Selftest errors

I just received my TinySA on friday. So after watching videos on how to use it, I ran the selftest and I have a couple of errors. Test 10 gives me a signal level critical error and test 11 give me an attenuator error. I purchased it from R and L in the states so I'm sure a received a good one. Is there anything I can do to fix these issues or should I contact R and L about a replacement for the defective unit?

Thanks,
Hal

The attenuator seems bad. Suggest you contact your supplier for resolution while referring to this communication.?
