I recently bought a 1989 Odyssey. It is a great little camper but the range is really limited. Anyone know of a way to increase the fuel capacity?

I know it would add additional weight, but range is more of a concern traveling in Arizona and around the west.

I'm very interested in your added fuel tank. I have been thinking
about doing something like that. Can you give all of us more details
about your new addon tank. Also the cost.

up. The fill spout fit right next to the original inside the locked

I do not know what vehicle it came out of [ i can find out ] ,but it had an
internal fuel pump. A welder I had found mounted it, attached to the left
side frame. the fill spout fills from the right side in a locked door[ it is
a long , so don't fill to the brim ] . He put a t in the overflow tube in
the original tank to pump the fuel into the orginal tank. he put a toggle
switch on the dash to activate the pume in the added tank. For the whole job
he charged me $400.00 You will have to look around for the tank and a
welder that likes to do new things. I hope this info helped
