Your original ones are still being made by this company.?

It does require that your lower brackets are still in place because they don't make them anymore.
They are also kind of expensive. Most people just go with the Airlifts. Avaliable tons of different places so you can shop
best price. The motorhome ones are not the same as the truck ones. Here's the model

Says nation wide back order on this site but someone must have them. Just google model number
