Is it prohbited to share my own positions/orders on social media ? of course I made a disclaimer but I don't know if the US/European regulation or CME Group prohbited it ?

Pretty sure its fine. There's a zillion streamers that do it. The only gray area is live streaming the market data if you don't have license to do it.
