When I run a sweep with Max-hold for a few hours I notice that the PC disconnects the TinySA Ultra USB connection. I have to restart the TinySA Ultra and the software to get it going again.

I wonder what causes this.

You might try going into Device Manager / USB Controllers / USB---Hub / Power Management and unchecking "Allow the computer to turn this device off".
