Well, my wife and I just finished a conversation about selling our old '84 huntsman.
We picked this up a few years ago so we could (group-ie) our favorite rock band across the country (some of you will remember).? We drove from Dallas to LA to Las Vegas and back, with many stops along the way for 5-lug axle repairs!? What a trip!
Since I replaced the 5-lug with a 6-lug full floating, and was beginning to work on other fix-ups and upgrades.? But... we can't do it.
Status of vehicle;
? Runs Teriffic! (solar charger, starts right up today)
? Drives and shifts well
? Got average (11-18 depending on wind) mileage on that last long trip years ago
? Roof needs full repair
? Interior is OK
? Full Floating 6-lug rear-axle
? Installed larger propane tank
? needs water heater
? needs furnace
? fridge repaired and works well on battery, gas, electric
? house exterior needs rebuild (window gaskets and such)
Anyway, we don't know how much to ask for it.? We don't want to give it away, but it is time for someone else's creative energy.
