need air bag but running into issues

jim0123r All Messages By This Member #207853 hello all -? ? i need 1-2 air bags for my 1992 toyota camper. the bag that i need to replace is a t-9 system but 3-T's RV Products does not answer the phone and none of the email links on their website work. ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS? I hate to drive all the way to lake havasu to find the doors shuttered permanently. ? even better - is there another source? ? thanks for any help you can send my way! ? jim r

Buzz Lightyear All Messages By This Member #207855 My recollection from lurking on this forum for years is many replace the original 3-T air bags with ones made by Firestone (who I'm pretty sure is still in business...;-D...). ? A quick DuckDuckGo search reveals several discussions on the sister toyotamotorhomes.org site. I'm sure you can search the back file here as well. ? My DDG search also brought up this company selling a kit for Toyota RVs. ? ? To my knowledge, there's nothing exceptional about the 3-T air springs, so replacements from another source should be fine. ? Buzz L. Doug All Messages By This Member #207856 I replaced mine with the airlifts. Nothing too difficult. It took a few hours and I move slow and cautiously. One of my new airbags had a leak and airlift sent a replacement overnight.
