Thanks Linda for the instructions.

Pulling that shower pan is really simple, take the screws out on the surround, unscrew the trim piece at the edge as well. Reach under?and disconnect the drain at the trap and it lifts right out.

More than likely the bottom of the pan will be covered with foam where it rests on the wood platform under.

You could probably clear back some of that foam and patch the hole with some fiberglass mat and resin.

Just keep in mind the screws holding the shower pan it zip right into the exterior wall and can go thru to the exterior if too long.

I recently used a plastic welding tool to repair a bumper on my wife's car. It melts in staples for strength and then melts the edges together. A repair MIGHT (emphasis) be possible.?

So, what is the correct way to get that pan out of there and re-install it?
?
So far no issues, but if the water pipes underneath there ever sprung a leak, I'd be kind of lost as to the best way to fix it.

Re: 1990 Warrior - Shower Pan Help

Thanks all for the information & ideas. I have searched on various online store without much luck on an after market replacement. Winnebago's tech told me to try all-rite RV parts in Hollister CA. They were closed until the? 6th.??I will give them a last try when they are back.?
I just came back on a short 2-night trip (I saw a Dophlin in the camp ground and waved) using Bob's idea of gorilla?tape. So far so good. If I cannot get a replacement from all-rite next week, I will definitely will take it out and fiber glass resin it as a longer term fix.?

Happy 4th to all in advance.?

My shower accessories column punched a hole at the corner of the shower pan.
It measures 26x31 roughly.? ?I contacted Winnebago and have not heard back.

Does anyone know if it is possible to get a off market shower pan replacement ?

Thanks

Re: Onan Cummins Microlite 2800 carb question

Is there a model number on the generator? Help to locate exact one. Also, a link to the ones that don't fit so I can compare

Three are shops/places where you can have it re built, might be easier than getting a new one.

I want to replace my roughly 1990 carb following two unsuccessful cleaning attempts. Plenty of these p/n 146-0705 carbs are for sale on Amazon and EBay but every one, including the one I received from Amazon, are designed to hook onto the choke linkage at a different angle than my original carb. The choke linkage on my 2800 generator comes from behind the carb (the solenoid and linkage are directly back behind the carb) whereas all the new replacement carbs expect the choke linkage to come from the right side of the carb. In other words the choke linkage rod runs parallel to the throttle rod on newer Microlite 2800’s. Where can I buy the older style carb like mine where the choke and throttle linkage run 90 degrees offset from each other? ?A frustrated Dolphin and its owner thank you in advance.?
