before Halloween, costumes are welcome but by no means required or expected. ? Covid masks and vaccination are optional.? Phillips has a water fountain, but you may still want to bring a water bottle for convenience.? If you like, you may bring a snack to share at the break. ? So come and enjoy the FREE fun. ? This year, we'll be attending our hometown (St Louis) ECD,? but we'll be "beaming" good wishes your way! ??
