"Historical Market Data Service error message:Time length exceed max"

Hi,

I am using my test (demo) account to do some testing. I tried to request 63 days of daily historical market data of IBM stock, but I got the error "Historical Market Data Service error message:Time length exceed max". Does it make sense? Is it because I am not using production account? How to solve this?

you can't request more than 60 days when you go by "D". According to the table you can get much more day bars if your request go by "W"eeks (you allowed to ask up to 52 weeks in one request).

You'll find the table after words "mark duration values BLUE which yield max number of bars".
