Zelftest 3: signal level critical

There is no recognizable marking on the part. Because if so this tests blown also. What type of diode should it be replaced with? ? Regards, Johan

Ik ga er eerst maar vanuit dat ik iets verkeerd doe. Iemand advies of heb ik zo heel snel iets opgeblazen? ? Johan
