I haven't personally seen that to occur. There have certainly been many times I've seen reqExecutions called without cancelling pending orders.

From the log it looks like reqGlobalCancel is being called.

Yes,?reqGlobalCancel seems called in the log, but I didn't invoke the function?reqGlobalCancel?explicItly in the program. Any setting will enable global cancel??
