FX/CASH Pegged to Midpoint Order

PEGMID is not listed for the CASH instruments I monitor, so I guess "Pegged to Midpoint" is not available. For what it's worth I've been able to use PEGMID with a some directly routed orders, e.g. to NYSE. I vaguely recall seeing IBKR documentation that says which exchanges support it, but I wasn't able to dig it up with a quick search.
