Gone? When I click on photos in email it says post has been deleted. LOVED my Sandtana more than any other Toy camper I've ever had or seen. But once the thin fiberglass siding delaminates, it means

Re: Cost of restoring 1990 Warrior
Thank you d.meeker and Doug for your replays. It will take a couple of weeks before I can move it from its current location to a higher shelter. First thing I will have to do is attaching and sealing

Re: leaf spring bushings and cruise control
?NAPA has the bushings in rubber, part #PCC HB6570 for the leaf springs and part #NCD 2746570 for the upper shackle bolt. $3.99 each. Toyota still has both of them too. I just replaced my springs and

I have a 1987 Dolphin 4 cylinder and need the leaf spring bushings replaced. One repair shop said they could not get them anymore. Finding that hard to believe I thought someone might be able to

Re: V6 mileage
Hello all, A heads-up. I have a '90 or '91 Odessey with a rebuilt V6 (around 10,000 mi +/-) that will come up for sale soon. The dry rot over the drivers side cab and the rear right seem needs fixing.

Re: V6 mileage
My 6 cylinder is pretty much the same I can get 15 MPG at 55 mph on a flat straight road with no wind. If I increase that to 65 mph it drops down to 12 or 13 MPG.

Re: V6 mileage
I have a 1989 Dolphin. On windless days or a little tailwind I get a solid 16mpg at 55 on level ground by letting it slow on hills using OD. However by increasing that to 60-65 and trying to maintain

Yeah, now I remember why I quit using ECT as a regular thing. (I went thru a 3-year stretch when I didn't use the toyhouse at all, mostly during the pandemic, hence I've forgotten a few details about

Re: Downshifting from overdrive
Oh yeah.? I'd forgotten about the ECT button, thanks for the heads up.? Still, it should downshift on its own even without ECT, and I'm wondering why it only does that sometimes.

You have an ECT button. It changes the shift points for hills. Push it Linda S

Downshifting from overdrive

Re: V6 mileage
Buzz, I had the same 17 -18 mpg results with my ‘87 Sunrader Shorty going from the middle of MN to Winnipeg 7 or 8 years ago. Same situation- flat landscape and fairly steady humongous tail wind

Re: V6 mileage
Because of the "V squared" component of aerodynamic drag, our Toyhomes are ***very*** sensitive to air speed, whether it's created by vehicle speed or wind. My '86 Dolphin had the 22RE 4-cylinder,

I too would only get 12-13 in flat Ohio going 60-65 MPH. Stock 3.0 65k miles. Valves adjusted and freshly tuned, that's all the better I could get. It overheated on a trip to NC. Nothing crazy, but
