Hello Everybody, ? I have the 1991 21 ft Warrior, V6, mileage almost 60k.? It hasn’t been driven for many years and obviously requires a lot of work. The engine will not start.? All tires have to be replaced. I am not able to do much work myself and it does not seem to be possible to find in my area a shop, interested in such kind of work.? I'm giving up... ? Hello Walter, we always feel sad when we hear someone say they've had enough, but I've sold vehicles that sat for many years, lost money but realized that it was tine to get them to someone who will bring them back to life.? Get the specifics together, mileage, any major things done to it, any leaks or major problems and pictures all around, who knows, you may find someone who can do the work for you, to keep or get?a better price.? For me it would depend on the condition of the interior -- a lot of engine stuff can be repaired/replaced, but if the inside is trashed or has major leak damage, then it will be a hard sell. Anyone looking at it would be thinking worst case scenario, new engine and tires, which would run in the $6K+ cost. Just my 2 cents. |
