Vent Cap
Hi Y'all,
The 1992 Itasca rear bath went on her first trip, and came back missing a vent cap -- guess it's somewhere rolling around in NC now! I haven't been able to find a cap that fits this base, anyone here have an idea? I keep finding ones with eight little pegs, and this has four clip looking attachments. Thank you! |

I use this for my black tank: Keeps air moving when parked and works pretty well. You want to get rid of the old base and cut the pipe to size to fit. Then screw it down and cover it with dicor. Easy breezy. On Fri, Oct 6, 2023 at 2:30?PM Linda S via <fly12fire=[email protected]> wrote: This cap has spring fittings that lock into you plumbing pipe. It will fit virtually anything |

Quick update:? I never found the lost cap, or a true replacement. The one from Home Depot was super cheap, flimsy plastic, with wrong tabs. I did order one of the spring-loaded cap replacements from Amazon, and am very surprised at how well it seems to be holding -- the metal "springs" are really strong. If that one pops off, I'll put on my tough gal boots and replace the entire thing with one of the fancy siphon vents. Thanks for all the help! Sue
